Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.
They stole 240 dollars from me and want return it. Its been 20 days still nothing. Will never buy from here, strongly recomand you don't.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 very small screws from them on the 7th for which they charged me 10$ of shipping (could've sent in a packing envelope for way less than that), immediately got a confirmation email saying that my item was in stock and would ship soon and to expect an email with tracking. Now it is the 19th and I still have no tracking email, I've emailed them 2x asking for an update and gotten no response. I finally called customer service today and after waiting for 27 minutes I finally got through only to be told by someone I could barely understand that my parts hadn't even arrived to them yet and that they hadn't sent them yet. They claim they have stuff in stock but are simply a 3rd party middle man who takes forever to ship and will overcharge on shipping. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU CANT FIND THE PARTS ELSEWHERE!

RevZilla got my fairings/other parts quicker than Bikebandit has during this Cornovirus pandemic. RevZilla knew what they had in their warehouse and what they could could ship. Bikebandit on the other hand had no idea were their parts were that I ordered... said they were are likely on a pallet somewhere but the staff have not gotten to them yet... really guys! Get your $#*! together. I ordered almost 90 days ago on Mat 19th 2020. After arguing with the dip$#*! sales guy for an hour I was so pissed I could not take it anymore. Finally called them back later and I got the same sales guy... Marco... he then denied everything that he had said to me previously about my parts... they are likely in warehouse somewhere but don't know where?, website says they are working 24x7 for 6 days a week but he told me that's not true?, told me that there are others ahead of me but they ordered parts well after I did.and that if I cancel my order someone else might order my parts and get them sooner than the amount of time I have waiting forever for... WTF! My fairing got here in like 5 days from RevZilla! I'll pay the extra $20ish to RevZilla to get my parts quicker and they have knowledgeable staff like Ben who know what parts they may have in stock and if they able to ship them out quickly. Great team at RevZilla! I've been a customer of BB and have spent $1000's if dollars with them. And with them not knowing were parts are for orders placed 3 months ago is f'n ridiculous. They must not need my $500 during this pandemic.

My husband ordered tires from Bike Bandit. The next day he received an email from their fraud department. They wanted the billing address and phone number connected to his debit card. At first I thought it was a scam since I have never in all my years ordering online received an email like that, but since it wasn't asking for sensitive information I told him to reply. The next day he received another email like it, but they also wanted the name of the card issuer and the customer service number. This time he tried to call them, but after sitting on hold for 30 minutes he hung up. He once again sent the info, but changed the phone number, because he sent his cell number the first time and our landline is connected to the account. Later that day he received another email saying they cancelled the order. We have been ordering online for as long as that has been a thing and never had a problem using our cards. I would like to know how much in profit Bike Bandit loses in a year because of this BS. This is our first and last time ordering from them. You don't accuse us of being thieves. I would much rather a company take a chance and ship an unauthorized order than to jack us around for 3 days on an order that is legit. I can always call my bank to order a new card and get the charges reversed. We ended up ordering the same tires from Amazon for around the same price and we'll have them in less than a week. After reading other reviews it seems we would have also been waiting a while for them to be delivered from Bike Bandit, so it's probably a blessing that they were such a crappy company. One last thing. We used my mom's address for the delivery, because we have a PO box and all 3 parcel services have a hard time finding our house. Once again, this is something we have done for years and never had a problem. I have more purchases sent there than to our PO box and I do a lot of online shopping.

I would never deal with them again. I ordered a part months ago. They acknowledged the order and then dropped off the face of the earth. When it the part didn't come I started calling and e-mailing. No response by phone and no response by e-mail. I finally ordered elsewhere. Then they said they were filling the order. I told them to cancel over and over. They ignored me and sent a part I can't use. Never again.

I wanted to let you know that I have had a TERRIBLE experience with your company's customer service department. I ordered a part through the website, a few days later I called ro check on progress. I was told the product would be at my house by the weekend. This was a Tuesday. I tear my bike down and prepare ot for the fork springs. The weekend comes and goes. No part. I call back following Monday. I am told that product should be there in couple of days. Few days go by, I call back and then I am told that they are not sure when the product is going to ship. Then I was told it was to late to cancel the order. Almost a week goes by, and I call on Tuesday, Oct 13th. I am told that the product shipped that day, that they were just waiting on a tracking number. I call back today, because I haven't received the tracking number yet. At this time I am told that the product has not shipped, and that the supplier has not shipped anything in several weeks. I don't know why the gentlemen in customer care felt the need to lie to a customer, but they did. I thought you might want to know what was going on at your company. Maybe I am wasting my time to send this message. Who knows.
I did cancel the order. Ordered it from another company, was guaranteed 2 day delivery for same product. I had to pay a little more for the item, but maybe I will get it on Saturday as promised.
Regretfully sir, I will not be doing any business with your company going forward. I know that I am only one small customer, but word of mouth goes a long way sir.

There are TONS of way better websites to order from that is better than this one, there really is no excuse to order from this website DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Awful literally ZERO customer service from any of their platforms and if you leave a call and request a call back they will call you back after 2 hours THEN PLACE YOU BACK AT THE END OF THE LINE. I took me 2 days to get a hold to just try to refund my order turns out it was just shipped an hour before i got a call back THEN when i get the shipping email it says"click below for your tracking info" THERE IS NO TRACKING INFO, all im trying to do now is just find my tracking info or get it from them and they wont give me any call or email or anything back. Its absolutely crazy how awful their customer service is for a company in the year 2020. It is now right not acceptable from a company to be this bad in 2020 and i get the whole covid-19 thing i really do bu this review is slight after and shipping is heading to be back to normal, but covid is still not an excuse for AWFUL customer service.
