Amazing workouts but inconsistencies between the verbal instructions and visual models. This would be an easy fix to insure both offer the same instructions. Also, when I choose separate workouts from my plan, the video does not include all the exercises that are actually listed on the initial screen. For example, the 'Flat belly workout' video didn't include lunges with internal rotation, crunches, table leg press, slow mountain climbers, dead bug, etc…. How come?!
This is super easy. Based on your responses, you get a customized plan with very understandable workouts that are timed well. It hasn't been a chore for me to do my daily exercises...I look forward to each one. I'm highly considering keeping the plan longer than my 4-week commitment!
The short workouts are perfect for me right now with three little ones at home. My body is sore in the best possible way and I'm only on day 3. Excited to carry on and start seeing some changes physically!
I have an old knee injury plus a medical condition that makes exercising and building muscle really really difficult. This program has been gentle enough so far (first week) that I can not only do it, but also that I'm not in too much pain afterwards. The assistance of the wall has helped so much! And the exercises, while challenging, are manageable and kept to 15-30 sec increments with the whole workout only lasts 12-13 min. This has been the perfect thing for me to ease my way into exercising. Only downside is the extreme cost. I am doing the first 3 months at the introductory discounted rate, but after that, who knows if I'll be able to afford to keep it up sadly.
I've enjoyed the 3 workouts that I've done so far. They're not too long and start off easy and already I'm finding the third one a little more difficult. Good to log meals everyday. Makes you think about what you're eating. It's not been a week yet so I haven't weighed myself. Will do that on day 7.
I'm not sure what it is about the gym but it's an absolute no for me. Having an exercise that I can do right in my living room has been so beneficial. The workout plans are the perfect amount of work. I feel rejuvenated after doing them and I'm finding myself wanting to push forward more and more.
I personally never thought that an app would actually motivate me to want to exercise, but BetterMe has proved me wrong on so many levels! The exercises are well planned and literally work all of the body. Already seeing results and I just barely started. Can't wait to see how much better I look and feel by my wedding. 10/10 recommend!
