Synonyms: robber, thief,... crook,. Raider, freebooter, hijacker, looter,...

Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Oh, 'your call is important to them, and they place a priority on customer service'; p

Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

“Forget about refunds, your never gonna see it...”

A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

There were some issues with my order, but they went out of their way to make up for it. As some other people noted in the reviews, their live chat was down. That being said, they did respond to my emails and also called to make sure I was satisfied. I will order from them again.

Customer service number isn't working... live chat is disabled. I ordered parts for my bike a week n a half ago... I never received a shipping confirmation n started calling. The customer service number is down... how do u run a business n don't have a phone number... so I try the live chat feature n that Doesn't Work... I then get an email stating they KNOW they're having a ordering problem for purchases... then tell me there's no reason to respond to the email! This company knew they couldn't fulfill orders n still took my money n then tells me to wait in the meantime my bike is down n I can't even get in touch work anyone about my order... truly amazing.

As reports from times past Bike Bandit had the OEM items in stock and priced reasonably. They were shipped without any problems. As always sales individual went above and beyond to find the correct parts and shipped immediately. Always satisfied with my purchases.

Years of reliable service until now. I ordered two tires and one was not in stock(which I found out after I payed) so after 3 hours on hold and calling back, they said I would get a refund for the 1 tire. 25 days later and no refund after emailing and calling them. All I get is a run around.
Edit: finally after reporting them to the BBB, I got my refund. Will not deal with them again.

I have updated my rating to reflect that BB has reached out to me and made things right. I will not overlook the fact that it took too long and the visual to me and others is that they were shutting down avenues of communications in order to avoid remedy to those individual transactions. That said, I was sent several emails since and to me the explanations and refunds/cancellations seemed sincere. For that I very much appreciate the admission of mistakes made and apologies. I accept that and will, in the future when things hopefully straighten out, consider BB as a resource when looking for parts.

I think their name says it all! What a complete load of BS! I ordered some fairing replacement parts for my bike which I was promptly charged for. Next I get an email saying one of the parts is unavailable, which makes the entire order useless. They said in the email that I can cancel the order only the problem is ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER since they do not answer your emails, their phone is perpetually "busy", and their "LIVE CHAT" is unvailable. I've emailed multiple times to which I get an automated ticket sent back to me and still I've gotten not one actual reply from this company. Now I'm going to be forced to fight with the credit card company to reverse the charges. STAY AWAY from this company. I dont know how they've been in business 20 years. Sounds like a load of hooey to me!

I ordered parts for my Suzuki Vinson in May, 4 months later still no parts. I called multiple times and they would tell me parts are in and will be shipped right away, after many phone calls I finally received an email with a tracking # I tried to track the package but the tracking # was no good. I called bike bandit and they told me UPS lost my package and they would need to reorder my parts. I am 100% convinced they deliberately gave me a bogus tracking # with no intentions of shipping my parts. I should have read the reviews before using them! They are hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie to there customers, save yourself the trouble and buy your parts from anyone but Bike Bandit.

Ordered and engine $2170 was my total at checkout. Had 4 in stock. I placed my order just to get an email the next day that they were no longer available. When I called and spoke to the person on the phone I have a 7-10 business day wait to get my money back. After they charged me at time of check out and my money taken I have to wait to get a refund on an order for parts they didn't have leaving a dent in my account and then tell me I have to wait to get my money back. Will not be back on their site or even order lunch from them.

Purchased parts on website and they said they were in stock ready to ship. Charged my card right away for almost $300.5 months later still have received nothing. I have tried over 5 months to get in contact by email, phone and live chat to cancel and refund my order. Over 5 months trying have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Should be against the law to advertise parts are in stock and take someone's money, then have absolutely no customer service to contact after 5 months.

I place an order over 5 months ago just need someone to contact me to figure out where the order is. Very unsatisfied with how fast the Payment is take and parts don't shop up and the automated emails saying the SAME thing over and over and over... and can't email back. And when I try call I'm left on the line for hours until it automatically hangs up. Super, super disappointed.

This is the first time I have ordered from bike bandit and probably the last. The whole system needs to be overhauled! I never have this kind of problem trying to get through to customer service on the other sites I use. I can't even track my order. The live chat never works and forget about calling on the phone ( can't get through)! I'll probably call visa and try to get my money back. It's going on a month now and still no merchandise. Tim D

Placed an order and promo code wasn't reflected on order, along with bandit bucks. Tried calling many times, only to be put on hold or call list. Emailed, no response, Chat is not available. Parts said 1-2 days ship time and nearly 3 weeks later no communication.
UPDATE 7/8/20
Still nothing has shipped, no contact successfully made as i cannot get a hold of anyone. Business should stop taking orders if they cannot meet demand.

Ordered on July 7th. Called two weeks in and was able to talk to someone who said the parts had arrived from Polaris and would be shipped within a week. Still haven't seen anything and now can't get through to anyone. Held hostage because I've already been charged so can't go elsewhere. Borderline criminal...

Been trying for 3 weeks to return a helmet that doesn't fit. They were happy to take my money and then delay shipping by 2 weeks. Terrible company no response at all via phone (on hold for over an hour numerous days, don't bother) email is automated response. No response from a month ago. Automated response from follow up's, voicemail nada. The positive reviews must be from their employee's. They take your money and hopefully you get your part, anything else forget... lost me as a customer and i will warn everybody i can not to use them!
Update
Finally got an answer after waiting another 58 mins on hold. Took 2 minutes to resolve. Rep did send me a message here which was good. Still my rating stands, the non response by normal means is unacceptable. They need to charge upon shipping not right away. All I can say to those waiting, hang in there I guess at least one person works there.

I submitted an order on June 2,2020 for 9 parts totaling about $750. BB charged my card immediately, however nothing has shipped as of June 8,2020. On hold for 30 minutes on 2 days with no pickup, Live Chat is "not operational at this time", and email sent last week - no response to date. I want a full refund. Very poor communication.

Took my money and now weeks of silence. No answer on phone or chat. Email gets an auto response basically telling you to get stuffed. Bike is STILL not ready to be inspected/put on the road.

Take your money elsewhere!

Update: A week later... still nothing. Looks like they've stopped responding here too. Time for a full complaint w/ the BBB, I guess.

Been shopping with Bike Bandit for over 10 years. Even during this pandemic, they're still opened. Having all this free time at home, I began fixing one of my bikes. Needed lots of parts, the sales guys helped me place my order and the rest was history.

Ordered a front fender for my sv650A 4 months ago was told it was placed on nationwide back order which in all fairness checks out I've contacted other sellers about the same part. But wow what a mistake ordering from these crooks I've emailed over 15 times called and tried there live chat no response, the funny thing is If I ask for an order update *******@bike-bandit.intercom-mail.com has no problem messaging me to tell me it's on back order but as soon as I message for a refund there is no reply at all so there obviously getting the emails and choosing to keep my money. Someone should 100% take legal action against this company what absolute scum everyone involved in this site is. Shame

BikeBandit has never been fast with shipping but now it seems they don't ship at all. Two weeks and my orders are still 'In Progress' Phone is a constant busy signal, livechat on the web site is 'unavailable' and no response to emails. No customer service so I have filed disputes with Visa to try to get my money back.

Bike Bandit claimed to ship 3 of my 4 items ordered 4 weeks ago but I never received them. No tracking number provided. The new improved phone number...? What a joke! I called the number listed on their website today I get a canned recoding with options. Not mater which option I picked the recording says no one is available to help me and call disconnects. This company is stealing people's hard earned money and spewing lies. Stay away!

Ordered some brake pads on May 19th. Today is June 17th and I have only recived generic emails saying shipping delay and no specific information. Website states delays because of covid 19. If this company cannot handle the business at this time they should quit taking orders until they have issues fixed. Will I ever receive my parts? Riding season here is short and very dissapointed I ordered from Bikebandit.

Ordered a part from Bike Bandit. $85 savings from most places and it said ships in 3-4 days with warning about COVID may extend time. 30 days later started to try and get customer service. No response to email (except auto) live chat not working and phone always busy. After 30 minute wait get person that says part will be in tomorrow and ship at end of week, I ask no BS just sounds convenient. 2 weeks later after waiting 20 minutes, part never came in and they have no idea. Found place that part for $50 more and got it in 5 days. Got my money back but still waiting to get tax back since they only refunded cost of part!

I'm a bike guy and I've been around a while and never had such a crap experience with an online company. I get that things going on right now are bad and will cause delays but this is ridiculous. I ordered parts almost a month ago and they haven't even shipped. There's no customer service at all (phone, chat, email) and I just keep getting these bs emails that everything is delayed. I absolutely regret ordering from this place and will never buy anything from them again. I spend about $3-5k on bike stuff every year and have never had a problem with other retailers until BB. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered over 21/2 mo the ago. Can't talk to anyone all emails state don't respond. Can't talk to a person. Started part was out of their wear house but could get it from another place but this would take a extra 4-5 days. Could you tell me what year we are talking about.
