I've been super lucky and found some great deals on open box items via the website. Got my son a pretty spectacular gaming laptop for Christmas at around 60% off the regular price.
Overall, Best Buy is a complete joke. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are complete rip off. I can't wait until Amazon buys them out and they shut down. They literally stole a package and refused to give me my money back. I found the police report, and they never refunded me for the amount. Then for complaining, they placed me on a no online order or store delivery order List as if I would purchase from them again.
If i could leave zero stars I would. I purchased an e gift card through this awful company and their third party company and not only did they take the money out of my account for "authorization purposes" but they then sent me an email saying they couldnt process my payment yet they took the money from our account. We then called their customer support in which they transferred us to multiple departments, about ten different departments, none of which knew what they were doing or talking about. Only to be told that the funds would be placed back into my account pending my banks authorization. We were wanting to buy an i pad for our kid with that today and now we arent going to be able to thanks to good old best buy and their third party cash star. Stay away from this establishment. They do not know how to treat their customers and they are borderline theives.
I called the 800 line to schedule an appointment to have a printer repaired. I talked to a lady with a foreign accent. She asked for the model number, all of the information about the printer. I described the problem she said no problem, they technicians could take care of it. It is a HP lazer 4500 series printer - a big printer! This portion of the process to 40 minutes because I had to repeat myself several times. I got to the store, hauled the printer in, and the first thing the guy asked was, "why did you bring in a printer, we don't service printers". I rehearsed the phone call and all he could say was someone really screwed up. No apology, no assistance on where I could take the printer, not assistance to carry the printer back out. A total waste of two hours of my time. I which I could bill them for my wasted time. Never going back there for service again.

The store is known for excellent top of the line electronics at a fair price, not to mention the Price Guarantee. I think that there is never a time when I cannot find a great deal, even if I have to shop around to get it.
Amazing deals, you can get a Led Brand of 60 inchs for less than 1K, that is simple better than any other place.
Also their site is really easy to surf and the black Friday deals are simple incredible.
This is a very nice wig the fit is great and I can style it in many styles without any product other than a light mist of spray in the front. I have a small head so I am not sure most of the time if the wigs I order will fit well but I have a way of working it out. The wig could have a little more hair on top I like my hair to have a lush look but this worked for me also. I got this color it is just a beautiful color.
The store closest to my home is great. The one by my parent's home is not so great. Add to that, the online purchases made are almost like buying from a separate company. Complications with an online order have to be dealt with through that avenue. Otherwise, the store here is great, the people helpful, the sales enticing and everything is clean and organized. So I say take a chance, but be wary.
My wife came in to best buy and wanted to purchase 2 pairs of samsung earbuds from then but she specifically asked the sales employee if she could exchange them if they're defective. Employee said yes without any issues even though the sale was through samsung but had to be picked up at that best buy location. She asked before the purchase and when she picked both pairs up, one of them were defective so she went back to best buy to exchange them for another pair and manager said that we would have to go through samsung. Manager said that we will train their employees better on the policies and simply apologized. This is the last time we will be shopping there. The worse experience to date.

Tried to buy some items on the Best Buy website, I put them into my cart, went back to shop for one more item and the prices in the cart changed to original prices. They gave no notification, no deadline of time for the sale, nothing. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do about the price change, and wouldn't honor the price. I won't be purchasing anything else from Best Buy, they have become Worst Buy, they probably should change their Logo.
The extended Warranty and Service is suspect at best. I went to the tech counter and was told the pen for my Surface Pro needed new tips when all it needed was a battery. Now I have a set of tips I don't need, and $20.00 plus dollars that could have been spent on groceries, and wasn't.
What I like about this online shop is the level of honestly. So far I have not been able to identify any fake or counterfeit products being sold in here They have only the good kind of products because I have bought form them several times and everything that I have got has always ebne the right one and working fine.
I have never had any issues shopping with Best Buy but part of that is because I don't shop much there anymore. I am not a fan of their policies, especially return policy. We purchased a camera the day before our honeymoon only to find out after we left it wasn't working. By the time we got back from our honeymoon the 10/15 day return period was up and we were told nothing they could do and to contact the mfg. I had to spend my own money to send it back to mfg only to learn that the camera had been damaged and possibly dropped. This was supposed to be a brand new camera. My husband did mention that the box appeared to look like it had been re-taped shut. The mfg did fix it for us and I had to pay again to have it returned to me. I still purchase things from best Buy sometimes but a little more leery on the more expensive items. Usually Walmart or Amazon have the same thing cheaper and their protections plans are much cheaper as well.
I love best buy. I buy all of my electronics there any even though I don't get the extended warranty (I get mine from esurranty.com), they are always the lowest priced. The employee's are always helpful and it is just a great store.
I think bestbuy's site is very good. You get all the stuff in the stores and much more. Price's are competitive and the service is great. I bought a laptop once and a week later they had a sale 200$ off the same laptop. I went in tho the store and they gave me the 200$ back. Cash. I was very impressed.
Best buy always comes through - providing important information about new devices and technologies. This time they had to do time-consuming research to be sure they were providing accurate info. And they did!
Messed up both items in my order. One item was the incorrect item and the other was out of stock so needed to be refunded. When you have an issue you have to deal with the company selling on the Best buy website rather than best buy giving you the refund right away and than dealing with it on their end. Most online retailers would do the refund and than deal with the third party sellers on their end. Second time I've had issues. The other time the website glitches and duplicated my order for a printer I told them immediately (within 30min) and they said it was too late and had already shipped so I'd have to bring it in to a store for return.As someone who works in a warehouse I can tell you the chance of them having processed it that fast is extremely unlikely and even if they had they could have grabbed it of the skid of shipments waiting to be picked up by the courier.
Company suppose to get signature for item being delivered doesn't follow it and item is missing and won't refund me after they said multiple times they would.go deal with a more reputable company.

Bought a TV a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered today between 9-12. Got a robo call at 10:30 saying it would be here between 12-4. It never arrived. I called the store in Prescott, AZ. Nobody answers the phone there and never have. Checked online. No info. About the order or its whereabouts. Finally got on a chat with a rep from the company as there's no customer service at the store. On chat, I decided they had wasted my day and to cancel the item. I wasn't about to wait again. The representative apologized for the delay and admitted the TV wasn't in stock and had been back ordered. Nobody bothered to inform me of this and I waited all day for this delivery that would never arrive. This is just another example of a company not caring about it's customers. They deserve to have their doors closed. One star is too many.
If I could rate this as 0 stars, I would. WORST customer service EVER. All we needed was a print out of a receipt, as we bought the laptop on line, big mistake.
Samsung kindly offered us a 1 time fix, even though the wty had expired, but do you think Best Buy would help us out and just print and email us the receipt?
NO, I called many times, each time I either got cut off or left on hold! SUPER frustrating. Finally gave up, absolutely do NOT shop on their on line site, or in the store anymore. My $$ will be spent anywhere else!
Found the computer I wanted to buy for my wife. It was an "In store Only" deal at Best Buy. I go right away and it is not in stock... either a ploy to get more folk in the store or bad inventory management, or a bad decision to look at Best Buy at all...

They aren't bad, just make sure you know what you want to buy before you go there, since their stuff is mostly inept unfortunately. They have a good selection of electronics though and they seem to care about their customers.
So, samsung frontier watch. Known as galaxy gear s3. They overpriced the product. You paying that much money for smartwatch, so you are expecting excellent quality. Anyway, besides the price, watch is really usefull and has some really good features inside, my favourite is pulse tracking.
I love my best buy rewards program. I save huge with this. I love my selection and I love the support I get from each and every staff member. The store is always stocked well. But... because I do not have an hour to wait for cell service as the lines are always was to long I have had to take my business else wear for that only.
On 8/9/2017, I purchased a clock radio that was to be a gift. The gift was presented to the recipient on his birthday, 8/24/2017. The "Birthday Boy" received a very similar gift and I agreed to return the one I gave him. The box was never opened. I took it back to Best Buy and they pulled the "15 day return POLICY" and refused to give back my purchase price; instead "agreeing" to give me a store credit. In invoking a POLICY that was not complied with by 4 days, they managed to loose a good customer who has spent more than a few dollar with the company over the years. Unrealistic & inflexible company policies do not invite return customers in this Amazon retail world.
No Price Match unless your closest best buy store is within 25 miles of the competitor. I thought price match is over online and that was it. Waste of time in best buy i might as well buy in office depot with lower price and 20% off.
I have been trying to get in touch with best buy for months. None of the stores here in Ontario take calls and has long messages when you call. Customer service is 1 hour wait time and useless. They tell me I need to go in store myself to see if I can exchange an item over 30 days as they aren't sure if due to covid they will allow me. Took 2 phone calls, 4 hours of time, and still no answer. They expect me to drag a child into the store to ask a basic question which none of the customer service team can answer. Do not shop here. Not worth the time and poor service.
