Received a sandbox with a small defect (crack) in lid. Asked for replacement lid. No replacement parts were available so BCP offered 20% discount. Quick resolution and very accommodating.

I have ordered from this site several times. Always liked everything that I ordered. Whenever I had an issue (not with product) could always get issue taken care of with no problem.
I received the product, assembled per the instructions and it would not light. I contacted support, explained the issue and the first lady disconnected. I then connected to the second lady and had to start over. She made a refund proposal but disconnected as soon as I accepted the offer but I did not know if BCP accepted the offer so I had to start a new chat with a third lady. She was very nice and confirmed the offer was accepted. I first had asked for a replacement fire pit but was told none were in stock and they did not know when any would be in stock. I then asked for parts to fix it and was told no parts were in stock and did not know if they would get any parts. I just purchased the pit and no pits were available and no parts were available. That is poor support. You send me an orphan fire pit that is defective and have no support for it. Shame on you. Your support people do not or can not provide useful support. Shame on you. The ladies were nice but they were not given the tools necessary. I tried to get the fire pit to work for over a week and spent time in chats with people trying to get help but none was available. Shame on you.

I bought a bird house and it had a defective piece. I emailed them and they are sending a new replacement. They didn't just blow me off. They are very professional and kept in contact with me.
My customer service experience with the representative at Best Choice Products was the best customer service I can recall.
My phone call was answered after two rings and without waiting to be handed off to someone else to help me, my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes.
In addition, the item I purchase arrived in a matter of days and was about 30% less money than I had seen the item advertised for elsewhere.
Therefore, I am giving Best Choice Products a FIVE STAR REVIEW and will buy from them again and I will highly recommend them to you and my friends and family.

I went to order some raised garden beds through BCP and really researched the company and the reviews. It seemed like a reputable company with great service and products. So...I went and placed my order. I even signed up for rewards. Then I get a confirmation email about order. Then later, I get another email stating my order was cancelled...? No reason why or anything. I go to my account at BCP and it still shows I have an order with an actual order number. I even have reward points and Rakuten points... I click on the number to track it and a tracking window opens with no information on it. I decide to wait a day or so, in case it is still in processing. Acouple days later I go to check and it's still the same. I decide to talk to someone in BCP Chat. Alyana responds, very politely. She checks my information and this is the resulting conversation. My frustration is their ordering system that automatically kicks out a customer's order...without any explanation. Alyana was still very polite, but did not seem concerned with the issue. She had to send me a link - one not on the site that I found - in order to know their shipping policy. I hope the company reads this and realizes the flaw in their automatic system. Automation doesn't replace reaching out to a customer when there is an error in an order, especially when it's a first time customer. Anyone in business knows that it takes MONTHS to find a customer and seconds to lose one. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Hopefully this is helpful.

Ordered BCP solar umbrella through my Amazon account. After finding an issue with the solar panel, I contacted BCP and they immediately agreed to send a replacement.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service of Best Choice Products! I purchased a patio umbrella for my parents back in September (as a Christmas gift) and it was just recently opened and set up and we realized the solar panel at the top was missing. I contacted the company and even though it had been 9 months since I purchased the umbrella- they were unable to send a new solar piece- (which I offered to buy they just don't sell) without any hesitation and because they want to show great service they are sending me a whole new umbrella! This means so much to me as this gift like I mentioned before was a gift to my parents… but my entire family ended up getting Covid at Christmas and my mom, who was only 64 years old and healthy- died on January 14th from the virus. So I was really disappointed when we first set up the umbrella for my dad a couple weeks ago and found that it wouldn't light up- now that they are sending a replacement I feel like my mom will see it shine from above as we gather together. In June of 2020, we bought a 10ft 360-Degree LED Cantilever Offset Hanging Market Patio Umbrella w/Easy Tilt and loved the product until it broke within about a month or so of the time that we purchased the product. The crank casing broke apart and the umbrella would not stay open. We contacted customer service and the product was still within the return window. We were told to return the product and were sent a tag to send it back through UPS or Fed Ex. We were told by the customer service representative that a new umbrella would be sent out to us once the damaged product was returned. Over the winter I attempted to make contact with customer service since we had not received a new umbrella. I was not able to get ahold of anyone until about April or May of 2021. I was told that they could not find the record of my return and I would have to produce the Fed Ex or UPS return slip, which I no longer had. The company was great and we liked the product other than it did not last long, but the return process obviously did not go as planned. The end result is that we spent several hundred dollars for a product that broke. We followed the procedure to return the product as per their customer service representative and we are now out the money with no new product.
