I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.
Place an order last night, first only one place show delivery time "30-60 minutes". Nothing on email received confirming order, not great service but ok. Then after 75 minutes went ahead and called restaurant, only to find out it was CLOSED. Sure glad I did not use a credit card. Total waste of time, since restaurant uses the service after they re-opened have to consider that going again since they don't check up on their support businesses.

I've never had a problem of any kind and I've been using them a lot for a long time. The only caveat is I use them for only one (great) Chinese restaurant, so it works for that one place.

I have a credit card that I only used with this service and shortly after I used it someone had my credit card info and bought a bunch of garbage with it. Do not use this service it is horrible.

I have received a few uninstall reviews on my FB page, and one 2 in general that were total lies.
I've learned that a restaurant can not please all the customers they serve all the time. All we can do is try.
I resisted allowing delivery service for a long time just because of the nature of the food delivery.
My restaurant offers a top quality stake, many comment that it is the best in town.
I started using Door Dash, and seen negative reviews on our stakes. Some one orders a med-rare stake and the stake is placed in a take out container that is designed to keep food hot, the stake continues to cook while in route to the customer. When the customer receives their meal the stake is now well done, or close to it. The customer is then pissed off and goes onto Doir Dash and leaves a bad review. This review hurts the business, and the writer of the review orders else were next time.
I found that a person can come into the restaurant and have several meals with no negative issues and then try the home delivery and end up writing a negative review. The best path forward is to be careful what you order, and don't expect it to be quite as good as you expect. If you want top quality then go out and eat, and then judge accordingly.
These companies all use the same drivers. It is a pool of drivers that deliver for all the services.
I ordered food Friday night and it got there pretty fast and everything seemed great. I go to check my account on MONDAY morning and it said a payment in the amount of $372 was PROCESSING for Straight Talk Phone. WTF. Now I have to wait for my claim to be processed so I can get my money back. WHO THE $#*! DOES THAT. PIECES OF $#*!. DONT order from them! They willlll steallll your money.

Have 2 restaurants, used BM like we use all of the others. They do not have photos of your food, which an important sales tool. Should never use them as your only online.
Biggest issue, they had been trying to trick us into allowing them to become the manager of our Google page! We would get calls from them saying we were about to get a call from Google and we need to give Google a pin number and gave us the number. Google would call withing a minute and ask for the pin number. Every time I happen to be the one answering the phone, I am the owner. I almost gave Google the pin. But after asking some questions I figured it out.
I called and emailed BM numerous times to get them to stop that. Once, maybe twice a week this would still happen, or we would get Google's postcards stating they needed us to contact them and enter the pin on the postcard.
I could not get them to stop, finally told them to close the account, they wouldn't for months! We would have to call and cancel incoming orders.
What a crooked company, plus I think they are offshore, maybe in Asia.
I would not have anything to do with them, I know if they had gotten an employee they might have gained control of our Google page and changed all our orders to them. How many stores have they done that too?

(1) I placed an order through Beyone Menu FOR DELIVERY. After paying it a message says PICK UP. I called the restaurant and they said they are closed. (2) I placed another order with another restaurant for DELIVERY, same message PICK UP. I called that restaurant and their phone isn't working. I called BEYOND MENU and no one answers their phone. A message keeps repeating. I am out of $61. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is BEYOND MENU A SCAM?

This company is worthless. My family and I are on vacation in Florida. Decided to order a massive amount of Chinese Food. Ordered like $250 of food on a laptop that took about 20 minutes to enter. With spotty cell service on the coast--I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. I called and they said that they called me but I did not answer my cellphone. I asked if they could call me again to assure I was legit. THE OPERATOR REFUSED AND CANCELED MY ORDER! I had to call the restaraunt directly to get my order completed.

I have used this service three times and here are the results:
1st time - made order, everything was great!
2nd time - made order and an hour later they called to say restaraunt was closed.
323rd tome, today, made an order and waited an hour. Called restarunt, they said they never received order.
This is the last time I use them. I called Beyond to cancel order and they said they would call the restaurant. Don't call the restaraunt, just cacel the order! I will refer the restaurant to a better aite who shall remain nameless.

BE AWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES- After placing an online order with a local restaurant (who apparently uses BeyondMenu for processing), my card was charged $675.00. It's horrific to see this is happening to so many people. If this happened to you, IMMEDAITELY contact your bank/credit card company to file a fraud charge- do not wait- and chargeback. Also file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office and Better Business Bureau. When ordering food online make sure to double check the URL- if you are redireted to BeyondMenu DO NOT PROCEED. This company is phishing and stealing credit card numbers and identities. Beyond Menu scams customers unwittingly.

Watch out with providing this company your credit card info-they will charge it several times over a few days-WATCH THEM and notify your bank of fraud when it occurs.

We only charge an order once, those other charges you are referring to might be those pending or authorization charges from your bank. They normally fall off within 24-48 hrs. Depending on your bank.
