I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.
Place an order last night, first only one place show delivery time "30-60 minutes". Nothing on email received confirming order, not great service but ok. Then after 75 minutes went ahead and called restaurant, only to find out it was CLOSED. Sure glad I did not use a credit card. Total waste of time, since restaurant uses the service after they re-opened have to consider that going again since they don't check up on their support businesses.
This company is not reliable at all. After waiting 30 minutes for an order that was suppose to be delivered I was notified that the driver canceled the pick up. I had to call three times in order to finally ask for a refund. The first two times I called I was told that i would need to go pick up the order. When I told them i did not have a car (the only reason i would have someone deliver my food) they said they were trying to contact the restuarant and would contact me back in 3-5 minutes. On my 3rd call I was told they were trying to reach the restuarant to see if anyone there could deliver it to me. I finally had to ask for a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I WAS DIRECTED TO THIS FOOD DELIVERY THINKING IT WAS THE RESTUARANT! THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD AND THEN TRIED TO GET THE RESTUARANT TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM.
I usually use it for pu, once for delivery. Every time has been successful. Must depend on your location. I will continue using the app.

If you're hungry and want a reliable meal, this is NOT the place from which to order. Let me tell you why: until this week, I was a fan of China Moon. Their food is often tasty despite offering very small portions, and because the restaurant is located so close to my home, it usually arrives in under 30 minutes. But not tonight.
After waiting an hour and forty five minutes, I found out that the restaurant's printer failed to print my order from Beyond Order, and therefore the restaurant didn't process my meal. When I called Beyond Menu to complain, the customer service rep wasn't just unhelpful, but rude. She talked over my complaint, and when I asked for the complaint to be escalated to a supervisor she refused saying her boss would simply give me the same answer: they weren't willing to offer even a FREE appetizer for my now 2 hour wait for food that never arrived. I pushed however to speak with her boss and guess what? I've yet to hear from him/her. Am I surprised? Not at all. I suspect the service rep didn't tell a soul about my complaint because why bother? Customers don't count at Beyond Menu.
There aren't tons of delivery options in Deerfield Beach, but NOTHING can be worth waiting 2 hour s only to discover that dinner isn't coming and that no one at Beyond Menu cares--at all.
The rude and unhelpful customer service agent promised me a refund and believe me, I'll be carefully watching my VISA to ensure I receive it otherwise I'm reporting the business to VISA.
Stay away from this service folks. They're unprofessional and irresponsible.

I think it has to do with the particular restaurant you order from more than anything else, there is room for improvement such as how we are not ever allowed to go back and edit our review once we post and when something isn't available that you ordered & it was subbed, we should be able to vote on the subbed item instead of only being able to vote on the original one we didn't even receive!
I also think that it makes no sense to me whatsoever that if someone orders before a store opens to begin with, that it goes from the earliest request time being 12:45 p.m. on one page to showing up as a. S.a. P. on another page. I also couldn't help but notice that if you are someone who opts out of tipping, how it only highlights tip w/cash in green but doesn't do the same for other so while it goes through as 0.00 tip it still is on tip w/ cash in green the whole time. It doesn't cause confusion but it does annoy me a bit because I feel like it should all match up precisely once we choose, in the color scheme.
The bottom line is that near that request time the restaurant called me which was the only thing that made sense about that part.
In the end it worked out for me and although I was very scared initially based off of other reviews, I ordered from a local chinese restaurant that I unknowingly went to pick up a order from before and this time received delivery!
The restaurant was the one that had this app listed which means this company needs to play catch up because it appears to be better than a couple of other apps that are much more popular but have a way worse rep than this one in my opinion, yet this one doesn't have the pull because of lack of advertising. I assume that they are surviving merely on word of mouth at this point and that is so old school in this day and age.

I ordered from my local restaurant and when I went to pay with my debit card (as I have in the past)"BeyondMenu" came up and I thought the restaurant was using a new provider. My order went through but the next day, but so did a scammed and hacked charge for $650 that was put in from a vendor in another state (New Jersey) to order something from the country of CYPRUS! Pretty sure BEYOND MENU hacked my Debit Card number. Thankfully my bank Fraud Alert Team called me immediately and the charge did not go through. I still had to cancel my card (that I still had in hand) and straighten out my account. The chances of this being a 'coincidence' are NIL. Nothing like this had EVER happened to me before. Also, a word of advice that I learned, don't use Debit Cards especially for any large purchases since your ability to recover a loss like this is a lot more difficult than using a Credit Card. Also, check your online balances every day to make sure everything is ok. It only takes a few minutes if you keep up with it daily. In the meantime, I would say DONT USE BEYOND MENU! (and let your local restaurant know if BM comes up for their website).

I used BeyondMenu to place an order for delivery from Dragon's Best in Pikesville, Md, the order, tip and delivery fee were charged to my card.
Dragon's Best called me and refused to deliver the order; asked me did I want to pick it up and said they don'r know why BeyondMenu allowed the order to be placed. If I wanted to pick up I would not have tried to use a delivery services. Dragon's Best said they would do a refund to my credit card, (hasn't shown up yet). Although BeyondMenu is promoted with Grubhub and Doordash, this is not what they are! BeyondMenu

They are just bad people stealing money from restaurants as well as lots of consumers. Be caucious on using this company. My restaurant is under their platform and i just have closed businesses with them. And now they are witholding my funds and saying that that is comapny policy which they have no proof of and i have becer agreed on. And they dont even let me forward the addresses nor release the fund. They are just continously saying they are witholding funds to protact them from getting disbutes. Wow great. Please let other restaurant owners know that this company is a total scam. Also you have nothing to say about cistomer services as well since they just dont know what customer service is and they just habg up on you of they dont like you or your business. Becareful before calling them. Oh by the way. I wish i can give 0 star if there are options. And tell them that you dont want their online web page. They look dirty and so cheap. They will say its free nut its not. And also dont give them google plus page authorization because if you do, you are outta luck, you will never be able to get your google page back on your hand. They continously sending me a request but make sure to reject if you dont want your google page to be screwed up.

Im in town visiting my mother and decided to order Chinese food from Beyond Menu. Well a couple of minutes after I completed my order, I got two back-to-back calls from a (630) area code. Like most people, I dont answer calls from unfamiliar numbers with unfamiliar area codes. I waited for a voicemail to figure out who it was, but never got one. So I googled the number, found it was BeyondMenu and I called back. The rep told me they cancelled my order because their Security reps tried to call me three times (they only called twice) to confirm the order since my billing and delivery address were different. I wanna stress that they didnt leave me a voicemail either time they called, so had I not taken the initiative to google the number and call back, Id be waiting all night for food that would never come. Extremely unprofessional and, in my opinion, a dumb business process since Id assume its not uncommon for someone to order delivery while at an address other than their actual residence. If they truly cared to confirm, they couldve left me a voicemail and/or waited maybe 2-3 minutes for a callback before hastingly calling their vendor and having my order cancelled. Also, if they suspected someone unauthorized used my card to place the order, I dont see how calling the phone number from the order form (which would presumably be that persons phone number and not the phone number of the person whos card was stolen) is a sensible way for Beyond Menu to confirm that the use of my credit card was authorized and legitimate.
Well, I asked them to reprocess the order and they said they couldnt. That I had to call the restaurant directly. What a waste of time. The advantage of online ordering is supposed to be a convenience but in the end I had to call it in by phone anyway.

When you told us you couldn't, we tried contacting the restaurant to see if they could make a delivery. Since the store was unresponsive on the phone, it took some time to get through.
