I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.
Place an order last night, first only one place show delivery time "30-60 minutes". Nothing on email received confirming order, not great service but ok. Then after 75 minutes went ahead and called restaurant, only to find out it was CLOSED. Sure glad I did not use a credit card. Total waste of time, since restaurant uses the service after they re-opened have to consider that going again since they don't check up on their support businesses.
This is my first time using this company- I ordered food using a credit card and was waiting for the food for over an hour (est delivery time was a little under an hour) until I finally called the restaurant & they told me that Beyond Menu told them to cancel my order because my card didn't go through! I was not notified that my card didn't go through. Furthermore, when I gave the restaurant my card info directly, it went through, wow. Now the poor restaurant is scrambling to get me my order ASAP and I haven't eaten in 7 hours. Can't give this company a worse review.
Will never use again! I used it tonight to order Chinese and actually thought I was on the restaurant side in the beginning. Once I realized I was not I kept going. Had I ordered through the restaurant I would've had my food in 20 minutes. Two hours later I received my food through this site. We ordered two different meals. Only one was correct.

I placed an order using Beyond Menu. Was able to check online and got a confirmation number. After an hour I called Beyond Menu to check on the status of my delivery. They told me to call the restaurant, the restaurant never received my order. I called to complain to Beyond Menu and their service representative hung up on me. An hour after this, I got an email that my order had been placed. I will never use this site again.

This website is robbing people by hacking into google business listing and redirecting customer to their website. Absolute Scamming. I recommend you NOT order through them, you may not receive your food because restaurant owner's like me are not honoring the orders through this site.

I don't know who they are, but a monthly "membership fee" showed up on my Paypal account. I've changed my password and reported the fraud. The good news is that Paypal confirms that I want to end my "subscription", so I shouldn't get charged again. Who the heck are these people?

Ordered online and got a welcome email and a "success" that my order was placed with a local business of pickup. I selected the time for pickup and when I arrived, I learned that the restaurant never got my order. Thank goodness I didn't pay in advance. This was a complete failure.

We ordered food online for delivery. After paying the restaurant, they said they do not deliver. The restuarant employee argued that beyond menu does not deliver. I told them we have used the service before and they have delivered in the past. It's frustrating dealing with a mess.

If you were able to take advantage of the delivery service before, most likely that restaurant previously offered a delivery service however it could also change from time to time if there is an absence of delivery drivers. The website took me to a restaurant in my state, and as soon as it charged, it charged to the same restaurant but in a completely different state from mine. I live in Kentucky and it charged my card to an order in Alabama. Don't order with this service. I ended up getting a 45$ charge on my card and no food at all.

Ive used it quite a bit from about 5 different places. Ordered from it when leaving my business and picked up on the way to my residence. I never used home delivery- if you want a real person to bring you food, then you need to pick up a good ol fashioned telephone and talk to a real person.

Beyond menu somehow hi jacked my order from a very reputable local restaurant and never process the freaking order, I had a house full of people waiting on food that never arrived because the restaurant never got the order. I called the restaurant and they vehemently told me DO NOT USE BeyondMenu! They don't even know how BM steals their deliveries! These guys belong in jail!

Out of town for work and used this to have dinner delivered. An hour later no food so I called to be told my order was cancelled. Checked online at my bank and the money was deducted. Called beyondmenu back to be told they cancelled it because my bank said it was fraud. Beyondmenu claims hey called me three times but they called once and left no voicemail while I was on the phone.
Called my bank and was told they did NOT flag it as fraud. A lie from beyondmenu. My bank is now reversing the charges for me. Should have read the reviews first! Horrible horrible customer service!

Ordered online for pickup to pay in cash. Picked up the order, paid in cash (left more as a tip) and left. Find out later that the restaurant charged my debit card (no idea how they have that information) for the order. So they double charged me which, because of automatic payments for other bills that happened the same day, made me OVERDRAFT $37 on my account! BE WARNED!

I was way overcharged from what the restaurant prices were also at Golden Hunan on Durham... like $10 overcharged. It's deceiving because you think you're ordering from the restaurant, when in reality, I think it's a service like Uber Eats or DoorDash.

I have used this service three times. It worked once. The last straw, waited an hour. Called the service, only to get a message service. Called the restaurant, was told the order never was given to them. Received a call from the service, at the same time on the phone with the restaurant. They had just received the order! I cancelled the order. The restaurant manager apologized and recommend we no longer use this service! I agree!

I placed an order which took a 1.5 hours to get to me. Throughout this time a representative from Beyond Menu was reaching out to the restaurant on my behalf which I appreciated. Since the food was taking forever, the representative stated they will give me a credit for my order. I follow up with Beyond Menu two days later regarding my credit and they said they never offered a credit or that I have misunderstood what the representative was saying. So even if it took forever to get my food, they just shrug their shoulders and say well too bad the restaurant won't give us a credit so we won't give you a credit. I understand it wasn't their fault my food was late but don't go offering a credit then taking it back! I've deleted their app. Don't bother with this business.

I have ordered 3 times using this app.
The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID.:
No longer because every order takes 90+minutes and you have to call to follow up.
This last time we ordered was two blocks away and still the same amount of time.
BM tried to blame our doorman. Not them.
So I called the restaurant because we dine there 2x's a week, it's our fav neighborhood sushi spot.
The restaurant told us to call them directly because they don't get their orders from BM for some time... they have no idea when they're transmitted.
There are plenty of other delivery services to use..

I called their "hotline" to cancel my order seconds after my order, as I had accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant with a similar menu. They said they had to call the restaurant. Seconds after, I got an email saying the food was ready. Then, the customer service agent called and said the food was ready and they refused to refund my money. This is a clear SCAM intended to keep their money and not refund.

BeyondMenu sent out an invoice of a chargeback fee for an order back in March. I called the company and the representative said the customer disputed the payment and hence we have to pay for that chargeback fee. First of all, we provided the food but we did not receive any payment from BeyondMenu and now they want us to pay for something that is not in our control.

The delivery service is horrible, the driver will not come to the front door to deliver our food, and we have to walk all the way to the front entrance gate. This is horrible service. If there was a negative 5 on the survey I would definitely choose -5.

We ordered food, were waiting 40 minutes. Finally checked email and they had canceled the order. Called and they said they did it because it was a different credit card. But STILL said it would take 24 hours to get credit card refunded. And that I had to call restaurant directly if I wanted to order. NEVER again. This operation is a scam.

Asked for a refund and it was processed on their end but their website is horrible. Worst customer service ever and then when I called to speak to a manager I was told there's no manager I can speak to and no transfer button?!? What kinda BS is that? The manager is supposed to call me but I have yet to hear back. No fault on the employees end of course but HUGE fault with the management of the company. Completely unacceptable to not have someone on the management end ready and willing to handle disputes.

My wife ordered Chinese for dinner. I was upstairs and heard raised voices downstairs. At first I thought it was the TV. No, it was the delivery guy yelling at my wife for not getting a tip. There was no tip reflected on the receipt. My wife had an email confirming a tip was added. I called the restaurant and they said no tip. Somebody is getting the tip.

Sorry for the negative experience. Normally, when a tip is included on the order you would see it reflected on the order sheet especially if you paid online. These payments are with BeyondMenu until billing day when we forward payments to restaurants twice a month. No need to give additional cash for tip payments if order is paid by credit card. However, if you did cash payment or pay by credit card thru store and you included a tip, it would be your responsibility to give cash payment for tips to delivery drivers. I hope this helps.
