I placed an order for a teepee for children to use as a dog bed for my yellow lab. It was entirely too big. When I called to request a return it was quick, effortless, and convenient. My experience with best choice was great! I received the kettle bells that I ordered as promised. It is just what I needed for at home workouts. Two days later, the same order was delivered though I only ordered one. I contacted them, customer service was prompt with their response. They emailed a return label. I dropped off the extra item to FedEx.

Bought eukalaly for my granddaughter, she's 3 loves to play my old one. It arrived beautiful but couldn't tighten strings to tune on both knobs on right side. Strings just fell to side. Called customer service was great, sent me a new one free of charge, awesome but 2nd one same problem. Emailed they apologised again, very nice. Sent me a bar code to take to ups to send free of any return charge on me for refund. That is great customer service! Thank you. I was more than satisfied with the resolution. They told me just to keep the defective item which had hardware missing and loose. I may be able to salvage it by totally disassembling it and finding replacements for the missing parts.

Stay away. There was an order mistakenly place by my kid and I have been trying to cancel it all morning and they still want to ship the product after telling me the order has been closed. If you see they are selling something Do Not Buy From Them! Move On! They Lie and just want your money..

Bought patio furniture which they shipped by FedEx but was never received.
After advising them I had not received it, I got the runaround for 2 weeks by their customer service dept who said it was, and that the matter was closed, so tough for me.
I called FedEx myself and just received confirmation from them that they delivered to the wrong address, but that they didn't know where it is now. It was that easy but not for BCP.
They're the worst. Stay away!

BCP products are only warrantied for 60 days. My $150.00 air-fryer broke in 5 months. BCP customer support would not help. Wrote two different CEO's twice requesting their support to resolve my problem; USPS mail came back both times (using four different address they have registered), return to sender / moved. This is a gypsy company. Go purchase your products from a company that offers 1 year warranties and cares about their customers... Had a good experience with Ninja Coffee maker company.

I bought a couch from this company, when putting it together I realized it was defective.
Contacted the Co. I was told to ship back which I did but never received the credit on my credit card.
I'm now disputing the charges with Amex.

Bought a 3 piece sectional with ottoman, faux leather they sent an incomplete box with missing parts no hardware no way to put the furniture together. They said another box was to arrive it never arrived. They won't issue my $519.99 credit. I get the run around from different customer service associates every time i called. Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
