Overall, Best Buy is a complete joke. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are complete rip off. I can't wait until Amazon buys them out and they shut down. They literally stole a package and refused to give me my money back. I found the police report, and they never refunded me for the amount. Then for complaining, they placed me on a no online order or store delivery order List as if I would purchase from them again.

I used to shop at Best Buy all the time. Recently bought a computer for my family. We went on vacation, came back and decided we didn't want it. Not opened or anything. Well their return policy is only 14 days and I was on the 16th day. Terrible service. I will only buy online now.

BEWARE: do not order from best buy. I ordered and paid for a printer. It said one day delivery. It has been 23 days and three customer service calls no help, no printer, not able to cancel order, no refund! Worst e experience ever!

My laptop for a long time never let me use my mouse pad, I always had to use my mouse. So I went into Best Buy and talked with tech support and in less than a minute he showed me the key I must have touched long ago and did not know about that key. What a jerk I felt Iike, but all is well now, happy I went there even after being in the business of 28 years teaching repairs, programming and writing programs. I am never to old to learn. He did not charge me and he would not take any money so I put it in his pocket and said thank you and left.

I returned 2 batteries that were unopened on 01/18/2022. Best Buy return center in Kentucky received the items on 01/24/2022. Since then, I called customer service three times to find out why I never received a credit. I got nowhere the first two times. On the third time, 6 weeks later, I was told the batteries are not returnable, and they will ship them back to me. Their return policy on https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat*******014.c?id=pcmcat*******014 clearly states "opened consumable items including health supplements, health test kits, batteries…" are not returnable. The batteries I returned were UNOPENED! It didn't matter to "customer service". I will never buy another product from Best Buy. There are too many other options available.

Tip for consumers:
Don't ever purchase anything from Best Buy if you feel customer service is important.

Ive had my delivery delayed by over a month by now. Every time im in touch they push it off a bit more. Whats ironic is that they actually have the item in stock, but for some cockamamied reason they wont deliver the pick up items. (my schedule wont allow me to just go down there and get it)

Tip for consumers:
dont go with delivery. use amazon or actually ANY other store lol

In store pickup is a joke. It would have been way faster to simply walk in and pick up item off of the shelf as opposed to ordering online and waiting in the 1 line for pickup@ customer service (where everyone is returning items and and yelling)

I thought purchasing a large amount of a gift card to purchase an cell phone. Don't do it. Best Buy didn't have the phone requested but they wouldn't give us our money back off the card. I had to purchase something I didn't need or want. The customer service person was awful. I will never do business with them ever. I'm married to a techno nut so they will be losing at least 4000- $6000 a year in electronics and widgets.

My laptop conked out the first day of my college finals. I found a brand new Dell laptop under $300. Shipped and I got it 2 days later. Aced my classes literally. Four years later, I can honestly say I received a quality unit---as I am using it this very moment. And, Best buy has a customer service phone contact option! That is A-1! Because a lot of companies rely on emailing, and we know how long that can take. I highly recommend.

Bought two Samsung's tv. High end thousands of dollars spent. Tv had blotches of color. Was told it was "cosmetic" and warranty (which was also bought) didn't cover it. Now have two defective TVs and they won't replace. Take business elsewhere! Had to give one star to submit but would have given a negative zero

I love buying from Best Buy. They have good products, a good computer Geek Squad, and fare prices when there is a sale. However, if you want a store agent to help you, find someone who knows the product you are purchasing. My last visit I asked if the Philip Hue starter kit had everything I needed to start up. He said no, that I needed to purchase an additional Ethernet cable. NOT TRUE.

Overall, I am okay with the service. My mobile phone was delivered on time and the price was reasonable (cheaper than in an ordinary store).

On April 6th I ordered a Playstation 3 game for my son from the Best Buy website and am just now receiving an e-mail stating that it is about to be shipped (April 12th). Not that it was shipped... just that there was a shipping label created for it. I'm not sure what the delay was, but that seems like a very long time for something to be shipped out, especially from such a large company. I had ordered several items from other online stores on the same day, all of which have arrived, and this package hasn't even left the warehouse. I had ordered a tie and dress socks from Europe on the 6th as well, and it's pretty sad that both packages will likely arrive around the same time. Ridiculous...

The website navigation is very tricky. When you want to go back to the previous page of listings, it starts all over again from the beginning and not where you left off. Customer Service is extremely sassy, snarky, and completely unhelpful. They would literally be repeating what you sent them and then just throw it in your face and make it your fault for asking a question.

Ordered a security sensor on 12.22 with guaranteed delivery 12/24. Received an email that shipment delayed. Called 12/24. And told them we are leaving 12/28 and if shipment to arrive after 12/27 it will set outside all winter. Was told "no to worry" would arrive before that. Was given a tracking number that didn't work until 12/26 and then UPS said it hadn't received the shipment. BB no help. This company is dead from the shoulders up and I expect them to be out of business in the next few years. Be clear I called them 3 times and was always assured "no problem" I would have cancelled on 12/23 and they didn't have the product ready for shipment until after 12/26 and would not let me cancel. This is not Amazon type service.

I tried to buy a dryer today and contacted customer service in Paramus. The agent clearly was overwhelmed and did not want to help me find a machine. She said I should just come in to the store as she was too busy ion the phones and had no time to advise me. I was fresh bait I would have paid quickly and she actually could care less … so that has put me off this business for future purchases. Good service on the phone tells me a lot about the company and it's very important to me that they actually care that my purchase will be right for me. Red flags all round if they don't give customers time of day or hire agents who are overwhelmed and disinterested.

The prices are always too high at Best Buy. I used to love going to Best Buy till about 5 years ago. But ever since 5 hours ago Best Buy has been a place where people are not very friendly. They really don't help you. And act very obnoxious if you are not educated about a certain technological thing. Overall I prefer other stores.

I have done both types of shopping and I detest our local brick and mortar stores as they are staffed with dipsticks.

I have purchased several items online. Got free shipping and good prices with some of the things. Was hoping not to pay tax since the shipping unit was located in another state... but alas the get you by those financial short hairs too.

The online stuff arrived in good shape and on time or before

When I made purchase ($1500) with store card, they included the reward points to a wrong account and I asked for the correction. Then it took them forever to fix the mistakes they made, I have called four times already, Best Buy still keeps the mistakes they made. Best Buy deserves zero star, the worst company in the world! It should be renamed as "Worst Buy".

This company was horrible. They charged me a TON of money to diagnose my computer and after the diagnosis, they called me back to charge more and stated it would be 4-6 weeks to complete the repair.

Glad I took it to another local company who fixed it in two days and charged less than a third of what I was quoted.

I am thankful for having options!

Decided to purchase two new Android phones from Everbuying as a friend had recently bought one from them.
The phones arrived within 8 days of payment,(very fast shipping).
The phones are very very good and totally as per description on the website, very good quality for such a bargain price.
We are very happy with our purchase and will be shopping at Everbuying for similar items very soon.

Got my speakers(kickers) done on my truck and had to go back at least ten times to get them fixed. After all that I just wanted my money back to get it done somewhere else. I paid $339 and got back $140. $30 in cash, the rest on a card. And the store manager was completely ignorant. Honestly will never step foot in a best buy store again.

I love Best Buy. Can't say I buy all my electronics there but we did buy a refrigerator there about a year and a half ago. It failed repeatedly over a six month period though it was a $2000. 00 product. BB replaced it without hassling me and was very easy to work with in the process.

Despite rarely ordering from the site, when there is something, more specifically an Amiibo, in stock I'm looking for, the order is processed and taken care of, and usually at my door, within a week.

My biggest plus is definitely how well packaged they are. Other sites like Amazon cram them in small boxes, and yet there is more than enough space in Best Buy's boxes.

Bought a Samsung 60" LED, the arrived with cosmetic damage. I didn't even notice, it was the delivery men that noticed the issue. They immediately showed it to me and reported the issue. To my surprise, they picked up a replacement and delivered the same day. That's service, thank you Best Buy.

Best Buy sells used items that they refurbish at huge savings and they come with all the warranties as s new product; without the new price tag. Pretty awesome place for families with multiple teens needing those iohones
