Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.
Ordered parts for my motorcycle. Never shipped, some items were BO. Impossible to reach them by chat, email, phone.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM - ITS A SCAM. You will not get your parts, you will not receive any personalized emails. Just automated response that you can't do nothing.

I ordered a coolant reservoir. I was able to repair the old one and decide to cancel my order. I have been trying for 6 months to get reimbursed. They do not return any emails or calls.

Do not trust this Company! They will promise to get you a part and do a withdrawal from your bank account and not deliver on their promise! We are still waiting on a part we paid for in full July 10th (4 months, 1 week & 6 days) as of November 23rd 2020 in the mount of $490.90. Please be aware of their way of doing sketchy business!

I've found BikeBankdit to be OK but a recent problem I had with them will make me hesitant to order from them again. An incorrect part was shipped to me. It really wasn't BikeBandit's fault but rather the motorcycle manufacturer's because the part number on the bag it came in was correct but it contained the wrong part. However, I bought it from BikeBandit so I expected them to correct the problem and send me the correct part. I contacted them and received a confirmation that they received my message but they never response and the problem was never resolved and I never did receive the correct part. Another issue I have with BikeBandit is that they list parts that are no longer available. You place an order only to be told a week or more later that the part isn't available. I wasted too much time with that. I'm not sure I will be dealing with BikeBandit in the future.

Ordered a part that said was in stock. Get an email a week later saying it's on backorder. Canceled the order on 12/8/21 it's now 2/2/21 and have yet to get a refund. I have emailed numerous times and not heard anything back. Called and it's all automated and hangs up. Have contacted the BBB but they couldn't even get in touch with them. This site is a scam and should be taken down.

It has now been just over 2 weeks and I always send them emails. Do not order from this site. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

Do not order from here - go to your local dealer and have them order what you need.
All they have here are excuses - live chat is not manned, the phones are busy throughout the day, and when they do answer you sit on hold for eternity. Ordered ten days, confirmed, then said delayed, no indication.
Pandemic shmandemic - if you have an uptick in business volume consider yourself lucky - HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE to fulfill your orders.
The service levels here have gone form so-so to absolutely disgusting.

They are really bad. Delayed my order without valid reason, never answered my emails. Deliberately bloked the live chat because they didnt want to chat with me. Their attitude was alwaist against the customer, never to help him. I canceled my order, tired about their mistreatment. World champions in horrible customers service.

Place an order on May 4 and it said 1 to 2 business days and it would ship. On May 11 (Monday) I still have not got the order so I called and talk to someone and they said it was coming from the supplier and it will ship by May 15 or 16 (Friday or Saturday) and I should get it by May 20 (Wednesday). As of May 20 I have not gotten an email for shipping confirmation. I tried to call them on May 19 (Tuesday) to see if it had shipped (knowing it had not because I had no shipping confirmation email) and I was on hold for 16 minutes and no one ever answer my call, so I hung up. As of May 21 (Thursday) I have not receive my order or a email confirmation. I have also email them a couple time. I will never order from them again, this is very very POOR customer service.

I ordered parts through Bikebandit and paid more over another website because Bikebandits website said 2-3 days shipping vrs the other websites 3-5 days. It's been over 5 days and no shipping confirmation or any other information sent about my order other than on the 16th that one of the parts they claimed was in stock was now no longer being manufactured. I ordered the part from eBay on the 16th and received it today the 21st. Can't get ahold of them through email, live chat or phone call which they highly recommend. I've noticed tons of other customers having the very same issues. Even considering the COVID19 BS going on, there's no excuses for terrible business. If Bikebandit can't hang with the big dogs perhaps they should stay on the porch and stop taking orders until they get their poop together. This isn't the first time I've run into issues with Bikebandit but it for sure is my last. I'm warning everyone in the motorcycle and ATV world about the Bandit...

I ordered a throttle tamer and hand grips two weeks ago and still I'm waiting on parts. They talk about delays, but I ordered a set of fairings, on the same day, from somewhere else that had to be painted and all. I was just informed yesterday that my fairings would be shipped. I check my order status everyday and it still says "not yet shipped." I've called before their hours of operation and the phone will ring, an answering service picks up, but then when I call during business hours the calls won't go through. THIS IS THE FIRST, THE LAST AND THE ONLY TIME I WILL EVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM. I really want my $108.78 back. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life.

WELL over 2 years ago, i ordered a tire for my street bike. After countless emails apologizing for the delay, they finally said that the were unable to fulfill the order. That was 18 months in. At this point (2+ yrs in) I am STILL WAITING for a refund, which is proving to be IMPOSSIBLE, as they are UNAVAILABLE over the phone ( # no longer in service), on the internet, and have yet to reply to my COUNTLESS Emails. Im VERY DISSAPOINTED at the loss of $150+. The worst part is, I dont think they even care about getting bad reviews! This leading me to believe that they are just STRAIGHT UP CROOKS!

I ordered a fuel pump and the sealing O-ring for my cruiser more than 2 weeks ago. After shopping around and comparing prices from other sites I figured that I would give BikeBandit a shot seeing how they had the lowest price once at checkout. The site claimed that my items were in stock and would ship within 1-3 days of my order. I emailed customer service (I was nice) wondering where my parts were after a week of no shipment. After no response for a day or two I decided to try the live chat option in which the rep said I would be notified when the parts shipped and that I could expect them to arrive at the end of the following week. Then later that weekend somebody finally answered my email 3 days after I initially inquired with the same cookie cutter response but no ETA this time. I waited for another week hoping that I would see a change in order status but to no avail. I tried contacting customer service again this morning (2 weeks and a day after my order was placed) and the phone line and live chat were both down. Yes, I did check the time zones and the hours of operation of their office and I was well within the window. I sent another email (not nice this time) but I'm expecting another 3 day waiting period before I hear anything back. I guess in the mean time I will sit on my bike in the garage and make motor noises while dreaming what it would be like if I had just spent $50 more on Rocky Mountain. At least they typically let me know if there is a delay! This is the first and last time I use BikeBandit.

I ordered seals, bearings, and one oil transfer tube in APRIL and still have not received the order even though I have called weekly for updates. They claim COVID is causing issues, and I am cure it has, not not one single other company has been this bad, including a supplier in their same town that is SWAMPED with PPE shipments and minimal employees I had to order from. This company should stop taking orders until they can clear the backlog, and even better... new orders are being expedited and shipped while mine is still missing for many months. Would not recommend going with this company, shameful as I have been with them 8+ years.

Seriously don't waste your time with this company, they are a joke. Live Chat never worked, email you get no response. Stayed on hold for 52 mins to talk to a live person, just for them to tell me after waiting for 2 weeks that it would be another 2-3 weeks to get parts. Paid $28 extra to have 2-3 day shipping, but that doesn't matter apparently. And then when I call out the point they charged me in full and I still don't have confirmation of shipping, the person hangs up on me. They keep blaming the pandemic, but on the website it says the shipping will return to normal as of 6/8- I call Bull$#*!. I WILL NEVER BUY PARTS HERE AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE THEY GET BLASTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET!

They were still going to send me one part (weighs sporox 2 oz) at a shipping price of almost $12. I call to cancel. Spend 30-45 mins on hold JUST TO CANCEL REST OF ORDER. They agree to fo so. It is now 2-1/2 weeks later, STILL NO REFUND. Now spending over 30 mins AGAIN, in order to get a refund. What a sham/scam...
