No full extension length for a monitor's ergonomic arm anywhere I looked. In a chat, Kenneth C. Found the two measurements I needed in under two minutes. I have a split level table with both levels height adjustable. I had to make sure the ergonomic arm would work for the monitor part of the table.

I've purchased all kinds of stuff from B&H in the past; from camera equipment to computer related products. My most recent purchase (NVidia RTX 4080 graphics card) came with a free game download, Indiana Jones & The Great Circle. Due to many reasons... life mostly, I didn't rush to download the game. Upon trying to do so today, I received a notice that the coupon code was no longer valid. Apparently, it had an expiration date. Of coarse I didn't know that, because none of the emails concerning the order at purchase or delivery stated I was on a timer. Also, the email detailing the download instructions and the redemption code didn't state that there was and end to the code's validation, either. I called customer service, and they couldn't be bothered.
You know the game isn't that big of a deal, as I'm not really a "gamer", but the fact that it was essentially a part of the sale, and for a graphics card that was over $1000, AND after having spent buckets of money in the past... a $60 (at most) game would seem like a no-brainer to try to make right. However, I was basically told I was SOL.
B&H is off my list for future tech & camera equipment. Their prices aren't really THAT competitive, and if this is the level of customer service I can expect then I am not impressed. Thankfully, this happened over a $60 issue, and not a higher dollar item.
I completely understand if something gets damaged in shipping, but my box isn't perfect shape and the monitor I received this cracked on the screen with no cover on the screen. Which means they knowingly, sent me a broken monitor. Insanely terrible at of doing business
Extremely disappointed with this company. Ordered a product weeks ago, and it still hasn't shown up. Customer service is non-existent; they don't respond to emails or calls. It's beyond frustrating. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.
I've been a B&H customer for more than 30 years (starting at their original storefront). They have always been knowledgeable, with very competitive prices. In the internet age, their website has become the best of all photo retailers, making it easy to find what you are looking for, order it, and have it quickly delivered for no additional charge (if your order is over $50). How much better could it be?
After many purchases from B&H I really trust them. I cancelled my amazon prime subscription because most items I would buy off amazon I can get from B&H, and I got tired of wondering if I was going to get a genuine product in the mail from amazon. They always have what I need(primarily photography equipment) at a reasonable price, pack it well for shipping, and ship fast. One of the few companies I would feel comfortable asking for purchasing advice.
I needed a solid state drive for my photography. B&H's data helped me compare various products and make an informed decision. I got a fast SSD in a very easy transaction. Great product for a great price!

I haven't ordered from B&H before but will purchase from again. I was looking for 2TB SSD 2.5" drive at Amazon. The one I found, Honey located cheaper on B&H. I decided to try it. It was easy and quick with quick shipping. Not only that I have smaller capacity 2.5" HDD at home so with the savings, the site presented an external SSD/HDD enclosure for 2.5" drives so I decided to get that as well.
B&H is an awesome place to buy computer components and storage. It's cheap, easy to use, and has a lot of free shipping! Since I don't use Amazon and Newegg has gone waaaaay downhill, B&H has become my new electronics retailer.
Our teacher, Jauhn Hinkle had ordered lenses and negative carriers, 5 of each. We are completely unsatisfied because he paid all the money and never got the lenses and carriers. Please refund or send the lenses and carriers to Mr. Hinkle. We are a school class and the money comes from Hinkle to get us the education we need.
Every time I've ordered from B&H it was easy to find what I needed at a fair price. Shipping is nearly always free and I don't need an annual membership unlike some places that need not be named.
I order a lot of things for our small business like computers and computer components and accessories, tablets, A/V equipment, printing supplies. I've ordered a few special order items, which they're very clear about needing additional processing time, and I've always received my orders as promised.
Thankfully, I've never once received any damaged or non-functional equipment, and I've never had to contact their customer support. I've never even needed to return anything because it didn't meet my expectations, which I credit to their product listings being complete and accurate.
As a fair warning, B&H sometimes doesn't allow placing orders, or will not ship during holidays which some people might consider a negative thing, but I fully support their policy and am glad that they are giving their employees the opportunity to celebrate and observe their traditions.
B&H is the best resource for a small broadcast/production company such as ours. They always have what we need (if they don't they'll find it!) at competitive prices, great shipping options too, from free to reasonable two-day and overnight options.
I have purchased several thousand dollars of laptops, workstations, cameras, mics, and other audio/video equipment over the last few years. These guys never fail to provide quality tech support and assistance when making a purchase.
It will allow connection to any Windows or Apple computer. The Blue tooth works flawless.
I told my son about it & ended up buying him one also. Beethoven even at 250 years never sounded better!

B&H has always been high on my list of retailers to work with when buying new and used photography equipment. They carry brands ranging from niche to name brand and are often listed at great prices. It is easy to keep up to date and track their sold out supplies if needed.
Customer service at this company did anything but serve this customer. Be very careful before you order anything! I ordered an item and realized after opening it that it was the wrong product. Even though the items were still individually wrapped and untouched in their original packaging, customer service denied my return simply because I had cut open the tape on the box. No compassion. Emails were very unfeeling as they hid behind their return policy. I understand items that have been opened and handled are harder to resell, but this product was completely intact in its packaged form. So...I'm stuck with a $250 product I cannot use over a piece of tape that was cut. I DO NOT recommend any company that has such little value for their customers. I'm a loyal buyer and would have purchased from B&H for a long time had they treated me well. Please consider going elsewhere and supporting businesses that value the customers they serve.

B&H is my go to place for photography gear. They do a wonderful job maintaining their website with accurate product descriptions, product reviews and how to videos. They are also competitively priced and price match places like Adorama, Focus Camera, Best Buy and other major retailers. I have been extremely pleased with how well B&H ships their merchandise too. I have bought from another camera retailer on rare occasions for SD cards and an external hard drive and the other retailer did not adequately package these items and they were smashed. This has never happened with B&H.
I've only ever had good experiences with B & H, and they are my go-to store for electronics and such. And, though I come from a different religious and cultural background, I like seeing that they integrated theirs into their business operations while maintaining excellent customers relations with all of us.
Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.
