Synonyms: robber, thief,... crook,. Raider, freebooter, hijacker, looter,...

Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Oh, 'your call is important to them, and they place a priority on customer service'; p

Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

“Forget about refunds, your never gonna see it...”

A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

They sent the wrong shocks from what I had purchased. Then to return
Them, they wanted me to pay for shipping and restocking fee's, though it
Was their fault. After this they told me I had to remake my order from
Scratch to get the shocks I originally wanted. Never again.

I ordered part for my viking in May. By middle of june they still had not come. Emailed the bike bandits and got a responce a few days later. Tried to call and email them with no response. I tried for 2 days to cancel my order. I received an email saying my order had partially shipped. After a day or so received a email saying to refuse the order and should have a refund in 7 -10 business days. Still havent received my refund. Received a responce email that their system had failed and another covid excuse. Still waiting its now August. By the way i order the parts from Partzilla and had them in 4 days. I guess they must covid proof supplier's at partzilla. Will never use bike bandits ever again.

USE SOMEONE ELSE

I ordered parts 1.5 months ago. After waiting for the supposedly in stock parts to ship for over a month "excuses due to covid peak 1 year ago", I finally cancelled. Still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later. I finally had enough and filed a dispute with my financial institution. The owner Ken Wahlster must be real proud of this joke of a company. I will make sure I stay far away from any company that guy has a hand in from now on!

Play three different orders a month-and-a-half ago have not received parts that talk to customer service numerous times with no help at all latest time was today and no snow service and they just say though email me worst company I have ever dealt with and will not recommend them and will not do business with them ever again.

I placed 2bseperaye orders 2 days apart, month and a half later still no parts. I've been billed, I've called, emailed and Lso left a call back # everyday for the last 2 weeks and nothing. I will NEVER order from here again and everyone who needs parts i am referring them to partsfish out of Omaha. Ne.

Ordered a couple tires off of them. Received them and decided i didn't like them and ordered another pair and returned the other ones. Instead of just paying the difference for the more expensive ones they had me pay for both sets of tires and would refund me for the cheaper ones. Received an email saying that a refund has been issued and to see it in the next week. Has been a couple months now and have not seen the refund. Been trying to call/email no no avail. Last time ill do business with this company that has this poor of customer service. Unreal.

Soon as I placed order they processed a charge on my visa. I have sent numerous email and no response

We are a custom shop. Our customer had to take his motorcycle somewhere else so we lost the customer. We have reached out to the company numerous times by phone email and left voicemails and have received no response from them on our order. Do not use this company.

Over a month of emailing and calling asking them to cancel my order they charged me anyways with no response from them at all I had to open a claim with PayPal and go through all of the crap and if they would just respond to 1 of my 24 emails and instead of focusing of grabbing there money they wouldn't be getting this review. I will never order anything from this company

I placed an order on 5/25/20 and still have not gotten anything shipped yet. The few times I have managed to actually get through to customer service I'm told they will be shipping very soon, and the delay is always blamed on the coronavirus. Now I can't get through to anyone at customer service even after waiting on hold for hours. I sent an email a week ago and haven't heard back yet. I want to cancel this order but cannot get ahold of anyone! I reordered the same parts from another website 4 days ago and have a shipping confirmation they will be here in a few days, so I don't buy the fact they are on national back order from Yamaha like bike bandit claims. I wish I could give zero stars

This company lies said they processed refund they dont I'm waiting on over 500 dollars. I filed a dispute with my credit card hope they like paying the chargeback. Everyone who has the same problem contact the credit card company. Also dont expect customer service, they dont answer phones or chat or emails Beware

Aware of the problems with covid I have been plenty patient. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my first order with bike bandit. I also ordered parts from my local shop and several other online merchants. Within a week all my other orders showed up, but not those from bikebandit.com. The parts I picked up from my local shop shipped from CA. Figuring bike bandit would take a while and wanting to actually use my motorcycle this summer I ordered the critical parts I needed from my local shop in a second order that I placed when I picked up the first order. Again they shipped from CA and arrived within a week. At this point I don't believe bikebandit.com's problems are due to covid. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I should have known bandits went rogue, placed an order on 13th July, item was on backorder for over 60 days, asked them to cancel the order & issue refund on 7th September. The agent on Facebook assured me it would take 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on mt account. One month later, still no refund. My efforts to reach them on Facebook, twitter and email have been in vain. This is fraud, period.

Tip for consumers:
Keep off this site. They will not deliver, and you will not get a refund.

I placed my order on May 7,2021, I received a message in the mail that the parts were out of stock and that they would have to wait from the warehouse. I decided not to wait. Called on May 10th and canceled the order. The operator said that you need to wait for a refund within 5-7 working days, but the money has not yet been returned!

I wrote to the mail, live chat, instagram, but no one gets in touch! Judging by the reviews for these guys, this is in the order of things.

Dave has helped me with alot today. This website is great always have people ready to help either live chat or through the phone. They are knowledgeable and honest. I have a 1982 Honda CB 900c custom and I have ordered over 15 parts using BikeBandit and they have helped me practically restore my bike!

Although they do have a disclaimer that says some parts will only ship when they arrive at bike bandit they imply that most parts are in stock and therefore ship in the advertised one day. They do not stock parts and are simply ordering for you from a manufacturer or other vendor. Plus they also don't include their ludicrous long processing time as well. Ordered brake pads. 5 business days to process them all they did was order from galfer. Cancelled order and ordered direct from galfer. Why pay them for shoddy service and slow processing. Galfer shipped next day and at my door in three days. So one day to process and the days international shipping. Bike bandit is so appropriately named.

I ordered some motorcycle parts on 8/27/21, they took my money that day. On 8/30/21 they notified me that they did not have the parts and they did not know when they would get them. I waited a month and then on 9/29/21 I cancelled the order. I was assured that I would receive a refund in a couple of weeks. So now it's been three months since I cancelled my order and nothing. I have called numerous times, I have Emailed several times and no resolution. I would never do any business with Bike Bandit.

I purchased a set oh Michelin Commander 2's for Bikebandit and thats were the trouble started! After having them balanced and mounted there was a bounce or thump while riding so back to the stealership again($75)an hour only to find out that the front tire was out of round. I tried to contact customer service and after leaving a couple of voice mails I just waited it out and 35 mins. Later was actually talking to a person only to be told that I need to make a video of the dealership checking the tire and showing it was out of round so that they bikebandit could send the video to Michelin while I waited to hear the verdict. I guess I was supposed to ride on only the back tire while waiting on the tire to be warranted. This was my 1st experience buying tires online and it is my last. I will never spend another dollar at Bikebandit and I hope this feedback saves someone a lot of $$ and aggravation...

I ordered parts from bike bandit and the took my money and iv never received parts. I can never get anyone on the phone or answer a email and cant get my money back. What a piece of $#*! company never order from them again and would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered two Michelin tires and one came in not the one I ordered. They sent me a return receipt and sent the tire back. Four weeks later I have not received my tire nor any communication and I have left them numerous emails. It seems like their phone is not working and I wouldn't order from them if my life depended on it. Once again poor customer relation. Very disappointed in the whole transaction

I purchased 270 usd from bike bandit and then they were taking to long so I emailed them told them to either cancel my order or hurry up as I waited 3-4 weeks and it hasn't even started to ship to me so they ended up canceling my order and they emailed me and said I would receive my money back in 7-10 days. Well almost 4 weeks later still no money back it's a little ridiculous if you ask me.

Ordered 2 items from Bike Bandit 0n March 26,2021. Order number **************. I was charged the full amount of $436.40 immediately. The order arrived in September but it was not the part I ordered. I contacted Bike Bandit immediately, arranged to return the wrong part, and canceled the order.

The returned part was received by Bike Bandit 10/7/2021 and I have yet to receive a credit for the $436.40 even though I have contacted them (he gave his name as Marco) on 10/11 and 11/2. I contacted them again on 11/11/2021 but was greeted by a recording that stated no one was available to answer the phone but they would return my call if I leave a message. I did leave message but have received no returned call.
Complaints have been filed with Better Business Bureau and California Attorney General. Will file with FBI Internet Fraud Division this week.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid them. There are much better, and more honest, parts suppliers out there.

Products used:
None. Bike Bandit sent me the wrong parts. I returned them and they have not issued a refund after 4+ months !
