Synonyms: robber, thief,... crook,. Raider, freebooter, hijacker, looter,...

Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Oh, 'your call is important to them, and they place a priority on customer service'; p

Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

“Forget about refunds, your never gonna see it...”

A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

Ordered a part for my KTM and was told ships in 7-10 days. 3 weeks later still not shipped and bike has been down the entire time. Paid and credit card as charged immediately. Part was over 350 dollars. Called KTM world.com and asked if they had the part and they had 10 in stock yes 10. I then called bike bandit back to cancel and they said no problem. Refund is around 7 days told. I went back to KTMworld.com and placed my order and in 2 days had my part and bike back on the road. After multiple calls and emails to bike bandit and letting them know they were borderline fraud being 21 days no refund I finally got a refund. How they plan to stay in business is beyond me. If you need a KTM part do not use them. I read the reviews and sure wish I had seen their sorry business ways prior, cost me 3 weeks of riding

My orders have had delays from anywhere between 6-9 weeks after placing order. I can get parts directly from China in half the time. Get a slew of emails talking about fulfillment delays in the mean time. If you want to get your bike/atv rolling, AVOID THIS PLACE! I will not be placing any more orders here. Other retailers can get me OEM parts in a reasonable amount of time.

I order Part *******-10FG0 on May 30th (Ships 1 - 2 business days) I received weakly e-mails stating "Fulfillment Delay" Credit card was charged on June 23rd, today July 27 still not available. 1.5 hours on hold to get a representative to cancel the order. Web site still shows this part as ready to ships in 1 - 2 days. I was able to order the same part from another retailer for less and get confirmation that they have 3 available.

Their name says it all Bike "BANDIT" should be changed to "Money Bandits". Canceled my order due to them not having parts in stock going on two weeks have not received credit for purchase. They charge you instantly soon as order is placed but when it comes to a refund your good luck.

This company is a criminal enterprise! Took my money and when I canceled my order due to being back ordered for months never got a refund! They need to be sued in a class action lawsuit. I ordered a new clutch for my KTM 1190 R that was on back order. After waiting for months it was still on back order from KTM. Decided to cancel my order and waited for refund. After 10 days called back and was told my refund had been missed in processing. That was a month ago. Now they are not taking phone calls! Tis business is a scam.

I was looking for a certain part which they said they had in stock. I order it to receive an email saying that it was on back order "no big deal" I sent them an email after trying to call for 2 days straight to never get an answer or a call back. So I sent an email stating that I wish to cancel the order. Someone replied saying the order was canceled. I just looked at my bank account and I've been charged for the part. It's been a month! Been trying to call all day have yet to receive a call back or able to get in touch with anyone! Completely ridiculous! I'll never spend another dollar on this website and I'll make sure to tell everyone at the track do avoid this place at all cost. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with someone. Good job bike bandit. Y'all have lost a lot of customers over your laziness

I placed an order at bikebandit.com and was excited to see that all items were showing in stock. Now, months later I have yet to receive all of my items. The worst part of this review is that you cannot get ahold of them via phone or email. They do not pickup and do not respond to email. I received one package stating many parts were in it, while it actually only had a couple very small items. I can't even get ahold of them to get credited back for the items they claim they shipped. Overall, horrible experience and I will never buy from BikeBandit again. Go to Babbitts and actually get your parts in a timely fashion!

This place sucks they refused to send a replacement part when the first one came up stolen out of UPS. If they even shipped it in the first place. Package was empty and thrown away before delivery. After two weeks of calling and emailing I get the go ahead to resend but they don't have my part. Luckily its a gas tank and willing to get a different color. They tried to make up by sending me a gift card I have to spend a min. Of $60 and its for wine I don't drink and despise alcohol. But DREW would have known if he'd ask or made an offer for the incovenience. They suck and don't care I promise I will never order from there again and if my shop uses them I will move shops too.

Waited 4 weeks for my part but it shipped today. Never a problem except for slow shipping but they have to get the parts from somewhere else. I always try to call a vendor to see if they have it in stock. EBay is good for that. Google the sellers or contact them first to see if they do have it. Been buying from BikeBandit as they DO HAVE the cheapest prices on Kawa parts. Good and bad

Looking for a rare part for Polaris pwc ordered it from bike bandit website - they charged my card $200 for the part, then I got email it is not in stock. Called to ask - said they stock nothing, have to order from Polaris - who haven't made that part for years! WILL NEVER order from them again. Misleading advertising, then use my money interest free! What a rip off! Would rate ZERO STARS!

After ordering close to $600,00 in parts my last order was 205.00 for fork parts i was told that only 1 spring was in a parts house I told them to send what they had and I order the part from a 2nd part house and sent in proof of the order they did not give the money back nor wish to clear up matters this shows bad way to work with customers JAY

Worst customer service ever! I paid for parts I never received. When I call customer service. I am on hold for at least 10 minutes before I can ever reach anyone and when I do they are very disrespectful and they tell me there is nothing they can do

Do not buy from this outfit. They do not have the parts and say will refund your money. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. You can not call and talk to anyone. Always goes to voice mail. You can not email them they do not return emails even though they say will get back to you within a day. Ordered parts in November. Have not heard from at all.

Greetings; I purchased Motorcycle Tires from BikeBandit online. When the tires arrived I inspected them and discovered that the manufacturer date that was stamped on the front tire was 2016 and the rear tire 2018. I was extremely disappointed and angry. I am currently in the process of returning the tires. The Tires were Dunlop Elite 4.

I ordered a rear tire for my motorcycle. After ordering and fully paying for the tire, they send me an email telling me it's on back order and that I can cancel my order if I choose to. But, there is not a way to cancel on their website. So, you have to call. They tell me that they have to route the cancellation and refund through the tire manufacturer. What?!?!?! So, over a week later, no confirmation emai, no refund, just nothing. Really bad service.

They didnt return my money they instead duplicated my order until the return amount was used.
In the end i had multiple orders for the exact same part and only one bank charge and one receipt for original order. They did not even try to hide that they had stolen it, they simply hung up!

I waited 2 weeks for my clutch cable to ship and after it finally did the tracking info wasn't working. After 3 days I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes. They picked up and I told them what was happening and the guy just hung up on me.

I ordered my parts on May 10th and got a message that they were having difficulty sourcing them. They charged my card anyway. It's now June 15th, I finally received a refund from them. I appreciate the fact that they finally responded to me. I have found that many companies based in or shipping from California are experiencing long ship times. While companies on the East or Midwest are not.

Don't buy from them. They don't ship their products but charge you for it immediately.

Ordered a month ago. Half of the things came back backordered which is fine. Keep getting emails saying its delayed when they said it was on the way. My main problem is the horrible customer service. Every time I call I deal with someone who is nasty. Feel like your inconveniencing them when that is their job. Will never order again feom this site.

Spent $300 in parts over a month ago. No upsates, no replies to my emails, and nothing but run-arounds when i finally get ahold of them after 1.5 hours on hold. Bike is still sitting, busted and I'm losing money every day that its not operable.

Nothing is on stock. Super slow shipping

First of all do not lie to customers with your "ships on 2 to 3 days". Most of the stuff is just resale from other providers specially oem parts. Actually some of us are really expecting that 2 to 3 days to ship to be true to get our machines back on the street. Second... if you offer online chat as customer service train your people or at least tell them to stop giving your customers the run arround... nothing and believe me nothing their bill department offers will eventually be done.Not even a simple email with some order cancellation statement.
Order XA62F2J. I requested an email 5 times with an statement saying some of the items on the order where cancelled.TO HARD 4 U GUYS.
Order QV5X33J. I was offered a shipping refund 2 months ago.Stop blaming my bank...
Never buying from you guys again. These are only a few of my complains and they will be my very last.

The day I ordered my carburetor I was reluctant that it would ship nearly as fast as this poor company charged me the near 400 dollars for it. I have called, sent five emails, their live chat is down. This is just pathetic. I'm starting to wonder if legal action is the proper response to this ludacris company.

Ordered parts for my goldwing july 25th hoping to get part before i left on vac to yellowstone on aug 20 th but they keep telling me they are way behind. Almost a month and still dont have my part yet. So bike bandit you should not tell me i am going to get my part in 4 days and not send it. You sure did not take long to take my money so where is my part and why are you not calling me back yes i am pissed off

I've called their customer service line multiple times (always goes to voicemail - never get a call back), and emailed their customer service as well (no reply). I'm out a good amount of money and am seething. Their online customer live chat is also a hoax; it redirects to a non-existent webpage. I agree with a previous commenter: they're criminals.
