Terrible vendor! Returns NOT accepted! Scammy and dishonest. THEY REPEATEDLY DEMAND PICTURES TO PROVE AN ITEM IS DAMAGED, WILL NOT TAKE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK, and fail to understand how the two are different. I bought a Tvilum bookshelf from them. It arrived fine. When I began to assemble it, I found the holes were too shallow. Badly drilled holes means the product was defective when it left the factory. I wanted to return the bookshelf, but Bisonoffice.com has been supremely unhelpful and dodgy. Three emails and one phone call later, * from Bisonoffice.com keeps repeating the same line of garbage: We cannot take this back until you send us photos of the damage. I told her the problem is that the item is DEFECTIVE, not damaged. I sent a scan of the directions with the problem area circled, but not good enough for them. Since I had already dismantled and repacked the shelf in its box, I was not about to unpack it and try to put it together again just to get a pic to satisfy them. By the way Bisonoffice.com has played games, stalled, and refused to let me return the bookshelf, I infer that they are aware the product is total $#*!e and just want to unload it quickly. Now I am out $50 and cannot file a dispute since I used Paypal.

I ordered a swing loveseat online in Antique Pecan described as 53" long. Received completely different color, literally says DARK BROWN and 47" long. The company tries to scam me for return shipping cost and another 15% restocking fee for THEIR mistakes. My personal suggestion - STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

Highly recommend NOT using this seller. We received all of our items in horrible damaged condition. Over 50% of the pieces were damaged. They were horrible to communicate to / with. They still have not refunded our money or offered resolution. They want us to "disassemble, send them a list of all damaged pieces, send back the bad pieces and they'll replace the pieces that are damaged"... it's over 50% of the pieces... absolutely absurd. This has turned into a nightmare. Having to dispute the charges with our credit card and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Their staff is absolutely unhelpful and ridiculous. This has been the most ridiculous and INSANE experience ever with an Amazon purchase. RUN THE OTHER WAY. They have turned the last 3 weeks + of my life into a nightmare. They shipped to the wrong address, they couldn't find the product, they then located the product but couldn't deliver, then they couldn't find the condo, then the driver called and it was too heavy to deliver. It kept going, it was left in the HALLWAY of our condo building, not even at our door. All the items were damaged beyond use / assembly. They then wanted us to disassemble and give them an inventory list of over 50% of the pieces that were damaged and they'd consider replacing those so we could then for the second time reassemble the damaged product. It's cheap, it is junk, it is inferior craftmanship, it is HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anyone with any type of physical limitation would not be able to deal with this ridiculously heavy furniture... yet they target anyone they can to problem solve their problem. This has bene absolutely stupidity. I will gladly file multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

I ordered a taupe color resin coffee table on June 3rd, 2022. I called company before ordering because the title says "Retangular Coffee Table Taupe" but in description color is grey and the picture showing is a taupe color resin coffee table. Customer Service confirmed the table is same color as shown in picture. I received coffee table on June 13th, 2022 in Dove Grey. Contacted Customer Service on June 13th, 2022 by email and I was given a option to keep table at a discount price or return for the correct color. I chose to return for correct color. Company ( Customer Service) keeps telling me they are waiting to hear from Warehouse when correct color table will be shipped and as of yet which is June 15th, 2022 I have not received a return paid postage label or a response when the right color of table will be shipped. I feel the company is buying time so the return deadline will pass and I will be stuck with this table. Customer Service is awful! I highly recommend not to purchase from this company and read all the negative reviews on BBB against this company.
Update: Not only was the table not the color that is described on sellers page it also only weighs 13 pounds in box. That right there is a very light thin plastic table. Definitely not worth the asking price. After many e-mails back and forth with a lot of aggravation and stress, the company finally sent me a prepaid shipping label for the return shipping of table. I just got a email my refund is being processed. The company will not reimburse you until they have the item purchased back into their possession. I will never order from this company again! I hope my review and comment helps with your decision on ordering from this company.

I ordered a loveseat through Amazon.com and the seller was Bison Office. Bison Office arranged to have a 2nd delivery driver with R & L Freight assist with the delivery as Bison only delivers to curb. The cost was an additional $60 paid via credit card over the phone with a Bison representative named *. The cost of my loveseat was over $700. The delivery was delayed twice by the company. When I called to cancel the order because they could not deliver as scheduled they said they would check on the cause and get back to me. The next night with no advance notice at 7:48pm a single delivery driver from R & L Freight came to my door insisting on delivery the loveseat but only to the curb. I am 62 years old and disabled, my mother lives with me at age 87. Neither of us could get the loveseat from the curb to inside my home. Since I paid for a 2nd delivery person and the additional staff did not come I refused the loveseat. Bison Office charged me almost $400 to restock the product. They blame me for not accepting the product only to return it and will not reimburse me the full amount of my purchase. Amazon prime of which I am a member claims they have done all they can and I am only getting $384.00 credit to my Amazon credit account. The delivery driver from R & L Freight ran over and damaged my landscaping including dislodging some rail road ties in the front/side of my yard. They took responsibility and sent a landscaper out to put the rail road ties back to their original location and raked the gravel back to its original location. R & L Freight accepted responsibility and I would use them again, however, Bison Office is not an honorable company and I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I am very disappointed in Amazon Prime and will not be using them unless I can not find another vendor selling the products that I am looking for. All of the information I have included in this review can be verified by recorded telephone conversations by me (Texas is a one person must know state).
