I placed my order for Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Valentine's Strawberries and Happy Valentine's Day Ribbon on February 8th. The box arrived on the 14th as listed. I got home to take the box to my wife and she opened it to an empty box it had a chill pack and nothing else in the box.

My husband ordered berries for me paid extra for guaranteed valentine's day delivery... tracked the package it's been sitting at FedEx since 3am not to be delivered until sometime tomorrow... ewwwww no thank you. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. CALLED AND WILL HAVE A FULL REFUND IN 5-7 DAYS. DON'T ORDER HERE EVER!

Received choco covered strawberries and they are terrible.The chocolate is like rocks and the berries are like persimmons SOUR. Happy Moms day to me. My husband has been on the phone for an hour because our daughter did not receive her package when they had sent a text saying delivered. PLEASE BE ADVISED... try Edible Arrangements or anything before you go here. I've been married for 10 years and never has my Valentines Day been full of so much anxiety. To start things off I put my order in 7 days before February 14th. I got my confirmation code this same night I put my order in. I paid for shipping and I also paid to guarantee that my order will be delivered to my wife job on February 14th. Well this year my order was pushed back by Shari's berry. Customer service claims it was the shipper. It was not the shipper because the shipper has been notified of a package but they have yet to receive the package there for the package is still held up at Shari's berry. My wife went to work today knowing her husband is going to do something special for her and this company has let me down. My wife had to face embarrassment because they decided to push my order back. Why? So when I come home this has caused me an extreme amount of anxiety. The first thing customer service tried to do after calling several times and being on hold for total 42 minutes was apologize and offer me my money back for the guarantee that it would be delivered. That does not fix the troubled they have caused me. I asked to speak to a supervisor but no one was available. Long story short I had to get them to give my full refund back to me while I'm still trying to recover for the trouble they have caused. And that refund does not help the situation. Don't advertise that you can guarantee delivery on a certain day when you cannot.

I ordered two orders, one for my Mother that showed up, the second for my wife that never came. I could have bought flowers at the store for $15-20 to match this just under $100 order and guess what? It would have actually been on time. What is so frustrating is I sensed there was going to be a problem as my wife's order never showed up in my account. Of course it did show up on my payment method... and Of course I got SMS verfications with order tracking #'s for both.
I called this morning twice around 11am when they could have actually fixed this and made sure I was on the delivery que. Whenever you ask for a supervisor, "They're in meetings" always without fail. Seeing the countless other pissed off customerso on their facebook and all the reviews here I see clearly it is a HUGE mistake to put any trust in this company.
The good thing is my credit card and/or PayPal will absolutely force a resolution and get my money back.
Thank you Shari's Berries for ruining my surpise and gift for my wife's mother's day. I hope you had a horrible holiday as well.
Tip for consumers:
I would highly reccomend you avoid this company. Look at their facebook posts with the countless comments of people that are pissed, let down, receiving moldy berries, late orders, etc etc etc.
I will never purchase your products and will make sure my friends and family know my experience, especially the ones that use you often.

They delivered the wrong package for Valentines. One worth far less than what I paid and to be honest by the reaction of the customer service agent they knew it. I got a limited time package of jerkies and meats, clearly trying to compete with man crates, and they delivered some more female oriented small package to my husband. ( not that there is anything wrong with that but I wouldn't spend my money to send him that. Now a crate of meats meant to impress that's what I wanted) instead of reaching out, admitting their error, offering other options or a refund they thought- hey maybe they won't know we sent some cheap garbage instead. When I called the person was unhelpful, unsympathetic and bad at their job. I have worked customer service for over tens years, two in a call center, and this was just awful. As a company they had so many opportunities to make up for their error, but didn't. Not until I got angry and demanded a refund did I get anything that made me slightly happy. Thanks for ruining a surprise valentine for my husband in our first year of marriage.

First and last order from Shari's Berries. I placed my order OVER a month ago and asked for it to be delivered on 2/14. I got an email today stating "my order was on it's way" and also on Shari's website shows as "delivered". Ummmm just because you got it to UPS doesn't mean it's delivered. So when I track it, it shows that it will be delivered by end of day on 2/15. Well, who cares on 2/15? I know I am one of a billion complaints and I don't expect to hear from them but I am beyond furious. Even with a groupon this place is way over priced anyway. I don't mind for a special occasion once in a while but reading the other reviews it sounds like they are horrible berries IF they ever arrive anyway. I am posting my review on multiple pages. FUNNY that you can't write directly on their facebook wall. I think we all know the reason for that. I sent a message thru messenger and shocking: no reply. It's a good thing my boyfriend knows that I adore him and he didn't expect anything because apparently that's exactly what he's going to get. LAME! Thanks for nothing Shari's Berries. I would love a full refund but let's be real... they aren't going to do anything... NEVER AGAIN!

I couldn't have chosen standard shipping if I wanted to or flexible dates because of their product was being delivered to AZ, however I believe the Rural Shipping Charge is a joke, Cave Creek isn't exactly rural when you consider there is a gas station / shopping plaza on every corner, not exactly the picture of rural. The basic cost of shipping of their product is ridiculous, the shipping costs more than the product maybe Shari's Berries needs to look into alternative shipping partners because all the additional, additional, additional costs that I paid to have your product shipped did not even ensure that the ice cooling the product wasn't melted at time of delivery.
Unfortunately, my mother loves their product.

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries and a bouquet of fruit. The fruit basket was messed up when it was delivered. Last year I never recied my strawberries. So this is it for me.

First, I would like to state, that delivery was has promised, and very well packaged. My complaint is that what the picture showed for my order did not match what was recieved. The strawberries were completely covered, unlike an order many years ago where the top of the strawberry was visible and the leaves and stem still attached. Apparently a number of people have complained out leaves and stems still in tact. If you eat strawberries by hand you typically hold them by stem-I see no problem. Also the word description, if you read it, and I didn't, you will notice that there is no mention of a multi -colored sprinkle of candies as shown in the picture. Again, many years ago, my order matched the picture exactly and the strawberries were fresh. I can not vouch for the freshness this time around, as they have not yet been given to the person. Be aware that this company has been boughtout by a hedge fund, so don't expect the same quality that the start-up company had. It's all about making BIG money. A shame to ruin a nice small business niche.

Shari's Berries used to be a great product... fancy, huge strawberries, nicely coated, and great presentation. Not anymore. I can only describe as Made in China Dollar Store quality. I received the first order yesterday. $45 worth of strawberries and macaroons (6 strawberries and 4 macaroons to be specific). One strawberry was so small it looked like a cherry. The others would sit sadly small in their designated space in the molded container. The coating was uneven, rushed, with poorly attached decorations. The bottom of the strawberries were not coated. One of them started to spoil. They no longer include the ice packs and still change $14.99 for shipping.
It is false advertising. You will not get the beautiful decorated berries they advertise. Some years ago, they did deliver a good product. Not anymore! To finish, I did call and emailed Their customer service. I did get a replacement order but it wasn't any better than the first one. I am done with this company. I have photos to show but I can't load here. Shari's Berries is a rip off.

I really feel this is one big scam by FTD, they operate under several names, Shari's Berries, ProFlowers, CherryMoonFarms, and several more but they're ALL the same.
No real customer service, Shari's customer service hung up on me after telling them I wasn't ordering but wanted a refund. Then, when I call them back all I get is a busy signal.
THOUSANDS of complaints for Valentines Day isn't a coincidence, IT'S A SCAM to get your money when they fully knew they couldn't fulfill the orders. Like me, most people ordered a week or more in advance! SCAM!

Order on Thursday for delivery on Saturday April 1 charge extra for Saturday delivery + shipping and Nope did not show up, they we sent FedEx at Fed-ex Saturday Tracking says they will get delivered net business day so I am sure that is going to be Monday, what a waste of time and money so 5 days later I am sure they will be Ripe.

My husband bought two dozen strawberries for Mother's Day, one for me and one for his mother. Mine arrived on time, and in decent condition (though the berries were partially frozen, which is odd.) The white chocolate tasted weird, but I've never liked white chocolate, so I gave that a pass.
My mother-in-law didn't get hers in time for Mother's Day, even though he paid extra shipping to ensure they would be. Instead of Saturday, they arrived Monday, and the strawberries looked awful and mangled. One was exposed enough to see mold growing on the strawberry.
I called customer service, and the agent had a thick accent, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't communicate. He offered to send a replacement box free of charge, and refund our shipping costs. My husband had to call back for the full refund though, because my name wasn't on the order, so he could only give a partial refund for me. He says it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund.
I probably wouldn't order from here again, even if the second box comes through without any problems.

My mother says, "this is the best gift I have ever received!" I have read several reviews giving sherries berries poor marks. To be quite honest, I think these people are off their rocker. I have been ordering sherries berries for several years now. My wife, my mother, and now my daughter who has a newborn baby I'll receive sherries berries. They have never come in anyway except for excellent quality. The styrofoam box that's they have come in have preserved both the berries and the chocolate perfectly. The Barry's have always been fresh and the chocolate has maintained its excellent consistency. This year my dad and I went together to again purchase sherries berries for my mother for Mother's Day. My mother has said, that this is the best gift that she has ever received. This is much to the chagrin of my younger brother, who has failed to send sherries berries to anyone. I have sent them before, and I will send them again. The quality has always been excellent. And believe me I am a consumer that demands excellence if I could give 10 stars I would!

I AM AT WORK TRYING TO TALK TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND SEND 4 EMAILS AND THEY JUST SEND BACK ANOTHER COUPON. IT IS MADDENING. ALSO THE STRAWBERRIES I SENT FOR HOLIDAYS WERENT THAT GOOD SO I AM TRYING THIS ITALIAN BASKET.
