For starters, the online ordering was incredibly simple. Next, it was very quick! The driver arrived way earlier than I was expecting him to. The driver was in a Bite Squad uniform which I thought was excellent. It made me feel very comfortable as the customer opening the door. The driver was also VERY friendly, thanked me for using Bite Squad, and asked that I try them again. I have used all of the meal delivery services, and I was impressed with this one! I will definitely use them again!

Made an order, they never put it in to merchant. Then they told merchant i hade to pay again. There is no way to talk to theses clowns to make a dispute. Eat somewhere else. Run away from ANY merchant that want to use this crappy service.

We have been on vacation for 10 days this is only the second meal that was right and taste great. Everything we ordered was there and correct. Food was hot and tasted great. They also remembered the silverware and condiments. Great job we will order again!

So when you order from BiteSquad... should you have an issue with the food (wrong food delivered) YOU have to contact the restaurant directly. I didn't order from the restaurant and would expect BiteSquad to deal with the issue, especially for what I pay them in fees.

This company is absolutely horrible. They don't bother relaying to the restaurants what you actually requested to order. They always seem to get lost so the food is always cold and it's not cheap I am still waiting on an order totaling over 100.00 for 4 people, that was supposed to take 44min, it's been about 2 hours. The food when you get often looks like they take your food and shake it. We need more delivery options in hawaii

First time using BiteSquad and I'm totally satisfied with the services. With the weather changing, I didn't want to get out in the cold to fetch lunch so I decided to order in. My order came at the time stated and driver was courteous. Will use again soon!

I love this company. The idea of having hot food from just about anywhere I want and avoiding the traffic is wonderful. Always fast, courteous, and online ordering is so easy. Someone hit the jackpot with this idea!

I placed an order from Buffalo Wild Wings on New Years Day. We have a Big family and did not want to take everyone to the restaurant. I decided to order from Bite Squad instead. Thinking it make take atleast 1.5 to two hours and arrived in less than an hour. The food arrived super hot and probably the hottest weve ever gotten to go, even when we pick up. My family was impressed and said they will want to use them in the future. Hopefully everyone has the same great experience as we did.

I used this service for the first time and Im very impressed. I knew every step of the order process and my food arrived a little earlier than expected. The driver was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use this service again.

3rd time ordering with bitesquad tonight and every experience has been awesome! Fast service and my orders are always correct. Had a small problem with my 2nd order but it was the restaurants fault not bitesquad. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. Twice within a month I received a promo email promoting free delivery for a month. Twice, the promo didn't work. Twice the customer service reps stated the promo expired even though I received the email THAT DAY. The reps wasted over an hour of my time each time. 2 strikes and you're out. I went with a competitor. I'll never use bite squad ever.

I love that its not as pricey as grub hub. Delivery service was perfectly timed my food was fresh and delicious and still hot! Delivery driver was courteous I will definitely continue to use bitesquad!

I love to use this service for my family and to gift it to friends and clients. Even though my order arrived quickly and was so tasty, the restaurant made a mistake on my order. Bite Squad took care of it immediately and credited my account for the mistake. Can't wait to use my credit! Thanks guys!

Bite Squad is awesome! Their service is always on point. The app/website is user friendly, keeps you informed on the status as of the status of your order, estimated time is accurate and if it a few minutes off-they notify you, food is at a good temperature and the delivery staff are always kind, courteous, and friendly.

They did not deserve this tip as food came cold and late. I'm so mad. Could have went to the store and back and gotten the food myself. How do they determine what the tip is?! Use Uber eats. I have asked Uber eats to come to Gainesville and it's in the works!

I was so pleased with the quickness of my food delivery and the freshness of my food when I received it. The girl who delivered to me was really sweet too which just makes it a pleasant exchange. Overall 10/10.

It was my first time using bite squad it was fast and simple. I also like it shows how far or close the driver is to your destination and the estimate time of how long it will take till the food is done and when they get to you

Excellent service. Timely and efficient and my delivery driver Phuc was very pleasant, even though there was a little confusion entering my apartment complex. He called me immediately and we worked it out. All the time he was apologetic and polite. More than was necessary, He even made sure I got all of my extras and I wasn't even charged for it. I would give the service 5 stars but it's limited when trying to customize any order. Aside from that I'm definitely using them again!

On June 12 we ordered delivery from Bite Squad for dinner from Sushi Dama in Rockville MD. The order was completely a mess. They forgot the rice and soup for our three dinners. When we questioned them they blamed the restaurant and said they got it wrong but when we contacted the restaurant they indicated they delivered as ordered. It was obvious they did not check the order just delivered what they thought was right. The bill was for over a $100 with no breakdown and they offered us a $10 credit on our next order. After continuous communications with Bite Squad, they agreed to a $15 credit to my credit account. That credit was never posted. I would never use them again and encourage others to think twice before using them...

My card was charged for a monthly subscription without me knowing, and not even under my own name. I didn't even find the monthly charge till 5 months in. It took several people and a ton a time till I was able to find that my card was being used for an account that I was not aware of. When I asked for a refund they told me they would "refund me the last months charge" without an ' so I assumed they were going to give me a full refund. Nope. Only refunded the last month's subscription. When I went to them again about it all they could say was that it was "company policy" even under these circumstances.

Trash service! Work from home and i'm busy so i order a burger, onion rings from a restaurant a mile from my house were COLD! Seen on the app my order was done but wasn't being delivered till 30min later. Chatted they didn't give a crap.

Screw this company!

Started using BiteSquad as an experiment. Now using every week as a part of my weekly meal planning. I feel spoiled to have my favorite meals delivered hot to my front door. Thank you for you service BiteSquad. I will tell my secret to my friends.

I use to order from 256togo before I moved to Ohio it Im visiting family this weekend in SC and from what Ive gathered, Bite Squad bought out 256togo. Im not sure what you guys are doing differently but keep it up! My food/order was perfect and still hot when it arrived. The live tracker is amazing to keep an eye on and the delivery lady, Ayla, was very friendly and assured me that my order was made with all the substitutions and tiny details that my mother is very particular were indeed made to her picky liking. An amazing meal and great timing! Again, Ayla was amazing and I would recommend you guys to everyone!
