Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.
I ordered OEM parts for my bike on May 7th payment taken out immediately. Then received an email that said one of my parts was being cross shipped from another warehouse, thats fine but it is now june 5th and have yet to receive anything, I've emailed them twice and get an automated response and have tried calling on several occasions and only get a busy signal.
Update: Bikebandit.com reached out to me and assured me my parts will be shipped when they receive the one that needs cross shipped. Still patiently waiting.
Update: June 18th was contacted by staff and they issued a full refund and are still going to ship my parts when they get them in. Thats pretty honorable if you ask me even though the wait time has been this long it kind of puts me at ease for the ride time I've missed.

I ordered a part from BikeBandit. They immediately took the money from my account. Three days later I received an email letting me know the part was not actually in stock and they had cancelled my order. 10 days later I have still not received my refund though they were quick to take away the "bandit bucks" I earned from my purchase. I called and after 9 days and after a 15 minute hold I disconnected the call and attempted to use the Live Chat function instead. I sent my live chat message at 9:23 and so far I have yet to receive a response a full day later.
TLDR: Item that wasn't in stock was allowed to be purchased, 3 days later purchase was cancelled, unable to get a hold of customer service, total 13 days from order placement and 10 from order cancellation and refund has still not been received.

I made a purchase for a part 3 weeks ago. Bike Bandit took my money, did not ship my part, has not even attempted to contact me. They ought to be just Bandit! I filed a complaint with my bank, the BBB and my State Attorney. I want my money back!

I ordered parts for a XR650L. Never had any communication from Bike Bandit other than the original thanks for your order email. I called them after almost two weeks and they said it may take two weeks or more to get the parts from the manufacturer. So, I called again after three weeks and they said the parts were there and they would ship out that day. Two and a half weeks later the parts still had not arrived. So, I called and cancelled the order and bought the parts somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars!

After the long wait and no feedback on my order that was placed with Bikebandit I had them cancel my order and aske for a full refund they only refunded the total amount of the parts and did not refund the tax that they billed me for. Now I get no response back when trying to get my tax refunded. Don't get me wrong it's not the amount that I am concerned about but it's the fact that they feel they don't have to reuturn it! Do Not use this company!

So I ask him how is he going to make it right and a few more of my comments on how disapointed I am in BikeBandit as a company in customer service and how they say items are in stock when in fact they are not. I respond with okay lets see how you are going to make things right for me. I give them my original order number so they can have all the information I feel they need and this was 5/12 at 12 PST and as of today 5/13 3:25 PST no response from ( Jerome F. BikeBandit Rep) Again it looks and sounds like just another tactic to make it look like BikeBandit cares about it's customers and it's reputation as a quality motorcylce parts store. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are just after your money and do not care about the customer at all.

When i ordered all parts were ready to ship in 1-2 days. A day later one part on back order and no date. Next day second item will be late shipping. I order my parts elsewhere and they are shipped within 2 days. I tried to cancel by email and by tel. They are not possible to reach by tel unless y6u are willing to wait at least an hour. And dos not respoond to email about a week ago. And no refund yet. Should r say parys are ready ro ship within days if they are not.

When you call all you get is a fast ring busy signal. I have tried everyday, several times a day and you cannot get through, I sent emails and all you get is a computer generated reply and nothing else. 3 months now and no word of my delayed parts. I ordered 8 different parts from them, 2 of which due to covid are on backorder, instead of shipping my remaining 6 items that show instock, they have delayed my whole order for the two items with no ETA. I mean come on, i ordered a clutch assembly and many other crucial parts and they are all being held with no ETA because of a o-ring and a plastic clip that are on backorder... really? Oh and good luck getting ahold of their customer service it takes them about 3-5 days to reply to anything

While it was easy to find the parts I needed, the customer service and shipping is terrible. I payed for the fastest shipping for one of my orders and after 8 days it finally ships, even though i canceled the order after 5 days because I found the parts for cheaper at Rocky Mountain ATV. Bike Bandit's prices seem to be higher than other sites and their customer service doesn't answer, orders take ages to ship and there doesnt seem to be a way to get my refund unless I wait for them to come in and pay to send them back. Overall I would avoid this site if possible. I still have no information on my other order which i assume is dead and I am just out the money for it.

On 6/23/20 I ordered a windscreen for my Goldwing. The website said next day air shipping insanity, but then the website only offered free ground or express for $27.95. The sales rep said it was in stock and would automatically ship same day, next day worst case. On 6/25/20 it had not shipped. I called in again. I was told it was on back order, but now it is off back order, and is being pulled now from the warehouse and will ship tomorrow. 6/26/20. Hasn't shipped. It is one thing to just suck at what you do. You can send an email but you won't get a response. You can't chat online because that's unavailable. You can call them and wait for 30 minutes and never get though to anyone. Or you can write a bad review and they will call you in 15 minutes about the review. And go on and on about covid-19 and how it's hurting them but never care about your order.

Been using bikebandit for over a decade always been good on time never had a problem with them. Recently I just ordered a set of tires by typing in the type of bike I have like I order all my parts. Had to wait 35 minutes to get anybody on the phone and when I got him on the phone he was very short and pretty rude. I told him that I needed a 19 inch front tire and they sent me a 17 in and I needed a 16in rear tire and they sent me a 14in. I told him that I also ordered tubes with the same bike entered in and everything the same. The tubes are the right size but the tires are the wrong size but it's my fault and it cost me $40 to ship the stuff back and all I wanted them to do is ship me the right size tires well you just lost my business Not only was your customer service gentleman rude and short he also hung up on me.

After waiting over two months for parts I decided to cancel my order. I had previously been told that the delay was on Triumph's end so I decided to give Triumph a call and was told that they had the parts in stock and they shouldn't take more than 3 to 4 days to get to me in NYC. They suggested ordering the parts from a Triumph dealer which I plan on doing. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic a wait of over two months is just unacceptable.

My 15 year old nephew Marcus has a 2001 Honda XR200R that needed a top end rebuild. Since I have been buying parts from Bike Bandit for 20 years, I ordered his parts from them with complete confidence. Something has changed!
I placed order C9B3AU6 on May 12,2020. I still have no parts! Bike Bandit's phones are apparently dead. There is no one you can talk to. This is so disappointing because I don't have enough money to go out and buy the parts again from a Honda dealer.
So my nephew Marcus, who is stuck at home doing nothing, will not have a running motorcycle this summer.
I don't know what happened to this once reputable parts supplier, but maybe Ken Wahlster, the owner, has decided to go rogue.
