Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

I bought a handle bar end and turn signal for my 07 Ninja 250 after dumping it. Parts shipped quickly and came in in great shape, nicely packaged. Items claimed to be OEM products, and were as advertised. They fit great, and had no issues. Will do business with them again if/when needed!

I have to be honest. I never bought from BikeBandit before, didn't even check their reviews, saw that they could ship my tires out 2-3 days and booked online. Once processed I decided to check them out review wise, and must say there are so many bad reviews I got really scared. I was like Sh*t... now I'm going to have to go through all this unwanted hassles to get my purchase. WELL... I'm not sure where all the negative vibes came from because I got my order delivered 3 days from ordering. Great job BikeBandit. I'll come back again.

Fernando Diaz, Jr. Turned a bad experience around and was incredibly insightful the whole way through. I had a package from Bike Bandit stolen off my porch. After making a police report and a claim with UPS, I contacted Bike Bandit to let them know and to see if anything else could be done. Fernando was super kind and helpful start to finish. He examined all of the available resources to find the best solution for me and I can't be happier. Thanks so much, will be ordering more gear soon!

Stay away. I ordered parts a month ago today with nothing but fulfillment delay emails for weeks now. Would love a refund so I can just find parts elsewhere but nobody seems to pick up a phone or respond to social media requests in this company. This is not my first time ordering with Bike Bandit, but it will be my last if nothing is done about these delays.

I ordered a small screw on Nov 2nd of 2021 and even after multiple inquiries they still had not shipped the screw almost a month later. This shows very poorly how well they can ship anything when shipping a screw seems to be impossible.
Tip for consumers:
Find another site. I am currently looking at partzilla because they have a guarantee that they ship parts within 24 hours.

I orders two parts and paid for express shipping, a week later i get a email saying the parts are in high demand, so call customer service trying to cancel my order and the phone is either busy or just don't answer at all.

After ordering over $400 in parts, receiving parts of my order, and letting customer service know that I was missing parts and had received some things that were wrong... bike bandit ghosted me. They will not return emails or messages and the tracking that was sent originally doesn't seem to work anymore. I am out a good bit of money and am very frustrated. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Placed order 15 days ago, my card was charged, no update, phone just gets busy tone, no email response, and the live chat feature seems to be not working. I have ordered other parts from 4 different suppliers one even international and they all came in and with excellent communication. I ordered my kids full face helmets back on May 5th. I haven't had any email saying my order shipped. All it says on the site is that it's "in process" I tried emailing multiple times and tried calling but got nothing. Customer service isn't that great. I should of just ordered from Amazon

Unfortunately the stem of our problems are more when the parts get to our warehouse. Our warehouse and sales/service team has unfortunately been hit hard due to COVID and operating out of California. So its caused difficulties to say the least. We are fixing these problems as we are coming across them. I placed an order almost a month ago for a few parts that were listed as in stock. I have been charged for them but have not received any updates. They never answer the phone for customer service and have not replied to emails. They also state that there is a live chat option. However once you find the link to it at the bottom of the page, it opens a separate site that indicates live chat being unavailable. This company used to be great for hard to find parts. Look somewhere else.

A little over a year ago, I ordered 4 speakers for my motorcycle. The price came to $341.18. They kept me updated for a few months on the fact the parts were backordered from BMW. After that, I heard nothing. I've tried contacting them several times via phone and e mails. No response. I've left messages that I'd like my money back. I found a different source and acquired speakers already. Their phone number *******888 is disconnected. The other number, you get a recording saying they are extremely busy and can't answer the phone. Leave a name and number and they'll get back to you. That hasn't happened. I suggest you find some other motorcycle supply company. Not these people.

Just stay away. Don't use these people at all. I lost $341.18 from them. They don't return calls or respond to emails.

I order parts from Bike Bandit. It took 15-20 (Multiple Parts) days to get the inventory then another 6 working days to ship, When you call, there is no customer service reps that care. Just a lot of sorry that's just the way it is. I had a trip planned and needed parts for my side by side, Thinking a month would be plenty of time to get the parts. WRONG! Do not buy from the company unless you can wait 1-2 months for your parts.

I ordered a battery based on the website's fitment and it took months to be delivered. Upon arrival, it didn't fit. When I attempted to return, authorization was required. After repeated attempts, I couldn't get through by email or phone. Now I'm stuck with an expensive battery that doesn't fit and past the return window.

I ordered a Honda shadow Aero (2009) water pump from bike bandit, and they sent me a defected water pump, the mechanic seal of water pump was defected and when I called them to ask for a replacement or a refund upon returning the product the assistant manager Bryan directed me to go to Honda dealers, why Shall I go to Honda dealers when I paid bike bandit $141? $#*!ing makes no sense. I have all the proof of chat messages. Please spend more $$$$$ on actual dealership website than this crook. I lost my money, time, energy peace of mind and writing this review to save you guys a headache.

We are sorry to see this review as we thought we came to a understanding resolution when you spoke with the sales manager Bryan. Since OEM parts house no warranty through us we advised to go through the direct manufacturer who would cover a warranty for the parts. Honda would offer up an inspection that if found to be the water pump would endure no cost for the labor and they would be able to offer a replacement for the defective part. Since this was not the route you wished to go we as a courtesy took back the pump for store credit. We see that in the chat transcripts that we have that we were in agreement that offering you a refund in store credit to meet you in the middle was a fair resolution. We are sorry to see this negative review after our attempt to assist you the best we could we would.
I ordered parts for a honda sent them funds and postage the amount they asked for at checkout. 6 weeks later no parts. There explanation was wrong postage they cancelled my order and told me that i would receive a refund. Five months later multiple emails no parts and no refund. This company is a Scam be warned don't buy from them

I've ordered my tire a week ago Because a friend of mine likes goo through them and thought I'd try them out. Still, have not yet received it. I've tried calling and emailing them inquiring my tire and can't get a response back on when it might get shipped. So far not happy with them, but it is what is. Just going to take my business somewhere Else next time I need something. Sucks because there are a lot of parts I need for my bike and was going to use them.

I've had some good orders with them but some stuff that came late as well. I've had two orders in a row come much later than expected. If you have time-sensitive projects DO NOT use them. But they have good prices and their customer service isn't terrible. So I'll probably keep using them sometimes.

Purchased $350 worth of parts. Waited 3+ months for half my order to be shipped and received. Finally inquired about the rest of my order and was sent an email stating order was canceled due to customer requests. And I would receive my refund for chain and sprocket kit not received in 3-5 business days. That never happened. No refund issued, no parts received. After trying multiple times to contact Bike Bandit about issue. I finally had to dispute charges through Credit card services. DO NOT BUY FROM BIKE BANDIT! They are shady and scummy business people. I truly don't understand how they are even in business anymore.

Customer service representatives seem to love telling me that the part I ordered in August is certainly available and that they do not know why mine hasn't shipped. I have never encountered a customer service department that is so unsympathetic to customers and unwilling or unable to explain the issues involved in order delays. I have not yet asked for a refund because I am curious how this charade will end.

I ordered parts on May 11. Now almost the 4th of July. Nothing but emails about delays. When i call, they state the part is in the warehouse but hasn't shipped yet. They have told me three times the part will ship in 2 days and a manager will follow up. Nothing. Don't waste your time.
