I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a Betsey Johnson shoe for my wedding. I placed my order on February 15,2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my shoes. This delay has caused unnecessary stress during my wedding preparations. I expected better service from a reputable brand like yours. I kindly request immediate action to resolve this issue or provide a full refund. Please address this matter urgently.
I purchased the butterfly phone bag and matching shoes. My purse shipped first and when it arrived was someone else's item, not what I ordered. When i called customer service they said they could not exchange because my correct item was sold out now. They wanted me to go to post office and return the item. I advised them they need to send for pickup as I am not driving in 40 degree weather and standing in a 1 hr holiday post office line. I asked them to please cancel the shoes as those had not shipped and refund them as well. They said they needed to reach out and notify the warehouse and notify to cancel. The supervisor told us that fedex would pick up purse Thursday. Needleas to say they never came because they never put in the pickup order. Then 4 days later they shipped the shoes anyway that I explicitly said I no longer wanted cause I didn't have the puse to match. Because they never cancelled the order. I had to call and threaten to dispute the charges if I did not get a pickup. Next day fedex was at my door. But they only had 1 shipping label for 1 item even though I was returning now 2 items due to the incompetence of cust service. Fedex put in a larger box so both items could ship. And I had to call cust service to notify they only sent one label for return but both items were sent back. Then unbenounced to me they sent the return back for fedex on the slowest delivery fedex could deliver ground shipping. A means to delay my refund. When you call customer service you get the same rotating people. Like they are working in the livingroom huddled together. And no one knows what the other indicated. I purchased my items on Dec 2 it is now Dec 21 and I still have not received a refund. Do not purchase from them. They're customer service is absolutely the worst. They are not there to assist you. This has been a horrific experience. And after all this they send me a text 2 days ago that my bag that I had actually originally purchased is now back in stock. F*** that bag, I don't even want it now after this ordeal. Take heed you've been warned. Customer service is everything. Meanwhile I'm still waiting on a refund.

Purchased pink floral sparkly tennis shoes. Loved wearing them with my black scrubs. 3 months & the shoes are coming apart. Customer service said too much time had passed and could only offer a coupon for future purchases. Nope. Not wasting my money again.

There's no over night shipping with there products! It's more like whenever they decide to ship it to you. So if you need your shipment on a certain day make sure you order 2 weeks or months ahead of time in order to receive it! Their customers serves suck via email and phone. They don't care about your concerns at all! They think it's funny when you're up set and don't do anything to help you in a better way! So don't pay for extra shipping to get your package sooner. There's no such thing.

These people do not honor anything on their website. 2 days processing is nonsense. I'm at 10 days and my order is still unfulfilled and they still won't commit to a shipping or receipt date. NEVER AGAIN - run away. Fast.

I have been wanting these Betsey Johnson Rhinestone sneakers for some time now. I finally caved and spent the money and got some. Now know they are really pretty shoes! But they must be cheaply made. Know that I have only worn them maybe 5 or 6 times to work at the office (receptionist position) and one time shopping. So it's not like I've ran and played sports in them outside. I keep them in their original box when not wearing. These started coming apart at the seams little by little since about the 3rd time of wearing them. I could understand if they were cheap $20 shoes. But they are almost $100 with the tax. You would think costing that much money, they would hold up since they have been gently worn. They sure should NOT be falling apart this soon or at all for that matter. This is a photo of one shoe. The other one has begun to come apart also. Would I purchase again? No!

After seeing the negative reviews from others (of course this was after I had placed my order), I was very nervous. The shoes arrived in a week and are exactly as I expected. Fedex delivered and I was able to track my order. The Betsey Johnson site wasn't easy or reassuring about the order getting placed - like sales tax and things, but they did send me email notifications of order received, shipping date and when it had been delivered. No complaints here.
I purchased a pair of shoes on February 23 of this year and I just to decided to wear them. The right shoe has the defect of fastening on the same ankle as the left shoe. The defect is easily noticed and was not noticed until I got ready to wear them. I contacted customer service and they told me since it has been over 30 days they could not help me. I then pointed out that their policy says they guarantee against defects and it has no expiration of the time. They still refused to help. I could see them refusing me if it had been a year or longer.

I purchased a $350 piece of luggage which came with a 5-year warranty. Used it once and the area above the wheel busted open. I sent very detailed pictures and information to Betsey Johnson, and I was told I would have to file a claim with a company called 24/7. After 10 days and no response, I reached out to Betsey Johnson once again and was advised they would have 24/7 contact me. They did reach out only to tell me there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed with their lack of caring and pointless warranty.

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of boots for an event I was going to. Paid 260.00 for the boots and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Got my boots 10 days later. I had to go buy another pair of boots for my event. Called and was told they had a computer glitch? My question was why could you not have emailed me and let me know they would not be here as promised. Rude person could not provide an explanation. Needless to say this will be my first and last order from this company. I will send the boots back ad I expect full reimbursement along with the extra shipping fee I paid. I will also let everyone I know to not order from this company! If I could give them a zero rating I would!

I loved these booties when I saw them so i ordered them. They arrived and loved them even more. They are very comfortable and they go with a lot of things. The other thing that I love is that I won't see a lot of people with them.
I will never! Order from Betsey Johnson, they don't say when taking your money that your order will take weeks to ship. You cannot cancel the order even though it's still unfulfilled and unprocessed, and this sucks.
I ordered the shoe for a special event but they will not come on time and I will no longer need the shoe.

They have the worst exchange Policy. I Love the boot I brought. It is suppose to be a medium size. All my shoes are 7/12. This boot is so narrow and tight. All I wanted was a bigger size and they don't even allow you to exchange. This is a Terrible policy. Because I really Love the boot, but can't wear it. I am done with Betsey Johnson. Because I really like her products. Done Done.

I ordered some boots from betseyjohnson.com. They were supposed to ship out on Monday, checked the status today, Wednesday, and now have been told that they don't know when they'll be shipped. Would have been nice for someone to let me know as these were a gift to my sister for her birthday tomorrow. Paid extra for 2 day shipping as well. Very disappointing.

I ordered in December 3rd,2023 o pair of Diva Ivory boots, and I paid 99$ for boots and 44.95$ for shipping, plus taxes. This was ok, but in January, 23rd, 2024 I received a letter from FEDEX that I still owe them another 56.60$. In total I paid 100.95$ for shipping and 99$ for boots. This is unfair and unprofessional. When I made the payment, I considered that I paid the total amount for the boots. It is unacceptable that after almost 2 months I received another amount of payment for shipping. Also, when I placed the order, the delivery time was 1 week not 1 month. I will never order anything from them again.

I have been very dissatisfied with the sequins booties womens shoes. Purchased many pairs for my daughters stage shows. The Silver shoes for some reason kept cracking along the toe and the ankles. They sent me a new pair and the same thing happened. They are only worn for stage shows and they should not crack this fast or at all for the price. I will not be buying from them again. I can find cheaper ones for Amazon.

I ordered a purse and sidny shoes which are on backorder. The purse was supposed to be delivered last Friday. After the wknd I received a notification that the package was damaged in transit and was being returned and I'd receive a refund for the purse. So I reordered it and paid for 2 day shipping. Bag is supposed to arrive tmrw. I need it for Saturday the 21st since I didn't receive it for last weekend. Shipping says it won't arrive until Monday. So now I am trying to contact them for a refund for the 2 day shipping I paid for but am not receiving. I question if the original purse was actually "damaged" and I already sense the argument into the shipping fee refund. I'll let visa handle them if they don't give it to me.
