Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Oh, 'your call is important to them, and they place a priority on customer service'; p

Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

I ordered 2 quad tires and unfortunately the next day I realized I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service to see if they could cancel my order and the guy told me he could not because most likely they were going to be shipped out that day. Instead of checking with the warehouse to see where things were at with my order. Well never got my confirmation email that they were shipped so chances are if he would have not been so quick to tell me no and just check for me, we would have been able to take care of this. I am a single mother just trying to help her kid out with some quad tires and unfortunately now hes going to have to wait to get the correct ones because I made a mistake and they wouldn't take the time to try and fix it.

I ordered a bolt a few weeks before we were supposed to leave on a motorcycle excursion. It's now been a couple months and I still don't have the bolt. I have called their number multiple times and no one will answer. I guess I can write the bolt cost and the shipping off at this point.

Ordered A tire and clutch From them april 17th and Then got an email a few days later telling me that the tire was actually not in stock and would need to be ordered which would add 3-4 days to the shipping time. Fast forward two weeks of absolutely no communication on their end and I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes and then was told it had to be ordered directly from kawasaki but that it should have been to them by then and the customer service representatives said he'd look into it immediately and get back to me, he did not get back to me in any way shape or form. So I waited another week and a half till today and called again, after a half hour on hold the customer service representative informed they still did not have it in stock so I canceled my order. Extremely dissatisfied

I placed an order for 5 items and paid $27.95 for 2 day express shipping. Bikebandit.com only shipped one of the items and held the other 4 items. I called customer service and I was told the other items would take and additional 5 days just to process. After the manager was done being rude as possible he told me all the items were ready to ship but he was holding on shipping until the following monday( which was 4 days later). I could only cancel my order after a long argument.

If you order from here, DO NOT PAY FOR 2day EXPRESS SHIPPING. It will not be shipped.

I received an email stating the part I ordered is nationally back ordered. How can they advertise something for sale when they don't even have the item? Anyway, I received an email from them stating I'd have to contact them to get a refund. I called the phone number and tried live support with no success. I've been on hold for over 30 mins and when I selected the option to call me back the system hung up without taking my number (I have a blocked number so I'm not sure how they were going to call me back). Their live chat option doesn't work and brings you to a blank screen. BIKEBANDIT, why don't you just refund my money instead of having me waste my time chasing you?

I ordered my tires on Monday. 7/6/20. Then told it was shipped out the following day. It's been almost 7 day and nothing. I check everyday and it's still sitting at BB warehouse. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR! Or, PayPal will be notified.

I ordered a part in October of 2020. After waiting 3 months for the part Bike Bandit said the part is no longer available. They charged me anyway. They said they would refund me. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund! They keep telling me it's a Pay Pal issue and that a manager will get in contact with me. No one from Bike Bandit has ever contacted me. I have contacted them many times and have given them other options for refunding me if pay pal is really down.
At this point I am thinking this company is a scam, especially after seeing all the other comments similar to mine.

Ordered 6 parts (about $100) early May 2020, no word/update until I received "Fulfillment Delay" email 1 month later then got "Fulfillment Delay" emails every week for the next 2 months. Called today to ask why but the rude (half asleep customer service rep) couldn't even attempt to answer... so I canceled. I'll never bother with them again.

Was shocked to come on here and see the consistent content of negative reviews. I'm kicking myself for impulsively trying them out without seeing this first, because the reviews are there for a reason. They claim COVID has caused them to have these delays which is fair enough, but the total lack of customer service is absurd. I have asked for a cancellation of order and refund and still have had no reply. My order has been out for a little over 2 weeks but seeing others' complaints, im not willing to wait 2-3 months for action to be taken. Other vendors are releasing orders and shipping in 1-2 weeks MAXIMUM. Will never use bikebandits services again.

Placed order on April 27th, 2020. My credit card was charged on the same date. Nothing was shipped. Have tried to call multiple (12 times) and have been on hold for over two hours. Send several emails via their on-line app and have gotten no response. Latest one was to give notice that I will be cancelling the credit card charge unless something happens by tomorrow May 26th, 2020. Maybe this review will get someone's attention.

I ordered some parts on June 24th, the order was in progress supposedly. On July 20th they charged my PayPal account and the order still shows "in progress". When you call their number the recording says no one is available to answer your call and hangs up on you. Live chat is not available either. Are they out of business and just stealing your money until they fold up completely? I'm glad the order was only for $25.39. I think I have been ripped off. I put in a PayPal dispute but we all know how that goes; SLOWLY.

It's too bad that this is the way they do business, but I guess they don't care if they lose a few customers with this process. I did not expect to have this much trouble to return a defective item that was not first quality as they claim to sell. If you have to return what you purchase beware of this tedious process and customer service reps that make it frustrating to process a simple return.

I order two things from bike bandit on May 3rd. I was called about two weeks ago saying my parts were shipped and would be coming soon. It is now the 29th and still haven't revived anything. When i try and call there is no answer, the live chat doesn't work and they do not email back. I logged onto my account to find out they haven't even shipped my parts. Not impressed to say the very least! This site sounds like a fraudulent business I highly recommend not ordering anything from bike bandit unless you like giving your money away!

Avoid this place at all cost. I have had parts on order since June 27th and have been told that they were in and being shipped twice by two different people. Not true. I was told I was being credited for freight and would receive expedited shipping again Not True.
Very frustrating place to deal with. Sick of the COVID excuse.
Use you own judgment but for me they have rated less than a Zero.

I ordered a few parts in early May 2021. I emailed bikebanditservice around 2 weekslater looking for an update. They told be one of my parts was being shipped from another warehouse so there will be a two or three day wait before my parts ship out. Now, after almost two months, they still havent shipped and I cant seem to get a response from their email, live chat, or get them on the phone. I am really disappointed in this company and am out $200 for the time being. Very poor costomer service.
