Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

“Forget about refunds, your never gonna see it...”

A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

They take your money and never give it back! They sell products that they say are 'in-stock' only to find out they are ordering them. When trying to cancel an order (because it's taken weeks to ship!), they won't, eventually they do, but then NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. They are in a Class Action Lawsuit and have a few different authorities investigating them.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy here. At all costs, avoid this place!

I ordered a radiator from this company June 23,2020 and they took the money out of my account right away and now it's July 24,2020 and I have yet to receive anything I WANT MY MONEY BACK. DONT ORDER FROM HERE THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE.

Bought a emglo glass fuel filter, it fell apart TWICE, and has happened to others
Good things nobody had a hot bike!
I suggested they take this one off the shelves he said"
All products have a few complaints and problems, im not gonna pull it because of a couple complaints "
SO HE DOESNT MIND IF A COUPLE OF US DIE OR BURN
Don't buy from the Bandits as that is what they are
REVZILLA CARES AND DOESNT SELL DEATH PARTS,

First off I just want to say if you're planning on purchasing anything from Bike Bandit, DONT! I repeat abort mission right now. I placed an order for a Fuel tank almost 10 Days ago and have not been able to receive any accurate updates from them, I have called several times and one of two things happens, the number is disconnected or some unenthusiastic employee picks up the phone and has no idea what is going on with my order, Last time I called I was told my tank arrived and just hadn't been processed yet. This was about 4 days go. Their chat has been offline forever but, today it was up and running so I thought I would try that. The consultant told me my tank hasn't arrived yet. Wait, hold up, I was told by someone else my tank is there so, who is giving me the right information? The consultant representing this "great" company then told me that it's possible it arrived but, he doesn't know. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told a manager would just give me the same info. I get that these are hard times and the virus has made everything take a bit longer than usual but, not following up with customers, not even giving them updates after they spent hundreds of dollars on parts is unacceptable. They keep going on and on about how everything is currently delayed but, there was no delay in taking my money before pretty much kicking me to the curb. I am hoping I receive my part before the end of the week but, until then I urge you to take your money elsewhere.

I ordered some parts three days ago. I got an initial email detailing this and nothing further. I wanted to make some changes to the shipping address and I have called immediately about that as well. It was at night so I figured nobody was going to answer and I left a message. Nobody bothered to call me back. So three days later I called back again because I haven't heard anything else about my parts. I log into their site, and I get a server error, that doesn't even show my order exists. That concerns me so I called back. Same thing as before, nobody answers the phone. I left a message for someone to call me back but after reading the comments here I'm not confident in my parts are ever going to show up. I'll take my business back to Dennis kirk. In fact I don't know why I even considered ordering from these nimrods. Now, keep in mind I've been charged for the cost of these parts but I don't even know if I will ever get them since no one bothered to call me back. I guess it's time for a call to PayPal to inform them of the fraud that's occurred.

I have waited over 1 and a half months for my order. Every week they tell me they will send it in this Saturday, but they haven't even sent me a update or anything. They do not care about the orders and constantly threaten me to that i should just cancel my order if they are taking to long, instead of expediting or helping me in some way. DEALING WITH THEM IS WORSE THAN THE ACCIDENT THAT CAUSED ME TO COME TO BIKEBANDIT. WORST COMPANY EVER! Id rather pay extra money than deal with this garageband company

Ordered parts they never showed, when I tried to get ahold of them no luck, so I went through an email process and after 5 weeks I said I would like my money back, never happened, Been 8 weeks this place should close there doors they are crooks

Purchased for 2 Bikes and a Jetski! 9 items OEM Parts. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get in (NOT SHIPPED) simple brake pads and oil filter (BMW S1000R) The rest was Kawasaki oem parts that they still didn't receive and couldn't tell me a expected delivery date. Then wanted to charge me shipping to send me the parts that were received into there warehouse because it was a incomplete order. Was supposed to be FREE shipping. Canceled order I'll never waist my time again with them! What good is great prices if it takes a month to get items!

Ordered a part a month ago. Finally got an automated response saying in effect "we are too busy". They will not refund my money, nor respond to any form of communication. I suspect they are going to bankrupt.

Do not purchase from this company I repeat avoid like a plague they will take your money I Ordered parts close to $500 worth they immediately took my money and sent me a email stating 2 of the parts was discontinued and I would be issued a refund after numerous emails and phone calls I finally received a email after a month stating they are having billing issues and I should recieve a update on my refund in a few days well weeks later and more emails and calls with no response today finally got a answer only for the guy to say there is nothing he can do but email billing when asked to be transferred to billing he states they dont have phones and respond to strictly emails he states they have been doing it this way for 20+ years then proceeded to get rude with me and stated he had other caller to deal with and hung up I was not rude or load just slightly fustrated wanting to know about my refund this company is a joke avoid doing business with them like the plague

Just to make it quick I ordered in August waited a little over a month never received order call him up and they tell me they don't know when it will be shipped that they just middleman so I canceled my order expecting to receive my $210 refund it's now December 31st and I still have yet to receive refund cannot get a hold of the people horrible customer service and a waste of time avoid at all costs

I placed an order for 2 helmets and 2 pr of gloves for myself and my son,, ON MAY 15th!
The money was first pulled from my account then put back 3 days later, then pulled again. I have an old helmet I can use BUT MY SON DOES NOT. I recieved 1 helmet, ( mine,) 4 weeks later, and pr of gloves 2 days ago on the 23, ALSO MINE. My son has yet to be able to race his new bike because he has NO HELMET, NO GLOVES, NO ETA ON SHIP DATE, NO CONTACT WITH CS, ( THROUGH BOTH PHONE LINES, EMAIL, AND LIVE CHAT IS DOWN.) I cant get my order cancelled I have already payed for it, and Have no idea when it will even ship! I am quite frankly mad as a hornet at this point and cant even contact any one. WORST PURCHASE EVER! AND WILL RECOMMEND EVERY ONE I EVER TALK TO, TO STAY FAR AWAY!

I ordered a set of BMW brake pads on 5/19. There were delivered on 6/29. The email updates I received were generally unhelpful. If you're in a hurry for your parts, I would avoid them.

I recently order some parts from bikebandit which to begin with took over 2 weeks to ship out and receive. I took the part out of the "manufacturers bag" which was just a bag with no parts number and realized it was not the one I needed so I tried to return it. And after paying to send it back to them they denied my refund because it was "appears to have been used and returned without the manufacturers packaging". WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE CONNECTOR FOR THE PART I ORDERED WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE CONNECTOR ON MY BIKE SO HOW COULD I POSSIBLY USE IT. So now I am out 400 bucks for a part I didn't and cant even use. Im glad I wasted my time and money. Safe to say I will NEVER buy anything from bikebandit again.

This is the worse place. Order a part on line paid for 2 day shipping. Called asked they said it will be shipped and I would have it in 2 days. Got a ups notice the next day saying it wasn't going to be delivered til 7 days. I called bike bandit and they made excuses. BIKE BANDIT DOS NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY. Do not use them.
