Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!

“Tricked into monthly scam, no refunds”

I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.

Okay, shame on me since this was the second time this happened. I placed an order with Bitesquad and it was supposed to be delivered in an hour and a half after I ordered. When that time came and passed, I checked the app tracker and they added another hour to the delivery time. When I contacted customer service, they said they would not cancel the order and while I was typing a response, they said that I was inactive so they left the help chat. I had been typing for 30 seconds! I have attached a screen shot of the actual chat session. If you need food delivery, try another service.

Worst company ever they don't even know how to run a company because their drivers literally suck every single one of them. I'm on a literal military base where you have to know if they're OK to come on which they're not because I've had one too many people peek into my windows to see if I'm home or not, even though I've said clearly to leave it at my door only they have awakened my children,
And scared my children because they're peeking to my home and walking around my yard. Not only that the customer service sucks. They are horrible. Do not use them ever.

I spent 25 bucks on lunch. It didnt get delivered after showing g delivered almost 2 hours after I ordered from a place right around the corner. I was offered an immediate credit. That's fine, but since I'm not gonna use your service, I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. That means I cant goethe lunch I needed today, or the leftovers I had planned to eat tomorrow. I'll discourage people from using bitesquad every chance I get.

We ordered 130.00 worth of food and by the time you added all of your fees it came to $192.00. You are the biggest rip-off ever. Doordash should be everyones choice from now one. Ridiculous. Please everyone find another delivery service and check out their fees. Ours came with a mandatory tip, booking fee (what ever the hell that is) and a service charge. I just am stunned.

We are in temporary housing while we renovate our home. Since most of our stuff is in boxes in storage, cooking is limited. And since we don't want to go out to eat every night, BiteSquad has been a wonderful way to stay in and still get great food delivered. Last night's delivery was as if the food had just come out of the oven. Love BiteSquad!

They actually called me to find out what I would like to substitute for a vegetable that the Restaurant was out of. Driver was very professional and courteous. Smiles all around today - THANK YOU. Oh, and the food was great also!:-)

Ordered last night, saw that it was going to be late before we received our food so I Live Chatted with someone from BiteSquad and I asked to move it to today for lunch. They did it and we received our food a little earlier than expected. I got a text message just before they arrived. The guy was nice and gave me my bags, wished us a Happy Thanksgiving and was off.

It's the little things. Having a uniform and a branded vehicle makes a big difference to me. Great selection of restaurants. Good ordering system that allows for variations and options in menus. Food arrived faster than estimated from a very friendly delivery person.
I prefer BiteSquad to UberEats and GrubHub.

Order $37 worth of food and total ends up being 63 dollars, 20 of which are fees that don't go to that driver.

So to recap, its a company that screws it customers, restaurants, and its drivers. Don't use.

Great experience. Ordered Pizzeria Orso from Bitesquad - Saturday night - they were only 10 min late - for a busy Saturday night that is amazing - the delivery person was awesome and kind. Completely comfortable opening my door to him. 100% great experience.

Im visiting Austin for six weeks and discovered BiteSquad. Easy to order, easy to pay. I love that they keep you updated on the status and let you know when they are arriving. Food is hot and drivers are friendly.
I wish I could take them back home with me.

Customers, this is how they treat employees just so your aware. They say you make 11-15$, you drive across town every order. They don't keep you in one zone. Half my paycheck is my gas. Also I haven't been payed! I have been asking for help for weeks! Being refused help, going back and forth with HR (they take days/week to reply) Still no help. Even the manager Scottie is leaving me on read. It's all pathetic don't waste your time I thought I'd enjoy this job its a kill. Also, my app stated I had no scheduled shifts so there for I had no reason to show up for work, I got a verbal warning for missing work. After I explained and proved to Scottie with screenshots of my empty schedule of what had happend. He stated "It's just a verbal warning sign it". Do not work for this job! It's unorganized and pathetic, lack of good vibes. Most of the energy I got out of the managers was unhappy rude folks.

This is our 2nd go round with a different restaurant and it was great! I love how the web/app lets you track your order and when to expect it. It even came a few minutes early. Can't wait for more restaurants to be added!

Charged me even with my code took tip out they put $4 in anyway. Food wasn't even warm restaurant was 5 minutes away. Driver would not come into my building had to walk q block to get my food. Was missing sauces napkins and packets. Looked like fried was eaten. Never Again!

We ordered on Sunday and I watched the driver in the tracker. Wasn't going anywhere near my place. I text and called the driver no response. At least 5 miles away and it shows delivered. Support tried calling him and no response. All they did was refund. That driver got my food and tip?!? Refund or not this is horrible and illegal

I placed my first order with Bite Squad today and we had quite a few issues. Firstly, we wanted our food by 12. I understand sometimes it takes longer, but we didn't get our food until 12:35. When it finally arrived, we were missing 4 orders of fries. I also don't like that you can't get any of the deals. We ordered from Applebee's and we weren't given the option to do the 2 for $20 deals that they have on their menu. Overall, it was just a very poor experience. I decided to contact Bite Squad and see if they were willing to fix the issue... instead they made excuses for being late saying they get a 30 minute window to be late and then proceeded to give me a $5 credit to my Bite Squad account not even refund me for the missing orders of fries. Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible all around.

Do not use Bite Squad to order food. My toddler accidentally ordered $130 worth of food. I immediately tried to cancel it but it told me it was already too late I waited in queue for 5-10 minutes to speak with a "live representative" and was told there was nothing they could do but i could dispute the charges with my bank. So ridiculous.

Finally getting home after a long day, I couldn't gather the motivation to cook and definitely didn't want to have to go back out. I ordered on BiteSquad and received delicious, warm food in well under an hour. The website is so easy to use, and the driver was friendly. They offer a wide selection of restaurants in your area, so there's a lot of variety. The biggest thing with delivery I think is always the wait, which was no issue in this case. I'll definitely be using this service the next time I want delivery.

Had a great first experience using BiteSquad. They arent ridiculously priced for a delivery company and allow to get food from so many great restaurants when you arent able to go pick it up yourself. Our driver Wendy was quick and polite. She represents the company well!

App was so easy to use and placing an order was simple. This was my first time ordering with BiteSquad and I'll definitely order again. The fees were very reasonable. This was perfect for our lunch hour and we were happy to get our meals from a restaurant not close to us. I liked seeing the progress of our order online too, it was a neat feature. Our driver came on time and was easy to spot in his uniform as well as efficient and friendly. We were very happy with our lunches. It would be nice to see a few more of our favorite restaurants in our city on the list but hopefully they'll be added in the future. Mahalo!

Great service arrived as scheduled hot, Gary the driver was so professional 5 star personality and his appearance was spotless and professional for us people that like the service at home this is the only way to go, worth every penny and please tip the person like you would tip a server

I love the fact that you could check online to keep track on what is going on with your food and the delivery did not take as long as other places we order from... Food was amazing so thank you kainoa for delivering our food me and my fiance were very happy and satisfied.

Very limited scope of service but not impressed. Should not be difficult to over deliver. Ordered shrimp from Red Lobster but got no cocktail sauce. Baked potato but nothing to put on it. Crab legs but no butter. Customer service said they could not help because items were not charged to me.?
