Ebay has implemented so many restrictions and fees that has completely impaired in our ability to bid on items, it's basically another Amazon. Bids.com has been slowly growing and adding new products, their $1 No Reserve bidding is EXCELLENT. Delivery times are disclaimed and their customer service is very responsive! I highly recommend.
Paid for bid never received items, can't get a hold of anyone in customer support, always goes to recording that states someone will get back to you within 24hrs (hahaha) not so.! I have contacted via customer supports email no reply, have also contacted their legal dept with no reply! They have my money & I have nothing! Where does a person go from here to get resolution for this matter?

This is my second review on the same issue. I made two purchases on December 7,2021. Money was probably removed from my account and is this day January 4,2022 I have yet to receive a tracking number and the customer service email continues to go through a loop without ever sending my email requesting help. I really just want my money returned or tracking number. The reason I gave one star is I had to at least acknowledge the site to continue. From me they get zero stars. I just don't know what to do.
I see a lot of people saying great customer service, but these must be old. Their customer service is awful. They tell you to call if you need help or to change an order, but no one answers. They tell you to leave a message and someone will call you back in 24 hours, but no one calls! I have won several bids, but some of them have never showed up in my basket. Called about that as well, left messages, sent emails, but no one has ever responded. You cannot be a reputable company and have no way for the customer to reach a representative. If no one calls me back I won't be using their site much longer.

Each and every piece is stunning. They are authentic and true to their description. Sizes are always correct and each piece has a stamp of authenticity. One cannot go wrong with this website.

This is an auction site that lists jewelry and other goods at prices that seem too good to be true, with the promise of 'Authenticity guaranteed!' But in reality? It's all a scam. All the listings are fake. You aren't even informed of where the items are being shipped from. And if there ship at all? Your lucky to even get an ugly bootleg version of the item you bid on. And good luck even trying to reach anyone for help because that's non existent.

UPDATE: I have continued to purchase items on Bids. I have had some items that were not real silver, but the customer service was very quick with refunding me on them. Also, the watch mentioned in my first review stopped working after wearing it only six times, and they promptly refunded me. I do not buy anything based on the retail price, however. There are some outrageous prices for sure, but I stick mostly to buying things under $20. So, it's like everything you buy in life... do your due diligence.:)
Don't base your bids on their "retail prices". I've bid and won several rings on the site, however, I have discovered that their retail prices on most of the products are way overinflated. I just happened to find a watch I had bid on and won for $73, online for $39 and their retail price listed was $828! A lot of the rings and earrings can be found on Aliexpress for about 5% of what they claim them to be worth. I am still waiting on the last three items I won - they were shipped today, apparently. I contacted them before they were shipped and told them I wanted a refund, because of the discrepancy in the retail price making the deal a scam, and got the runaround. Then the last emails I sent for the last two days weren't responded to, and then they shipped them today, because I told them I wanted a refund! Now I can't get a refund, because they've been shipped! They won't get another purchase from me!

They are a big rip off. I ordered May 20,2020 and they took the money out of my account and did not ship the items. I have contacted them several times and asked why the would take the money out before it was even shipped and they told me to wait a little longer. I also said no info of it was sent to me about it shipping out. Also, they said to track it, which I emailed back and told them there is no tracking #. Once again they gave me a excuse and said wait a little longer. I asked for a refund, but they told me they couldn't due to it already shipped out, BUT IT DID NOT. Finally I get a tracking #, which I had 3 items. The tracking # for 1 said it wasn't shipped out yet and the other I couldn't read because it was in Chinese. So I contacted them again for a refund. Once again they said "Wait a little longer" then "Wait 45 days more". I am still to this day trying to get them to respond and a refund, but they stopped responding to me. The last email from them said it already ship so there is nothing they can do and I responded yes there is... GIVE ME A REFUND. I am now going to call my Bank to have them take care of this and try to get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I experienced the same issue whereby they took my money but did not fulfill it until I complained. I monitored the tracking number and saw the items being moved from one facility in China to another. Package finally arrived within 3 weeks. Items look nice but I can't confirm if they are 18k gold and 925 sterling silver- quality looks to be plated. My only comment is you get what you pay for.
