Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
I just ordered food from my favorite local restaurant after a long day of working.
It took way over the promised time to receive the order and when I did it was cold and not properly protected because of Covid-19.
I contacted Bite Squad and all they wanted to do was give me a $10 credit!
They would not reverse the charges for my order on my card.
I will NEVER order from them again!
The app is deleted from my phone.

I really love how they bring the food to me, so I don't have to lose my parking spot at work. My food has always been hot and never smushed.
The delivery fee is a very high for places that are like 4 blocks from my office, though, and it can take over an hour to get my food through no fault of the delivery drivers. That is the estimated time given by the website itself!
I received my order a few minutes before the scheduled delivery time, and who the heck is going to complain about that?! The driver was super friendly, and my food was still hot. Id definitely use this delivery system again!
Not bite squads fault, but their 5 dollars credit on 50 dollars worth of food I didnt eat is a joke... 5 dollars for a future order. I had to throw it away. I sent them pictures and everything.
Beside that the orders are always wrong.
Had a driver come by tonight at the restaurant I'm employed at and heard her say to one of the employees "this white bi*ch told me the food would only take 5 min" she arrived 30 minutes earlier than the food was scheduled and only waited 4 minutes. Very disappointing to have a driver disrespect the employees in a vulgar manner.
The only reason I gave this company one star is because I wouldn't let me give it zero. Bitesquad was the first food delivery service in my area and I would use then quite often. It did not matter what restaurant I ordered from or who delivered it, 9.5/10 times my order was wrong or incomplete. Then when I asked for a refund it would be like pulling teach because "their customer support is experiencing technical issues". Most of the time I would give up trying and count it as a loss; other times it would take weeks for the issue to be resolved. Now that other food delivery services have come to my area I no longer use bitesquad.
They constantly send me promo codes for free delivery but I dont want disappointment delivered to me for free. Free delivery won't fix your customer service issue.
When your order takes over 2 HOURS to arrive, its time to pick it up from now on because these folks cannot be trusted to deliver the food on time! Customer service is the pits! Live chat agent disconnects chat. Unhelpful with giving compensation for the food not arriving in a timely fashion. Just bad all around!
Food was supposed to arrive at 5:44p est. It is now as of this review 7:13p est with NO FOOD!
Large order, only one entree received... refused to attempt to bring it again, would only give me a bite squad credit. Now we have people with no food, and so I guess they expect me to re-order it with the same restaurant? What a mess... Don't want a credit, won't use the app again...
I have used bite squad several times now and have been extremely satisfied every time. The drivers are nice, they arrive in a timely manner and always make sure Im happy before they leave. They are a huge asset to the area in which we live!
Tonight has been cold and rainy. I had a craving for Mexican food. I was told that my food could be delivered through the Bite Squad website.
The account set up was very simple. And I enjoyed watching each step of the process to complete my order! That screen was neat.
The estimated time of arrival was met and the member of Bite Squad who delivered was VERY KIND! I will use word of mouth to promote your business. And of course I will be back!

I'm giving them a one star only because I can't give them a zero star. We ordered food from five guys, they said it would take 30 minutes. It took over 90 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it arrived, it was completely cold.
While I was working in Little Rock my family was home in Conway with no car and nothing to eat... Tired of pizza they begged me to find some place that could deliver good food. I stumbled upon Bite Squad and placed and order for fantastic BBQ! I finished up at work and my family was happy and full!
Placed a large order for whole office. Delivery driver offered to help take it to our breakroom so I didn't have to lug it all myself. Food was all labeled with everyone's name and delivered hot because it was kept in an insulated carrier. Love this delivery service. I've used grub hub, yelp, eat24 and this one was by far the best so far.
Ordered from here hoping to get sushi one night. It took them three hours until they had cancelled my order. Talking to a representative through their website chat, i was informed that the sushi place had closed. I immediately called the restaurant and placed an order. Trying to explain to BiteSquad that i just placed an order they continued their lie and told me the restaurant was closed (2hrs before it closes)... i just got off the phone with them, they are still hope. Bitesquad is a company of lazy, complacent, liars. Highly recommend against
I just had a death in the family of a close relative, on the same day that my wife had a biopsy to determine the type of cancer she had. Needless to say my house was full and we didn't feel like cooking. Ordered from several delivery services, including bite squad. All other services delivered what we wanted and it was hot. We only got a few items from bite-squad, it wasn't what we ordered, it was ice cold and it was missing several items. After the hassle of submitting a complaint, then finally being contacted by a rep, I had to explain everything! Then they wanted me to take pictures of everything! I'm in the middle of a family crises, and they want me to jump hurdles to prove it! The driver brought one bag with 2 very small boxes on a $70 ticket with a $10 dollar tip! How did he not know or check! Don't ever use this service! I know I won't again!
This was my first time ordering through Bite Squad. My co-workers and I didn't want to get out in the cold so we decided to order delivery. My sister-in-law told me about Bite Squad last week so we decided to try it. I was nervous at first because I can't stand cold or lukewarm food. I was 100% pleased! My food was still hot upon delivery and it didn't take too terribly long!
BiteSquad is so convenient. It was a frigid night in Minnesota and I did not like the idea of bundling up everybody to go to a restaurant then coming out to a cold car. We ordered online and the friendly driver brought our delicious order from GingerHop right to our door. I am very happy with the service.
Great overall experience from ease of ordering to the fun of watching my food go through the process of getting to me including following the delivery driver on a map. I will use again. Highly recommend!
Wish I could give BiteSquad a minus number of stars. We ordered some our fav Mexican restaurant this week and was told the food would be delivered at 6:30. I received a text message that the driver was near at 6:05. We waited and waited and finally at 6:40, checked the front porch and the food had been delivered at some point without anyone knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. We took the cold food into the kitchen and when we opened the containers, the food was all mixed up and leaking out of the containers. Clearly, the deliverer tossed the plastic bag containing the food onto the porch and it was a mess and totally inedible. I complained to BiteSquad and they offered me a credit on one of the meals. We spent almost $75 on this delivery and they wanted to give us a $16 credit to use them again. No thanks. This is not the first time they have failed but this was the last time for us.
I usually love bitesquad, I have their membership. However, recently, their have been trash. I order them about 4 times a week. In the last two days after I have waited for over an hour, my orders have been canceled or messed up. I was delivered the wrong food, notified them immediately and had to wait an other hour for a resolution. Also they have no customer service you can call? You should give more than $5 for making people wait 2 hours for a resolution.
I had accidentally entered the wrong delivery address for a client lunch meeting - and had put in my home address. The driver went out of their way to drive all the way across town to make sure we got our food for our meeting. This was way above and beyond what I expected. Very impressed with this level of service!

The service seemed reliable, the driver arrived on time and no messed up order. The delivery fee was somewhat okay $5.99 considering the restaurant is 20minutes distance.
However, they make you pay the tips to the driver and their online team in advance upon paying for your order. It may be okay but it is NOT okay when they add up tax with the tips amount you pay!
I would prefer to give tips to the driver in person, rather paying in advance and added tax with it! That is not right and unethical.

I didn't want to get out in the black Friday traffic so decided to go online and order something from bitesquad and got to thinking why not message them for a black Friday deal and as always their customer service is excellent and delivers. The food was hot and correct as is always the case with bite squad. Recommend them to everyone.
I have had good and not-so-good experiences with Bite Squad since they bought out Chef Shuttle. Today was a great experience. The food arrived hot, fresh and within the original time quoted. Lashun delivered our order. She was very sweet and friendly. I will use Bite Squad again!
I didn't have much luck the first couple of times I ordered from bite squad. However this 3rd time, my food was still hot and prepared the way I ordered it. I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks BiteSquad for delivering my lunch so that I can stay out of the messy weather.
