Ordered a doll house for my child 2 day shipping. The delivery date was today I call fedex to be told the company never shipped the product, I contact customer service to be told the shipping takes 7-10 business days even though Amazon, Walmart and there website offers 2 days shipping. When telling the agent that it still advertises this he basically tells me oh well and just keeps saying "I'm sorry for the confusion" over and over again. After all this they tell me they are sending a replacement all the while I waited over an hour on hold to receive an email minutes later saying I'm being refunded! So another hour on hold they tell me oh that was a mistake you are getting a replacement so now I'm 6 days from Christmas with absolutely no answers on what is happening with my order! Customer service clearly doesn't know what they are talking about and lesson learned I will NEVER order again
BCP products are only warrantied for 60 days. My $150.00 air-fryer broke in 5 months. BCP customer support would not help. Wrote two different CEO's twice requesting their support to resolve my problem; USPS mail came back both times (using four different address they have registered), return to sender / moved. This is a gypsy company. Go purchase your products from a company that offers 1 year warranties and cares about their customers... Had a good experience with Ninja Coffee maker company.

Most recent purchase was Zero Gravity Lounge chairs. They arrived very fast, were well packaged and were just as they were pictured. They are comfortable, seem well made and the colors are vibrant. Would deal again with Best Choice Products with confidence in their products and - if there is an issue - prompt and helpful customer service.
Products are high quality for the price. Customer Service is exceptional. No hassel, No BS. Quick efficient and without equal. I have never had Consistant great customer service like this. Best Choice will be my first shop stop.
I have ordered several products of interest over the last decade, never a problem, great prices and quick delivery, items as advertised. Recently ordered an item for my grandsons birthday and inadvertently in hast had it sent to wrong address 210 instead of 201. My son's neighbors were nice enough to return via USPS (verified). They issued me a refund and I reordered item with the correct address; may arrive a day after his 3rd birthday but no worry, he'll never know.
I have made 3 purchases from this company. The item's I have received are a better quality than expected due to their low prices. I will continue to shop their quality products. I even shared the website to my daughter in law and she loves it! I did have a question about my last order and contacted the company via live chat. It was quick & easy and the representative answered my question quickly. It was an easy process.
The company customer service is hands down one of the best I have ever encountered. The products are of high quality and ordering, processing and shipping was super easy, quick and flawless. Upon receiving a damaged product, they immediately processed another order for a replacement. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend shopping from them.
I bought two Best Choice Products patio umbrellas based on a consumer magazine rating and have not been disappointed. They are beautiful colors, well made, and the lights underneath are great! I couldn't get one to light up, but their customer service person gave me 3 potential fixes and one worked and it was simple. Very happy with the product and the support.
Bought patio furniture which they shipped by FedEx but was never received.
After advising them I had not received it, I got the runaround for 2 weeks by their customer service dept who said it was, and that the matter was closed, so tough for me.
I called FedEx myself and just received confirmation from them that they delivered to the wrong address, but that they didn't know where it is now. It was that easy but not for BCP.
They're the worst. Stay away!

Answer: My customer service call took less than 5 minutes and they replaced the part AND sent me an extra part. The employee was so nice and super efficient. GREAT experience with their telephone customer service department.
