Always what I need for a fair price! Whether I am looking for something new or a replacement I can find it at B&H Photo.
Searching for new equipment brings up ads with used items that aren't marked as "USED" in the ad. You think you are getting marginally better deals than competitors, but don't find out it's used, except in small print of email, or when item shows up with a big "USED" across the box. Then you get to pay an exorbitant shipping and restocking fee, or just accept overpaying for a used item.

As shown with attachments, B&H's own Order Detail page does NOT show the mouse as being used. There was NOT a link to a more expensive NEW version of this mouse when I purchased. The original "ad" on B&H has conveniently "disappeared", but had nothing about being used. Representative implied I should have known it was used because all B&H used items only have "numbers" in the item #? Like that's the customer's responsibility to know!?!? When searched on Google Shopping for NEW Deathadder v2 Pro mice, B&H came up as "$15 off regular price" of $69.99, or $54.99. This was $5 lower than Amazon's NEW price of $59.99. I thought B&H was a reputable company, so I went with them for the extra $5 savings. $69.99 is a common or typical price online for this mouse.
At this point, forget it! I've paid USPS ~$10 to send it back and purchased NEW from Amazon which just lowered the NEW price to $49.99 with FREE shipping and FREE returns! Never buying from B&H again and telling anyone I know to avoid them like the plague! From reviews, selling USED as NEW is not uncommon for B&H. BYE BYE!

I am now paying tax and I cant apply for PayBoo because I am not a US citizen. Please provide an alternative for nonUS-based customers to avail of PayBoo

Our Payboo program has to accommodate different and sometimes contradictory rules from 20+ states which now require we collect and emit their sales tax.
