Just received 6 boxes of strawberries going to hand out as gifts for Christmas I'm so glad i opened them, they were all broken some were the size of a quarter and some were larger and no stems. Looked like large and small blobs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This is my 3rd year getting jerked around from this company, two years ago they sent the box but! No strawberries, huge mess in itself and they wouldn't even respond to my emails. Last year they looked and tasted horrible according to my wife also broken... This year I ordered on Jan 26th. I'm writing this on Feb 26th still no delivery on ones that are edible... My first order was a week late due to the weather which is totally understandable. They arrived all broken and moldy, we called and they said they couldn't do anything... eventually we got a new order or so we though to be delivered in two day... well 4 days later no delivery... another hr on the phone and the order was never placed... never again will I purchase from the disorganized company. Rant over, save your money.

Awful across the board. Awful website. Customer service completely unaware of their own products or brands. Give misinformation about shipping costs on phone (said $14.99 flat rate). When you get to the end of the order it is $19.99 + $5 rush delivery because you had to spend so much time on the phone with them you passed some arbitrary cutoff time + $4 "rural delivery fee" to deliver to a densely populated suburb of a major city. But I was in a crunch so had to order anyway. Then never get tracking number even though it is already out for delivery. Two more phone calls. Tell them all these problems and the say "sorry. Thank you for calling" They allegedly have 100% satisfaction guarantee or they will make it right. Complete nonsense. It is clear they have outsourced everything to the lowest bidder and put the screws to their reps to handle a certain number of calls in a day so no real time to give a crap about making a customer happy who invested a lot of time and money in trying to pick an appropriate gift. Never again!

Just got a delivery that should've been here Friday (now Monday), they were in bad shape. Ice was a warm bag, berries mashed and leaking. My friend made a sweet gesture but ruined in execution

Exorbitant product cost coupled with deceptive double charging for two separate shipping charges and no attempt to address the dissatisfaction, make amends, ask a higher level supervisor or manager to intervene---these are just a few of the reasons I will NEVER order from this company again!
When I told the rep that I was going to write a negative review and tell everyone I know not to do business with Shari's Berries, the rep could care less and just wanted me to end the communication.

I had Shari's Berries send a dozen birthday berries to my Aunt for her 90th birthday. I live in New Jersey and the berries had to go to Christmas, Florida. My Aunt received them as promised on Friday April 7th, 2017. They were the biggest and brightest red berries that she has ever seen. She was blown away by the beautiful way they were decorated. She enjoyed them so much that she has called me three times already praising them. I would use your berries as gifts again and again and I will! Thanks. Marianne and Dana Zaccone

Where do I start! I wasn't sure if my order went through because I was at work and internet is slow. I called them to make sure. The person I spoke with I couldn't understand a word she was saying. She told me there was no one else to talk to, which I knew was a lie! She kept saying delivery time was 9am to 8 pm. I kept telling her I needed it delivered by 5 because it was a bank! It was all a big mess. I ended up calling them about 5 times. By the time they delivered it the ice packs had melted and the strawberries were beginning to melt! All that for $53 a dozen strawberries, in which I never got my 20%! Discount and they didn't care. Also sent them pics of strawberries where they had begun to melt. All they done was emailed me, once again, there delivery times!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$! The product does not even closely resemble the marketing pictures. I ordered these for a very special celebration, and I was totally embarrassed by the gift that was delivered to my friend. The strawberries were VERY SMALL, ugly chocolate-covered BLOBS. They were completely covered (no exposed berry tops, as presented in the marketing photos), with no uniformity whatsoever, in size, coverage, drizzle. RIP OFF!

I noted that my credit card was billed by PRO-flowers. I was never informed of this. Proflowers orders ALWAYS delivered half dead. I called to cancel- spoke to the Philippines- who do not understand English. It was mailed out 5 days prior to delivery date - too long for fruit to be w/o refrigeration! I then spoke with a supervisor- JOHN CHING- he stated he will credit my credit card.
False advertising- no mention of pro-flowers as owner. CHARGED > $20. FOR EACH ITEM ORDERED= TOO HIGH

This place should get no stars due to their sneaky shipping fees. LOL! I just read on someone else's review they got charges and additional charge for Saturday. I GOT CHARGED ADDITIONAL FOR MONDAY! A. M is more and I got charged for selecting a date they said was available but didn't realize it was going to charge me DOUBLE. I ordered 2 shipments. One 19.99 order cost 35.00 to ship!. Bottom line $104.92 for 18 berries.

I have been using Shari's Berries for awhile now. They are a little pricey once you add in shipping, etc; But my wife loves the berries, as well as her co workers. This year (Valentine's Day), I decided to order flowers through them since they always do well with the strawberries. I placed my order the Tuesday before Valentines (Friday). My wife has changed jobs and luckily gets off every Friday at noon. Friday at 10 am, it just dawned on me that I did not specify that. I called Shari's, spoke to an agent about my predicament. He put me on hold, called the local florist that was handling the order. Came back on and said "no problem, I notified the florist that she needs to receive them by 12 noon". I actually was surprised at that late of a notice that they could accomodate my request (knowing it was my fault) and was prepared to make other arrangements. At 1220, my wife calls me on her way home from work. I said "did you get the flowers"? She said "what flowers"? I explained to her what happened. I then call Shari's back, the agent this time says she will have the agent I spoke to at 10 call me right back. Never heard a word. Did get a email notification at close to 3 pm that "we are unable to deliver your flowers and will try again later". Obviously, no one reached out to the florist like I was promised. Very disappointing...

This company is the WORST! On Valentine's Day 2023 my girlfriend never received the flowers and other things that I ordered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They actually sent my a delivery confirmation that was a big lie! When I called the customer service was totally unhelpful but did manage to tell me that the items wouldn't be delivered until the 16th...UNACCEPTABLE. I have used this company for years and this is the second incident within year that this has happened. There will be No third time...I DONE! STEER CLEAR!

My daughter who works very hard for her meager salary purchased these berries for me. I received strawberries that had rock hard dark chocolate chips on them Hurt my front tooth biting into one of them because they were hard asROCKS! I have intense tooth pain now. Other ones were white chocolate. Also hard and I hate white chocolate. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Called customer service to talk with manager. Refused to help me. Hence the bad review! Do not break atooth by eating rock like berries! Also my daughter and I are not speaking now because of lousy product and lousy company!

My Husband ordered strawberries for me and paid the extra to have a guaranteed delivery on the 14th. He ordered them a few days in advance. It was a surprise but by 730pm he had to ask. I did not recieve them at work. He called and all they repeated was it was in transit the last being about 10 mins away at a ups center that morning at 930 am. I luckily had work in the morning the next day and recieved them with my works shipment. Not only was the surprise ruined and I had no gift a valentines day, I had 2 day old strawberries! I told my husband to not order here anymore. Side note: my surprise from edible arrangements showed up to his work early. Sad.

Ordered on the 11th to be delivered to my wife at work on Valentine's Day. That morning I got an email saying it was shipped. Checked the tracking website and it said it was shipped but there was a mishap at the warehouse and they may not be delivered until the 15th or 16th. Couldn't understand a word customer service said. Supposedly I'll be getting big my money back. But we'll see.

The most horrible experience I've ever had ordering something for my wife. I ordered her 2 dozens roses and strawberries almost 2 weeks before Valentine's Day to be sent to her on Valentines Day. No delivery and after multiple calls to the company they couldn't deliver it until 3 days after the day they were suppose to. I spent $181.00 for a special Valentine's Day present for my wife to be delivered to her job and she got NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN!

Like everyone else on here, I am pissed at these guys. Not only did I not get exactly what I had ordered for my gf, but they did not arrive on February 14. I understand that Valentines day is a very busy day, but when I'm paying twice in shipping what I paid for for twelve chocolate strawberries, I expect them to be delivered on time. Especially when I paid an extra $10 for a "guaranteed arrival on February 14".
But wait. It gets better! When I called customer service several times to get answers, not only did no one answer once, but I got disconnected each time. Clearly their customer service SUCKS!
But wait. There's more! I paid $30 for for "gourmet dipped strawberries", meaning dipped into chocolate then into mini chips, but their just regularly dipped. I know that may be super picky, but $30 bucks for a dozen berries, they had better get the order right, and they failed at that too.
So to sum it up, I'd love to order chocolate strawberries for my gf again, but I sure as hell am never ordering from these pricks again.

As I write this, there are 1293 reviews, and 1078 are one star. This is clearly one of the WORST companies in existence. We received a brochure listing a 25% discount. We tried ordering on line but their web site did not recognize their item numbers. We called (BIG MISTAKE) and got connected with a sweet but incompetent lady in the Philippines. It took 1/2 hour to process the order, and we had to spell everything, even the word "lane". We were given several different answers as to cost, none of them matching the items we ordered. We asked for an email showing our order - despite assurances, it never came. We asked to be notified when the order would arrive - that notification never came. The order was delivered, but at a price twice that expected. There followed two weeks of extreme aggravation. We sent a substantial number of emails, but each time we got a response from a different person requesting the same information we already had sent several times. Eventually, the company refunded our moneys, but given the time and aggravation, it was not worth it, and we will NOT use them again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM SHARI's BERRIES! I placed an order to be delivered on Friday 2 weeks ago for my wife. Fast forward to Sunday evening, Mother's Day, and still no order. I called their help line out of the Philippines, and the lady tells me they are still in transit. I asked her to just cancel my order and refund my money, which she does, but now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money. Funny how, when you order, it gets taken out of your account immediately, but when they screw up, the money takes 5-7 days to get back in your account. She tried blaming UPS. I told her, if UPS isn't working, use Fed Ex, or USPS. She didn't even care that her company ruined the surprise I had ordered for my wife. Didn't even try to give me a future discount, or reorder for a future holiday, in order to give them another chance. Terrible company and terrible customer service, they used to be good, not sure what happened.

I am FLOORED by how horrendous this company is. I ordered a dozen handmade brownie pops to a hospital, and then there was a "delivery exception" because the business was closed (it was not). I am FURIOUS at how much money I spent, including extra for Saturday delivery, for me to call and be informed that it would arrive on Monday. Then, I asked the EXTREMELY RUDE woman if I could speak to her supervisor and she laughed and hung up. Stay as far away as humanly possible.

I ordered a dozen for my mother in law. She got 11. My daugher sent me a box for mothers day and again was shorted one and the beries were small., chocolate was melted and cracked. The berries were hard and unflavorful. I have made better ones by scratch. Would not recommend
