I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.
Place an order last night, first only one place show delivery time "30-60 minutes". Nothing on email received confirming order, not great service but ok. Then after 75 minutes went ahead and called restaurant, only to find out it was CLOSED. Sure glad I did not use a credit card. Total waste of time, since restaurant uses the service after they re-opened have to consider that going again since they don't check up on their support businesses.
This is by far the worst company in my 10 years of owning a business that I have ever dealt with. They basically have 1 employee and apparently a manager that isn't on sight to handle issues. They do not pay you the money that is owed to you and basically. Criminals! Restaurant owners beware!
This company will track down working restaurant, create a fake website with a similar domain name and send all the real restaurant's clients to their website. They use different techniques such as editing websites urls on google listing.
Do not order with them, if they steal your money and you call the REAL restaurant they will not reimburse you since they are not at fault. If anybody has heard of a mass complaint against this company i am willing to join, please let me know.

This company is a joke! Awful customer service. Ordered dinner from one of their restaurants was told food would arrive in 30 minutes food arrived 1.5 hours later. I called to cancel the charge on my cc and twenty minutes later food was delivered. Told the delivery person what happened they didn't care and I called beyond menu and cancelled the order and when I called again the voicemail said the google subscriber I was calling didn't exist. Basically I paid 80 dollars for cold disgusting food that was 1 hour late and this company doesn't care! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Awful experience

This company creates fictitious restaurant webpages for legitimate businesses and hacks their Google listing to point to their page. They ring up charges on your credit card and do not deliver your order. Local law enforcement and the FBI are aware of their operation but do nothing to stop them. You have been warned.

I attempted to make a restaurant order for pickup using Beyond Menu. I paid for the order and received a confirmation.
Upon going to pick up the order I was advised that Beyond Menu had cancelled my order. No reason given. I asked them why by email. No response.

BeyondMenu seems to cater to small, hole in the wall places that are not real restaurants. For example, a Hunan Delight delivery, I could not eat any of it and threw it out.

The so called "restaurants" on this site are places where you can not sit and eat. They have only take out and delivery. The food is sub par at best. Now, I am out over $51 because I was hungry and used their service to order food. If DoorDash had not had technical issues with their site, I would never have used them.

I orded got my food and enjoyed the service until my bank called and said there was fraud on my account the last time I used that card was for beyond menu and before that two week earlier. It must have been someone there they used my card info to place a 573.42 online order at some place called against all odds. I don't even know what type of store this is. Please don't use this website.

I just realized that this place in IL charged my credit card back in 2018. I see a lot of similar comments below. FBI should raid this place. If you have to reside in IL, please contact a local DA's office. I am in CA. I never ordered anything from this store or website.

Upon ordering the chinese food on their own website, I received a call to verify my card billing address and my phone number, zip code & expiration date. Ive never had to verify any information and then i was asked if i could provide my drivers license & credit card upon delivery. Then they cancelled my order and recharged my card. Complete SCAM!

We used them for years, after they screw up my delivery map, and they didn't fix the problem, so we switch to other site, they took our google my business and change it themselves, now I have no access to my own page!

First and last time using this! I ordered our supper for work to be delivered at breaktime, 8:30. Beyond menu does not let the restaurant know the special instructions you add to your order. They just take your money. I now have cold food. Thanks for nothing Beyond menu

No where in the ordering process was it shown that i will be charged for the delivery, only after punching all the details in and submit the order a delivery charge of 4$ came up on an order of over 30 bucks. Very dishonest, i will never use the site again

I had reached out to Beyond Menu via email regarding us being overcharged and didn't receive everything we had ordered. Someone emailed me back saying that the overcharges will drop shortly - they did not and this person did not answer my questions for being charged for food but not receiving everything we got paid for. I wrote two emails back to this person and no response has been provided. This company is careless. Will not use ever again.

I am visiting friends in Las Vegas. My home is in Phoenix. I ordered delivery from a local Thai Food Take-out for our last dinner here together. The order was processed thru BEYONDMENU. They didn't bother calling to ask me why the billing address and delivery address were not the same. (Because I'm a guest here, IDIOTS!) Then they cancelled my order - but not until they got an authorization on my AMEX which will take days to clear off. When I asked them why - they claimed they'd called my cell. No such call was recorded as missed or dialed to me. I suspect I will have to fight with AMEX to get the refund. I ended up telling these morons that they were both greedy and incompetent. Then I replaced the order directly with the restaurant. Do not trust this company! They are rude, greedy, paranoid, and liars! That's just for starters. I'll keep you posted as to when and if I get the refund they claim they cancelled. So far AMEX says not yet.

I've ordered food a few times from them for a particular Chinese restaurant. However there was an issue with billing. They must have called my phone 2 dozen times (the restaurant). Then they showed up at my house. It was unacceptable. Tried to resolve it with Beyond Menu (who handles all payment) and both Beyond Menu and the restaurant were tricky and scamy. Will never use them again. Ever.

I ordered food from what I thought was the restaurant, but it actually was through this fraudulent app. The restaurant never received the order. Beyond Menu initially told me that their fax machine was down and they could not place the order, then they told me the manager would not take a phone order from them. I knew right away this was a SCAM. They assured me that they did not charge my credit card... THEY DID! Now, I am disputing the charge with my bank which I already won. But, I am going to be sure everyone knows about this crap. It's too bad I had to select a star. They are minus infinity stars!

Service is one thing but these guys took my order, charged my card and never submitted the order to the restaurant. I called customer service who claimed they never received an order but could confirm they received my payment. Them just refused to refund it. I fought with them through the credit card company for almost three months before I won. They are crooks. Buyer beware..

Once you place an order thru the Beyond Menu App or the Beyond Menu website, our system automatically sends over the information to our partner stores. Most of the time they are successfully viewed or printed and the store staff are given notice. However, there are times wherein orders are already transmitted successfully but for some reasons like machine issue, internet issue or sometimes the store doesn't check their orders asap and this leads to uncooked food like what you experience. I placed an order with them for the Dragon Cafe in La Vista, Ne. I had intended to have Peking Duck for dinner on my birthday. I received an email assuring me that my order had been sent to the Cafe. When I went to pick it up, the Cafe had no record of my order at all. There is nothing on the BeyondMenu website to indicate that you have to sign up, or download an app to your computer. Just place the order and you are all set. Just lies and incompetence is what this business is. BeyondMenu did not reply to my emails or act in any way like a trustworthy business.

This organization uses incompetent web developers who don't account for daylight savings time. Lunch specials are a huge part of many restaurants business, these jerks don't bother to account for the huge problem they cause by not recognizing daylight savings time.

Had no problems except that I screwed up and set a reservation for 1 person when I meant to put 4 and couldn't find how to cancel or edit it, but I just called the restaurant and fixed the reservation directly with the provided contact information. So all good.

When we had an order problem, I called the restaurant. The restaurant basically told me to fly a kite. I called beyond menu and got nowhere either. Stay away from this service. They wont make things right. Theyll hang up on you and do nothing to solve the problem.

Ordered food for pick up through Beyond Menu on 7/5/2019, at around 7:30pm. Apparently the order never got to the restaurant (this was an hour after the order was placed). When we called Beyond Menu, they didn't offer refund for right away. On top of that they lied that they offered us a 10$ coupon to the person who went to pick up the food (they never received any such calls). Overall terrible experience and would not recommend it.
