I've been super lucky and found some great deals on open box items via the website. Got my son a pretty spectacular gaming laptop for Christmas at around 60% off the regular price.
Overall, Best Buy is a complete joke. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are complete rip off. I can't wait until Amazon buys them out and they shut down. They literally stole a package and refused to give me my money back. I found the police report, and they never refunded me for the amount. Then for complaining, they placed me on a no online order or store delivery order List as if I would purchase from them again.
Ordered installation, LG TV and wall mount. The wall mount was to delivered two days after the order a week before installation. Wall mount never showed up. It's December 7th. It still hasn't shipped. I canceled everything else on the day of installation. The installers showed up for hours early then scheduled. Try to call them. No response. Called customer support. They said they would be there at 4:00 at their scheduled time. 4:30 no show. I look online in my order has been rescheduled because there's no TV available. I was not contacted. I contact support again. They said they had rescheduled cuz there's no TV I said. How's that possible? They had a TV for me earlier in the day. She calls them and said it's broken. The next TV's not available. Probably for a month. Worst company ever. Still haven't received my wall mount and now credit card wants to charge me. Please go to Amazon

We were suppose to have our new refrigerator today, the truck came but the driver thought our driveway was not safe enough because it was wet because of the rain (we're in Seattle area so yeah...!) and they just left without any word.
The the customer service called few minutes after that and said that we had to wait for a DRY DAY! I mean, what? And because I was frustrated about this "solution" she hanged-up on me!
And now, I have to wait 24h to contact them again to have my money back because the status is still "in delivery"...
FYI: we already had 3 deliveries with Best Buy for washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and big Freezer. And one of them was in February with snow... So yeah, Best Buy lost a customer today.
Purchased a bosch dishwasher including installation. No one showed up on the installation date or at the time. I called up after that and was told a manager would call back within 30 minutes. No one called back. Never again

My dvd would not work. I had to talk to 3 people before a refund was issued and the problem was resolved. Poor customer service. For sure. I dont know if i will shop here again. Used to be the customer was always right what happened to this idea.it took forever to get assistance at this store no one seemed to know anything. Unknowledgeable. The employes borderline. Incompetent. Just saying.
Unless is an open box you can only get it for a low price... and or you have to wait for a holliday to get best deal there return policy is a joke if you return 4-5 items in a year you get banned with not returning anything for 90 days
I purchased a luggage set from them it shows a 70% discount from $990. So the final price is 297$. But about one month later the exactly same luggage set was change to original price $890 and discount 70% so another discount price is 267$.

I am not going to buy anything again from Best Buy. Very very poor order and delivery status! I received a message 16 hours ago that my order was ready for pick up in one hour! I went to pick it up 6 hours later and was informed it was not at the store yet! Six hours later it is not there yet... I called and was told on a recorded message it was on its way- 2 hours ago. Very very dissatisfied with Best Buy...
Best Buy sold and installed a wrong type of a gas range in my house, which caused gas poisoning and a fire hazard. I am trying to resolve the issue and Best Buy simply ignores it. One of the store supervisors Ricki Koeberle promised to help and now ignoring my messages. It is simply appalling! Best Buy is not standing behind it's products or services. I would never buy from them again!
The prices may seem the lowest, but sometimes they aren't. Even if you have to spend more, Walmart is a much better deal. Delivery quality is not consistent. Coupons may or may not be honored. Most of the people who work there are not that intelligent. The only thing I will buy there is a USB flash drive that costs less than ten dollars.
I buy refurbish items and had quite a few headaches I checked them I said they sell electronics. So, got to the site purchased a blu ray for a fraction of the price sitll with me after few years. The tv stills going on too. So the refurbished items for sale in their site are reliable.
I use to just use this site to pay on the credit card but now I use the site for looking up virtually anything I can to do price comparisons without having to waste all the extra gas going across town then the extra hassle of having to go store to store and try and locate each thing I am looking for. (just to find out they are "out of stock")
I was shopping for a TV at Best Buy a week ago. I was told that in order to get a salesperson to help me I would have to put my name on a wait list and wait for 45 minutes to an hour. If I wanted to buy without talking to a salesperson I would have to pick one of the TV's on the floor in a box (very limited selection), carry it to checkout myself and then to my car. Needless to say I bought the TV on Amazon. I didn't get a salesperson but free delivery to my front door, and better price. Why are they in business?

I have gone to Best Buy store many many times and each and every time the employees have taken excellent care of me and are very knowledgeable about any issues I have had. They have set up at least 9 different phones for me and my purchase of a tv soon will definitely be at Best Buy!
We have been quite pleased with the Surface Pro 4. The keyboard has a good ergonomic design and feel. The i5 Intel processor has been more than adequate to handle the execution of several applications simultaneously.
For last two weeks i was trying to find a product that i never in the local market place but was not able to get it there. When i start browsing in Internet and find best buy i was there i thought i wasted a lot of time out there it was just a piece of cake i ordered it and now am able to use it. Best buy made more convenient for me to get what i wanted.
We recently bought a new garmin gps.and it did not work properly, we took it back the next day to a different best buy and they exchanged it without any problem. We were traveling and bought it in Michigan and exchanged it in Indiana. Thank you best buy for fantastic customer service
As long as you know what to buy, Best Buy is ok to shop at but heaven forbid if you have computer questions. Their lack of knowledge astounds me and all they seem to know is whatever items they are at the time trying to push the sales on. Some prices are reasonable, others are overpriced. Since Frys Electronics is so sparse with their inventory now, its good to see that Best Buy is carrying more computer items but they still have a long ways to go to make it worth the time to shop there. All in all Best Buy is ok especially with in store returns.
14 day return on electronics including cell phones is ridiculous. Cell phone stores wait on you and leave you to wait on others when not finished with you. If you have customer, you take care of them before helping another customer!
I use BB more than any other electronics merchant. The site is intuitive and easy to navigate. The checkout process is simple and quick. I like that I have the option to ship to home or pick up at the store.
Got in the store in the first 5 minutes of opening and after receiving a ticket from a sales associate for an advertised TV and was told by very rude asst. Manager I couldn't buy that particular TV but was free to buy any other TV... all of which were not as good of a deal as the one advertised.
I can browse at home, then I can either kick back and wait for my stuff to come to me, or I can run in the store and pick it up and it's been paid for and waiting for me. They'll even gift wrap it for me if that's what I want.
I had a 60 inch sharp tv for over 6 years the tv was working great. And then one day all of sudden stop working. Well i had to shop for a new tv. I am doing all my shopping online because i always know i will get better prices then i get in retail stores. But i shop for 70 inch sharp tv no matter where i looked best buy always had better prices. So i decide to go to best buy to buy the 70 inch sharp. I took it how was working great for 2 days then all of sudden stop working. (not best buy fault) i had to return the tv to best buy and they took it back no problem and refunded my money even that i returned the tv without the box. Amazing service. I actually love the service so much so i decide to buy another tv from bestbuy
