Wish I had read others reviews. As other indicated stated shipping not accurate. Parts not in stock and are being 'cross-shipped' and supposedly was notified of this once order was placed within browser, yet there is no such information within the order confirmation email. In the end after waiting 6 days, i'm told the order may ship 7-8 days from when the order was confirmed, and a full 12 days after the order was place. In order to confirm the presence of any such notification would have to place another order, and orders can not be cancelled on-line but only via calling. Bought a part that failed miles later from what appeared to be a manufacturing problem. Many months later when I discovered this, I called and told them what had happened. About a week later a replacement showed up on the porch! That's some pretty damn good customer service!

Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

No email verification. Phone goes to some voice-mail that they don't return calls and good luck with email response.if a company can't ship items or refund customers they should stop receiving orders period

Ordered over $700 worth of parts and received a confirmation email immediately, it has been almost 6 months since date of purchase and I still have not received my parts, the toll free # listed is disconnected, other # found on their website does not accept calls, they do not respond to voice message or emails. Avoid this company.

Ordered more than two months ago and charged right away, still no shipment. Their phone auto answers and auto hangs up no matter which option is selected. Attempted live chat', but that is unavailable too. They updated the site awhile back to mention a 2-3 week delay, but 2+ months now for me. They keep taking orders and payments, just no delivery. This is criminal.

I would like to hear from Jerome from BikeBandit, I recently made an order June 11 with expedited shipping, but I need to cancel that order. I have called at least 5 times a day (20 minute hold, no answer), emailed several time, and even emailed the "cancel order" email dropbox. The cancel order box kicked back and said it was not taking emails at this time. I just want to cancel the order and get my refund back before it is marked as "shipped" to save everybody time and money.
UPDATE: part was sent out over a month and a half after delivery; but I had already bought the part elsewhere. NOW, I have no access to the return form that their "website" talks about using to return an item. My "order number" doesn't exist anymore either. This is the worst website I have ever used and the customer service is $#*!. I'm down $120 and stuck with a part I don't need anymore. Thanks bike bandit. Absolutely worthless.

They are good at giving excuses I ordered parts for my Honda ATV four months ago And still have nothing they took my money right away and are now saying 7 to 10 days for a refund this is unacceptable. I have ordered other items that have come from China that have gotten here within a couple of weeks their excuses do not cut it. They are taking people‘s money and making interest on those monies for months. From Canada

Ordered over a month ago. All items showed in stock at the time of ordering. They charged my credit card 10/17. As of today 11/18 they haven't shipped anything. I guess there's not hurry when they already have your money, instead of charging when shipping like every reputable dealer.
UPDATE 12/19: They still have my money and haven't shipped anything.
UPDATE 2/5: I cancelled the order and asked for my money back today. Will not do business with them again.

Some update other than order delayed. 1 of the three orders money was taken and now the order doesn't even show up anymore on my account. Got one facebook message saying a CS rep would reach out. That was 2 weeks ago.

Looks at their Instagram comments shows all that they don't send anything out on time. I've been on hold for 45 min with no answer. Live chat sends you to a blank page. And email service said hold tight.

Put in order April 29, have heard nothing in response since then. Their phone number is dead and their online chat doesn't work either. Probably about to go out of business, so be careful about giving them $. Make sure you use PayPal or a good credit card so you don't get ripped off.

Their email said with the virus, parts order may run up to 2-3 weeks late for us to please understand. Well f u. Now I see they changed my order date from April 21st to June 1st. Why? Maybe so hey won't look as bad? I've been trying for a month to call and get my money back but their phone is off the hook. I wish I would have known about the way these people lie and steal.

I ordered on June 1st and still haven't received my order. I was charged immediately and after attempting to contact this company on multiple platforms I have not received a response.
The website says it'll ship in 5-7 business days, and further explains orders may be delayed up to 2-3 weeks(In total a maximum of 4 weeks).
It's been 9 weeks. Please prove to this review site that your company is competent by providing a status and expected delivery time. If you're a user thinking about ordering from BikeBandit, please read this review & potential response as a forewarning of your experience with the company. If BikeBandit can't tell me my order status after 9 weeks, imagine how much worse could it be for you?

Extremely poor communication for an online business. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing (not even an confirmation email) after placing a $500 order I finally received a message saying one of the 2 tires (front & rear) I ordered were discontinued. I called in to cancel the order and they managed to do that within 2 minutes without any question as to why or if there is any way they could assist. I had a bad experience with them about 5 years ago and vowed to never do business with them again. I figured they worked out their business issues by now but to my dismay, they are probably worse than before. Save your time and seek out a real online retailer.

Placed an order with them and checked on it because I never saw anything other than "in progress". Could not get through on phone or email so I messaged on FB. Did receive a response next day(I had mentioned posting a review on this site if no response). They said they would check on it. Next day received another message saying sales confirmed my order shipped so I asked for tracking number. Never got that, was told the banner on their site says expect 2-3 week delay. I told them it says "possibly" and I should have read reviews before ordering. They told me customers were their priority. It's now been 5 days and 4 messages unanswered and no order received.

I ordered a handlebar and clutch lever for my triumph street twin in May. The parts were marked with "please allow 1-2 business weeks for delivery" which was fine, but as of when I write this review it has been 3 months with order delays coming in like clockwork every monday. On top of that, I have called and emailed their customer service to try and cancel my order and I would either get put on hold indefinitely or have my emails never responded. I have used bikebandit for a long time but this experience has been unacceptable and insulting as a customer who spends several hundred dollars a year on bikebandit. Frankly, I won't ever buy a motorcycle again that has bikebandit as their main parts dealer on the internet.

I ordered a set of front and rear spokes. It took them 2 weeks to ship them, they sent the wrong rear spokes, and because of a cardboard box they told me there was nothing they could do to refund me. They even stated that it isn't good business practice to take losses so that means its on me I guess. I strongly suggest going to motosport or rocky mountain atv/mc.

Be careful I ordered a $300.00 part 6-17-20 they charged my credit card 6-18/20. Nothing called a dozen times just got recordings they send emails automatic 3: am because of the virus shipping is slow they are 20 miles from me. Went to there live chat never got on. Then I called and recordings you are in cue 10 calls ahead nothing. Call the next day you are in cue 2 calls ahead one hour later you are next? We can't take your call at this time?
Called City card and explained the problem got an email 7-7-20 9:30 am they contacted Bike Banded and they have 45 days to respond to the dispute?
I guess I woke someone up 3: pm got an email my parts are being picked up except next day delivery. Something is wrong with this business. I will never order from them again and would not trust them.

There is a reason why they have an "F" on the Better Business Bureau rating, check it out for yourself. Everyone, this company is now a scam. It used to be great, but is now a scam. On March 11,2021 I ordered several items from BikeBandit. I cancelled the entire order due to fulfillment delays (which is understandable, everything these days is delayed) I got confirmation email records indicating the cancellation and clearly stating a refund will be issued. It's been almost 1 month, and no refund! Where is my refund!?!? I have opened a case with BBB, filed a dispute with my credit card company. It's crazy, all they do is lie to you on the phone when you talk with them (if they even answer), and play games. Forget about emailing them, they won't respond. Just refund the customers money, it's ridiculous. I have used BikeBandit for years, now have no plans to ever go back.

Always good service. Prices are a little high compared to others but I've never had them take and hold money only to tell me 2 weeks later they don't have the part and proceed to take a month to refund my money. I order my part, track it, receive it. Only issues that have come up were from the USPS. After ordering multiple hard to find parts for my 97 Honda Helix and getting them everytime, on time, I'd say they are reliable.
