Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.
I made a purchase on the 17th of May. It is now the 7th of June and no response from your company. Try to call your on hold for ever I personally lasted 30 minutes 3 different times. Sent email to your support live chat what a joke. No response at all. As for a review no stars. Totally unprofessional. I should strongly recommend not purchasing anything fro bike bandit.com.

Ordered parts that arrived after using their site to see if they fit my bike. After waiting a month and trying to contact them multiple times, the parts showed up, and don't fit. Stuck waiting for responses again since phones either don't ring or I get stuck on hold for a hour or more.

Bought brake pads, and the only reason I bought from bike bandit is next day air on these pads. A week later not shipped, no sorry no anything. Would still be hanging if I didn't open PayPal case. Will not ever order from bike bandit again.

I have been a BikeBandit customer for several years only because it is sometimes more convenient to order online. I am officially no longer a customer due to there repeated horrible customer service. They are glad to take your order and money and never send the parts. Eventually they will simply refund on a part they can't get without any explanation or apology leaving the customer with wasted time. My latest experience with them is waiting for a parts order for 3 months that they said could take up to 2 to 3 weeks due to COVID. When I (finally) was able to get through to them (over chat), they agreed to send a partial order since some of the parts were sitting in their warehouse. What! I agreed and guess what... still no parts or correspondence. I contacted them again to request a manager and was told to just call their phone number on the website. They obviously do not value customers or give customer concerns any consideration.

Had problem ordering on line.not good with computer stuff. Called and talked to Marco.he talked me though and my order went though. Came in 2 days all but 2 parts. They came to day. Packed well right parts tires had good born on dates. All good. Also called day before for answers on fork springs Jerome was very helpful. Both guys nice patient and helpful. Sorry other people had trouble. Will order again. Prices good fast delivery. Very happy.

I used their online "Does it fit my bike" to order a $145 lithium ion battery.
Came fast enough but did not fit my 2005 Suzuki. The terminals were on the wrong side. To make it work I would have to cut the top off of the battery holder... discard the side cover and rewire the ground and pos cables to make them long enough to reach. Customer service looked it up for me... yes it fits they said. Can't return an open box electrical item. LAST TIME I BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I was charged for a part which was not available. After several phone and email attempts to contact "Bike Bandit," still no reply, only a recording.
Our credit card company has submitted a request for reimbursement from "Bike Bandit," still no response, no part, and no refund. We're simply out the money. Will be submitting our experience on every review site we can find including BBB.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company. Poor customer experience, no part available after purchase, no reply contact from company, money out of pocket lost. Court cost would exceed the cost of the part, they know this. “Buyer be ware.”

I placed and order 4 days ago now. Received an email stating how all of my parts were on a long back order. I've tried calling for hours, emailing, and have had not a single response. All I'm trying to do is cancel an order. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I STRONGLY recommend never using them. All I want is a call or email stating that my order has been canceled, and that my money has been returned. Already had to dispute the issue with my bank as well.

I ordered two motorcycle tires because Bike Bandit's prices were much better than their competitors. They came with free shipping and I received them the in a day and a half with UPS Next Day Air. The tires were exactly what I ordered and had a recent manufacture date. There was also a follow-up phone call to see if my order was satisfactory. Who does that? I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely buy tires from them again.

Really really disappointed with these guy's, paid for parts, on the 3 October they took my money then said parts weren't available and my money would be refunded.
Then nothing, i have sent 4 emails, no reply, i have phoned several times but answer.
I would not recommend anyone to buy parts off this company, they should be closed down.

I placed a hand full of orders back in March. The 1st time I called they stated the delay was due to some back ordered and cross shipped items but they should have them available in 2 weeks. So I waited then called again. Still the items were not available. I waited some more then called back still nothing. My 4th call I asked to cancel all back ordered and cross ship items. According to Marco the rest of my orders will be ship out in a few days. 6 days later I called and still nothing has been shipped out. Now when I call it goes to an automated voicemail then hangs up.

Order a bunch of parts. Was supposed to be 1 week. Then Covid happened so they told me 3 weeks rudely. No problem. Then after man unanswered emails, I asked to cancel my order, after waiting for 5 months. Then without actually cancelling my order, they immediately sent it out without talking to me. For anyone ordering bike parts please do not order with bikebandit.com i truly insist on this they are very horrible any at any responses and they will steal your money from you, as they did to me, I've purchased parts and never received them I have emailed multiple times and only got 2 responses on from them saying they will send my parts purchased asap. And never did they also they took down my order number from my account and now they have no response from them its like it never happened

I bought a set of motorcycle tires. The back tire was fine. The front tire looked picture perfect off of the rim, but once it was mounted and aired to correct pressure, it was clearly out of round and appeared unsafe. When I contacted BikeBandit for a return authorization, they said I could not be refunded because the tire had been mounted. They elaborated further, saying I could not be refunded unless the manufacturer agreed that it was a defective tire from the start. So, if you but a tire from BikeBandit, and it's defective, you now own a defective tire. And "GOOD LUCK" reaching their customer service. Their on-line chat didn't work. I sent 3 emails and received zero responses. I called and received an automated answer on call #11; I waited on hold for 50 minutes before a real person answered.

Avoid this business like the plague.

Sounds like there may of been miscommunication. Or maybe a request that was not able to be done. We cannot take back a mounted tire as a return, we can set you up with a warranty to get a new tire sent out to replace the defective one. We just need to get that defective one back and sent to the manufacturer for warranty purposes. We have sent you a private message to get more info so we can better assist you with this.
Ordered a radiator all i get is we are on it but the 800 number goes straight to busy signal and the live chat is down. No response sounds fishy to me i think i need to call the CC company and cancel payment...

I purchased motorcycles parts from bikebandit.com on 10/10/2021. 10/11/21 got an email saying 1 part was unavailable and would get a refund for that part. As of 1/26/2022 I still have no refund. I have sent multiple emails and had no response. I have called and left a message with no call back. I have called many other times and never get anything but the automated voicemail system. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS you will be disappointed.
