Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
This was my very first time using Bitesquad delivery service. It was raining cats and dogs and I didn't want to go out for lunch. They were very timely and courteous! I will use them again in the near future!
I hate to leave reviews and only do if I have a stellar or terrible experience. I cannot express how much bitesquad has disappointed me on multiple occasions. Multiple times I have placed an order for pick up after a busy day and my husband picks up the order. Multiple times, the restaurant has charged my husband when he picks up the food for our family and bitesquad still charges me (as such charged twice). Bitesquad has been very dismissive when I contact them about this - they are pocketing the money I guess! Not a huge deal just a bummer - no one is trying to pay twice then be dismissed by incompetent or rude customer service reps.
Even when the time to deliver is estimated faster than I'd expect they were always on time. Never late and it was a reasonable amount of time. Not 2 hours. Food has always been hot and delivery persons always are cheerful and have a smile on there face. Bitesquad will be my go to delivery service in the future.
Terrible experience. I placed an order HOURS in advance for food delivery for my mother-in-law across the country as my father-in-law passed yesterday. Literally ONE MINUTE before the scheduled delivery, they contacted me to say they could not deliver it. At that point my family was counting on a meal after a very difficult day. I will never be using this experience again and would not recommend anyone else use it. Following this, I contacted a restaurant directly, the old fashioned way, and someone offered to go out of their delivery zone to accommodate. THAT is good customer service. Bite Squad should take note.
I am just AMAZED by the customer service of this company. The delivery was ok but I was not happy with the food from the restaurant and they refunded my money! No questions asked! I have ordered through all the delivery services. Door Dash was 2 hours late on an order and gave me a $5 credit. They were total jerks! I will never order from another delivery service again! I am sticking with BITE SQUAD! They are Awesome!
Placed an order with bite squad only for my order to take and excessive amount of time and arrive soggy as it was a sub. When trying to cancel before the driver gets to the store I was told I can't it's too late. When my order arrives I don't get everything I ordered. I'm offered bite squad credit and I refuse but my order can't be refunded. Out of all the inconvenience and poor service this company offers me $3.18 off of a $17.00 order…. This is ridiculous and not the first encounter with this service. I am owed my money back and this service could care less about their customers… I am unable to go get my own food, so I'm out of my money and part of my order…. But they made their money.
We wanted to like BiteSquad. Had great experiences at first. However, the last 3 attempts at food delivery was a fail. On Oct 31, we ordered from our favorite small family restaurant and BS delivered the wrong order from IHOP. This morning we ordered again from our favorite small business. Instead we received nothing; however, the driver marked delivered. I called the restaurant and they tell me the order is still waiting to be picked up. I notify BS who tells me that since the driver marked it delivered they cannot "redeliver". I'm done. This is only two instances from the last four deliveries that they've screwed up.
The delivery was faster then the projected time of order placed! Although it was brief, Stuart made our first experience using bitesquad super awesome! Will be seeing you all real soon! And will request Stuart!
Account hacked and food ordered via my account. It's common at Bite Squad. They are so unhelpful and don't even cancel the order! After cold food, missing food, super late food... this is it. Moving on to another service.
Our driver garret b was such a nice guy, he was on time & very concerned how we liked it and if we had everything He did a great job with amazing friendly fast service and a warm smile! We always enjoy the customer service! WOW! We love you guys we will be back again
Always really good service. Drivers are really nice, always in uniform and usually right on time. I use the service usually once a week if not more! Most reasonably priced delivery charge around too! They charge more to get a pizza delivered now than bitesquad does to have anything delivered! So awesome.
It is a great idea to deliver food other than pizza or chinese... and this was a very impressive start to what I hope will become routine! Food was as good as I have ever eaten at this restaurant, and the delivery system is WAY cool! Sign me up for frequent use.
What an incredible rip off! Order 2 pizzas & wings & it was $88! They automatically add a tip (total bad, should be customers choice) PLUS a delivery fee PLUS "Other fees" which they don't explain nor label. Should be categorized as illegal business practices!
NEVER on time! In fact more than 20 plus minutes late on every order I've place with them. Don't believe the time frame... finally frustrated enough to call the customer service that was worse. They put me on hold for 18 min. Finally offered a discount on the of $5 dollars on my next order. During that call I got a text update that my order is delayed-an additional 27 min. I said I want a credit on the delivery charge. They refused. Now my order is going on 1 hour and 40 min. So I said cancel the order I could drive there multiple times in that space Of time... they said I can't cancel because the order had been made... I'm charge back my credit card... this is the worst delivery service in the state of Washington. I'll never use them again...
Our driver, Wendy, was prompt and courteous. Food was great and packaged appropriately. Definitely will use this service again. I had tried a few food delivery services prior to trying BiteSquad for the first time. Online ordering was a simple and seamless process. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks Bite Squad! You are awesome!
My dad came for a regular appointment at the VA and ended up getting admitted. Hospital food for days on end was really wearing on him. Bite Squad to the rescue! Dad was hungry for Pho & there were several options on the website. Thanks for making this Veteran's day brighter!
They do not even offer delivery in my city, was charged for delivery, restaurant never got order. Bitesquad admitted they messed up but refused to offer any gift card, only refund. Waited an hour and a half and they told me a delivery time... which did not exist...

Please share this to get the word out. Bite squad takes the money from people who are ordering online prior to guaranteeing delivery with the restaurants. At time of delivery I find out they're not delivering because I message them. Not only did they take my money they state it could take 3-5 business days to return my money. This is Bite Squad-Arrowhead delivery. I will not be doing business with them.
I placed my order at 930 a.m. I'm sick and will not be making lunch and I find out at 1130 because I reach out to them. Poor customer service.
My guests and I waiting 30 minutes longer than the stated delivery time only to find that not one but FIVE side items at $2.49 each had been omitted. I first chatted, and then called to speak with a manager. All they can do for me is give me a $10 BS credit. I pointed out that I paid $12.45 for the missing items before tax and fees. So sorry, take $10 store credits or nothing. That is not incompetence, that is fraud and trickery. It's a good thing their initials are BS cause that's what this is: bull$#*! ripoff. I've ordered regularly from BS for years. That won't happen again.
Great food, delivered still hot, from the new LynHall restaurant in South Minneapolis to our suburban home. Almost on time as the(apologetic) driver puzzled for several minutes as to how to find our place, despite the explicit driver instructions placed with my order. Were they given to him? Overlooked? Be sure your drivers get these even though they have Maps, etc! Otherwise great experience.
Customer service at Bite Squad is wonderful! Not only do you get coupons for $10 off your order, if you run into a problem, they are quick to rectify it. Case in point... restaurant I ordered from upped their price for an entrée by $5. I didn't want to pay that much for lunch (total $15 without tax and tip) so I wanted to change my order. The rep that called me instantly rectified the problem by covering the difference in price. Another time, the delivery person was so rude. Not only did Bitesquad credit the amount of my order, they also gave me a coupon for next time. I've never experienced such great customer service!
Twice in the last month this app has taken my money and acted as if it's placed my order leaving me holding for over an hour then having to cancel. They won't return your money for three to five business days! On top of it, there's no way to get ahold of them via chat. It's garbage!
Site actually displays restaurants that are closed and lets you order from them - when delivery time had passed it still said your order is being processed - finally after 2 hours it said order cancelled so I ordered from Si Senior Tex Mex #*******. I ordered steak and chicken fajitas for my guy and they delivered steak and shrimp fajitas - he is allergic to shellfish so we had to throw out the entire $20.00 meal! I can't view my recent orders or comment on them on the app with my user info - sent them an email last night and no response - just a horrible experience!
Terrible experience and constant issues. In the 5 different times I have ordered they have forgotten food, up charged on menu prices without customers nor the restaurant knowing (restaurants with no logo they add to the price due to them not being a pro member fyi). They take zero responsibility for late delivers avg time for delivery 1.5 to 2 hrs no matter the time or restaurant. This company is one that simply won't make it. I know several restaurant owners and GMs that already pulled out due to shady business practices and constant mistakes.
