Ban·dit: noun: a robber... and typically operating in an isolated or lawless area.
Synonyms: robber, thief,... crook,. Raider, freebooter, hijacker, looter,...

Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Oh, 'your call is important to them, and they place a priority on customer service'; p

Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

“Forget about refunds, your never gonna see it...”

A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

Ordered last Tuesday, I needed 4 parts for a katana. After reading the reviews and ordered... unaware of how unhappy people were with the company. I cancelled the order repeatedly. Aka Fernando on the other end of customer service took the brunt of my attitude. I have to say job well done in this covid mess. Credit is due for pulling through. Parts were shipped and received today. I was totally shocked. Thanks bikebandit. But I won't be ordering again they seem to have to clear up some issues. But progress was made.

Out of everywhere I've shopped on-line, BikeBandit has the most appealing and user-friendly website. The selection is outstanding, and I've saved tons of money in these past few years shopping with them. They always have the best prices on the things I order. To be honest, they're having a hard time getting my orders to me on time with all the Covid-19 stuff going on... But they were super transparent about it, and it seems like everyone in the industry is dealing with the same. I don't mind, I'll just wait till everything gets back to normal. I've always had great service with them and I'll stay loyal till they're on top of things again. BikeBandit... You rule!

I ordered a chain months ago... well, so far nothing. Ill just got to my local MC dealer, buy from them and when the bike bandit chain comes in, shelve it till next time... This is the second time i've been screwed... Oh well, chalk i tup to life... Will avoid these guys in the future... for sure...

I placed an order Oct 21, still no parts received. Over $400 worth of parts were immediately charged to my CC. I contacted customer service yesterday (11 Nov) through live chat. The person, I believe it was Rhea or something close beginning with R, was very rude, when all I was asking for was a estimated delivery timeline. Hopefully I get my parts and this site is not a scam. I understand the parts may take two to three weeks two or three weeks, it's the rudeness of customer service that I don't like. In the future, I will not purchase even a valve stem from Bike Bandit.

I've ordering parts here since 2015. Not a lot, but the regular things us home mechanics all go through. Customer service and shipping has tanked lately. Last order was the end for me. Ordered parts > assured they were in stock > looked for packages after returning home from a tough week > nada. No email, no updates, and no parts. Website shows parts are delayed and still haven't shipped after 9 days. No partial shipment and no apologies. It is what is. I'll wait for my last order to arrive and move on. Hopefully they can turn things around.

Every week, I receive another email on the status of my order. All 5 items are on back order with no proposed delivery date. It says "do not reply to the email". I have now sent 17 email with only an automated reply, "You will get your $#*! when you get it". 22 voice mails with no reply. And there is no incentive to change, as they bill your card at the time the order is placed. You can't cancel the order because every attempted contact is ignored. Would I ever buy from them again "F" no! The bankruptcy rumor is most likely true.

The site is never correct, i purchase a set of tires. The tire size was incorrect i tried to cancel in less than 12 hours and they said you cant. Be careful if you order anything you cant cancel. My suggestion to everyone refuse the shipment for a full refund.

Ordered 2 items from bikebandit on 4/24 and as of 5/16 still not shipped website said ships in 3 to 4 days maybe they mean weeks no help from customer service no email response and there shipping policy says they will notify you if there are any delays with your order no response from bikebandit I have called customer service they said would ship next day still not shipped avoid the headache and shop elsewhere where they value customer service understandable that this is during covid 19 times and online retailers are busy but three to four weeks is not acceptable customer service is poor at best

Ordered a fuel pump a few days ago no tracking number was given and haven't been able to make any contact with customer service. The phone number doesn't even work. I want my money back! I'll gladly take it elsewhere and pay a little extra for parts.

Edit: the only reason i canceled my order was because, at the time i ordered, there were no banners explaining the wait period and when i saw them afterwards, I almost felt lied to especially when the only way i could get in contact with someone was after leaving a terrible review.

Do not do business with this company. All items on the website are backordered and nothing ever arrives. They will state an arrival date far enough into the future that you can't dispute the purchase with your credit provider. There is zero communication with this company through email or phone.
Complete scam.

I'm rebuilding a drz400e and have made several orders from them over the course of couple weeks. For all but one of my orders, I received an email stating that my purchase was delayed due to an inventory error on their part. They made no attempt to fix the situation other than to say that if I wanted my items split I could contact their customer service and arrange to have my orders shipped separately for an additional shipping charge. Because its been a week and they haven't even shipped my order I ended up having to order the parts I needed from ebay.
If this was a one off thing I would understand but it's actually more rare with these guys to get your order on time. I'm done with the company.

Took money for some parts for my 80 suzuki. Kept delaying order, week after week. I emailed them multiple times with no response. I left messages on social media requesting my order be cancelled, received a response that it would be and it never was. Bug elsewhere.

I placed an order on June 2nd. This is before they released a big statement saying everything was "up to 2-3 weeks behind". It's June 22 and I haven't gotten any updates other than a generic "we are busy so we can't ship your stuff". "Everything was listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. I've called everyday for the last week to try and cancel the order so I can buy from someone who can actually deliver parts. Every call is a dial tone. The fact that they are still taking orders baffles my mind. If you are so busy you can't handle the volume then stop taking orders! I've received several orders from other bike part retailers placed long after this order. They are apparently so busy you can't get a hold of them. There are plenty of other sites to get parts off which seem to be functioning just fine at the moment. Avoid bike bandit at all cost unless you want to donate your hard earned money to them. I now see where the get their name from, bike bandit indeed.

I ordered a simple gasket for a Honda EU2000I generator. The website said the item was in stock and would ship in 1 to 2 days. Ten days later I receive an email that says there is a "fulfillment delay" in shipping my order. No indication when the part will be shipped. I responded with an email telling them to cancel my order. I received a canned reply indicating that they are receiving a high volume of emails and the best method is to contact them by phone. I'm in Malaysia and was having the part shipped to Florida to be forwarded with my other mail.

Three days ago I ordered the part from another supplier. That part arrived in Florida today.

I have to wonder if this company even has an inventory or simply operates by ordering parts when someone orders one and marking the price up for a profit. Find another supply and don't waste your time being frustrated with this company.

Their website indicated parts that would fit my bike but I found this to be incorrect. I have tried numerous times since July 1 to cancel the order but get no response from phone calls, requested call backs, live chat, or email. While I understand that Covid is causing some trouble the lack of customer service is not excusable. They continue to advertise false delivery times and each Monday morning I get a "sorry for the delay" email. The fact that it comes out on a regular time each week tells me it is an automated response and not tied to my order. In addition I note the claim that this is a "growing business." Bike Bandit has been around about 20 years - they should have the system figured out. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and with my credit card holder. This saddens me because I have used this firm for over a decade.

I have ordered from them before, so when I placed my order on April 21, I anticipated faithful service. One of the four items I ordered shipped promptly from Klim, but the other three items are "awaiting shipment." These are small items, tube and chain brush, so they should be easy to throw in UPS/Fedex. However, no update emails, no response to chat submission and now my phone calls won't go through. This appears to be a business ready to go out of business. Stay away.

With the things going on in the world right now you appreciate these guys. I called in because my order was taking longer than usual. Spoke with Jerome, he let me know exactly what was going on and what they were doing to work through these tough time. These guys are working 10+ hours a day and their warehouse is now open 24hrs a day. Give them some time, your parts will show up.

You take my hard earned money during these times of Covid 19 and 2 month later NOTHING just automated email. Are you guys running a scam? Stop ripping people off when you can't supply! My first order was refunded after a week when they realized the parts arent manufactured anymore. The site was never updated but every other parts store's was. Each week I get an email saying my parts are delayed (5 6 weeks now). Should have known my second order would be trash. No answers from customer service either.

This has to be the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Placed an order back in Oct and now it is Feb and still no delivery. Left countless messages with no response! I work extremely hard for my money and don't appreciate anyone taking it and think it is ok. Will be reporting to BBB. I'm sure they already have a list going. Anyone considering ordering from this company, please DO NOT!

Ordered parts over a week ago and they still haven't shipped. I called to get a status and was on hold for about 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a human and then he sounded like he could care less about my order. They charge you upfront for the parts so if you cancel your order you have to wait to get your money back. I will never order from them again.

After almost a year I'm still getting fulfillment delay emails over the same 3 items which were on backorder. I had found, purchased, and received the items over 10 months ago from another vendor. I don't need these 3 items any more but have never been able to cancel the order. I could never get a live person on the phone and the emails all go nowhere. I guess the will just keep my money. Never do business with them.

After 20+ days of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I found out two things that have turned me off to this company forever.
First, they do not stock any of their parts, which means you have to wait for them to get it from the manufacturer before they can ship it to you. Second, they charge your card for the purchase before it ships out, meaning that they will immediately take your money, and it is anybody's guess when you will receive the item. I understand that COVID means long lead times and difficulty getting parts, but it is pretty uncool to take an order without any way of seeing an item is not in stock, then taking your money, and sitting on it for almost a month with no indication of when your item might ship out. Huge bummer, go elsewhere to buy stuff.

I decided to order my OEM parts through these guys. Ordered Parts, received an email 2 days later stating one of the parts is on back order. I have tried calling at least 50 times, emailed multiple times, tried there worthless live chat and nothing! All I want is my parts that I ordered and cancel the back ordered part. I see that there is a Jerome on here answering questions, hopefully you reach out to me! I get it, the Covid 19 BS has everything messed up, but that does not mean you short end your customer service!
