Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
Bite Squad was easy to use and my meal was promised in 30 minutes. My driver arrived with ten minutes to spare, food was hot and delicious. The driver was upbeat, professional and the tip was included in my order. Very happy with this company!
All in net total price 60% greater that exactly the same items at the same restaurant at the same time —- $86 v. $143. Items +$5 greater item by item than at the restaurant. Very odd fully disclosed fee added with a tiny asterisk. Fee said to be "to operate the business."
I love bitesquad. I work in a high traffic area and i have a short time for lunch breaks, they delivered my food on time and they have so many options to choose from! I highly recommend bitesquad to anyone!

Ordering was simple and easy, tracking was spot on, driver was friendly, helpful and prompt! I was throwing a big party and the food came right on time, packaged appropriately, was still hot and a big hit when guests arrived!

The food was great. The customer service was amazing. I wanted an extra side item but it was not on the menu. I put it in the notes, not really thinking they would send it But they did and at no charge. Thats customer service!
I managed to make some deliveries, but I noticed that sometimes you spend an hour or a little more to make just one delivery. It is not worth and besides the App to have a lot of information. But the worst thing is that already have 15 days I'm trying to speak with someone from BS to solve my problems: I haven't received any payments so far and the Apple Store has blocked the App and I can't access it anymore
I had never heard of Bite Squad but the Pizza I wanted for dinner said they delivered through Bite Sqaud! I decided to give it a go and it was an amazing experience. The driver was awesome, so friendly and informative about what Bite Squad was all about! I will definitely be ordering through them again!
It was my very first time using BiteSquad. I have never used an app like this before besides pizza delivery. It was really great, the app was pretty easy to use, everything was straight forward. Lots of choices to choose from in the area I was in. The food was quite fast and the app was great at showing the location of the driver and the estimated delivery times.
I was thoroughly impressed with the choices of restaurants provided, knowing where my order was in the process as well as the promptness of the order. When I received it, my driver was professional and the order was hot! I will be using bite squad again!

I was tired from driving all day and wanted to order delivery to my hotel. My first choice restaurant only delivered through Bitesquad, so I downloaded the app. The app said the restaurant was closed at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, so I called the restaurant. Nope, open but no other delivery options. Ok, a glitch. I looked for a restaurant they said was open, entered my order, my delivery and payment info. The app just didn't accept my order after repeated tries. I called the second restaurant and they said yes, they've had lots of problems with Bitesquad. They suggested Ubereats. Worked smoothly, but I wasted 45 hungry minutes with Bitesquad. Deleted Bitesquad app - never again.
Finally a delivery service with a good selection of restaurants! We placed a large office order with Thai Star and our driver arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. The order was correct and the food was hot. Thanks guys.
What a cluster. Didn't get credit after previous messup. Was told credit would automatically apply on next order. It didn't. Ordered again, no credit. Chat said they cancelled order & to re-order to get credit. After 20 mins app said the order was still in process. Checked to confirm order was cancelled as the LAST thing I want to pay you TWICE. You confirmed. Original order came with no credit. Call center said credit will apply on NEXT order. Keep it, & your service. Lose me as customer.

Time after time Bite Squad is disappointing. About 25 % of the time they get the order 100 % correct. About 50 % of the time the order is almost correct but lacking the sauce or item that completes the order. 25 % of the time the order is completely messed up. So to be fair only 75 % of the time is the order wrong. Seems like a weird business model to be wrong 75 % of the time and expect to have repeat customers. When you call after receiving the wrong order ( you can't call) when you " live chat " with whoever they often blame you for the issue or offer a " 20 % discount " on future orders. Bite Squad " bites " as they say. Bunch of jokers.
This is the first time I used Bite Squad and I was very pleased! It was easy, there were lots of participating restaurants to choose from, and the food arrived early and was exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious! I look forward to using Bite Squad again soon!
All of the people work for them are idiots from the chat people from the corporate people to the head people on the floor lord save us from this idiotic app and get us something better than this trash
Ordered burgers from Chilis. They called shortly after receiving the order because they could not accomodate the request for cheddar cheese. So they read the special requests but failed to cook one of the burgers rare as requested in all caps - and yes, we said please and also thank you. Both burgers arrived well done. Not even medium that is there goto doneness. Chilis, you really tanked tonight.
We did however receive our food quicker than expected - really good service with our driver making sure we had what we needed and asking if there was anything he could do for us. Very polite, very friendly. Thank you
We'd been drinking. Wanted food. Best idea ever. Saved us a dui or worse. Food was hot and delicious. Service was promt and professional. Shout out to Wendy in Largo, Fl. Could only be better if we could have ordered a pitcher of margaritas. Thanks. Will do this again.
I ordered and no change for 23 min so I get on live chat. Rather than tell me hey your order hasn't gone through they decide to call it in to the store. That was 30 min in and took another 30 min to get it. Second chat person acted like they were doing me a favor giving me a 5.00 credit but my order wasn't complete and I paid 6.00 plus in fees for said order and it was 9 blocks from my house. Had first person said your order hasn't gone through I would have canceled the order and driven up there and gotten my order myself and saved the fees. Plus I pay a monthly fee for free delivery that's not so free! I have even had them take my food to Little Rock then bring it back to NLR.
They delivered food to my hotel without any utensils. The hotel has no food service so there isnt any way to eat it. They said even though I ordered utensils on the app the restaurant didnt have any. They didnt bother to tell me that and they didnt offer to drop any off, no refund, no coupon, nothing but charging me $31 for $14 worth of food that is now on the garbage. Would you buy a car that didnt come with a key? The total lack of responsibility runs deep there. They are appropriately named Bite Me!
I have used Bite Squad a few times and as long as the service continues to be excellent, I will continue to use their services. Placing orders on their website is easy peasy and I love the order tracker.
