Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
The driver was not the problem in this case it was the restaurant and bitesquads live chat members who o had to deal with to get a partial refund. Bite squad as compared to all other delivery platforms is the worst there locator is not accurate what so ever there arrival time constantly changes and it seems to be it is solely a company who cares about money and not the customer as they refused to refund my full order after waiting 45 min for oder to find out that the most expensive item( the only reason I used them) was not delivered with the order so they would refund only the missing item or punish the driver and make them redeliver the missing item. So needless to say one person did not get to eat and spent 4p dollars on some kids meals.
I was craving a big burger. Heard about Burger Moe's before but hadn't been able to get there. Tonight was the night. Its cold and a bit of a walk but that didn't stop me. And am I glad it didn't. My food was hot -- even after I walked home with. The burger was thick -- perfectly cooked -- and juicy. The cheese was oozing from it. The veggies it came with were all fresh and yummy (pickles, onions, tomato). The sweet potato fries were thin and slightly crispy -- with just a little salt. And they gave me all of the condiments i asked for and plenty of napkins. My order was ready when I arrived. I am so glad I went to Burger Moe's and will definitely go again and again and again.
I was not a fan even when I actively used Bitesquad. They reel you into monthly subscriptions & make it so hard to cancel that $10 monthly subscription. I have not used Bitesquad in at least 1 year. Just found out today that they have continuously taken money out of my account every month for who knows how long when the whole time I was under the impression that my subscription had been canceled a long time ago. The email linked to my subscription has been deactivated now for a year, hence why a year ago I was trying to cancel my subscription. Anyways, do not use Bitesquad. It is not worth the money.
Delivered right on time; food from Fontina Grille was hot and as expected. This was a gift order and my friend was thrilled. Loved the ability to pre-schedule. Chat help for my order was great, because order app took my name (payer) and mixed w delivery address, which then doesnt match my credit card. Also too my number, which wouldnt help if there was an actual on-site delivery question. Easy fix: allow for gift delivery! Separate recipient contact phone/address from billing/payer address & phone. Ill use this app/service again!
My order arrived in a timely manner and was still warm! However my order was wrong, due to the restaurant's mistake. I figured that I wouldn't bother with it and just eat what I got. Then I got a call from BiteSquad. The restaurant had realized their mistake and was making my order exactly as I had asked; a driver would be out to give me my correct order shortly. The kindness and care that BiteSquad put into apologizing for the mistake and for reaching out with a personal representative has made me a BiteSquad fan for life! Can't wait to order again!
We LOVE Bitesquad! We loved watching the timeline of delivery on the computer while we worked. Their delivery was fast and the delivery gal was super friendly. We ordered from the Blue Door hamburger place in Minneapolis. The food arrived and the burgers were still hot! This is our third time using their service for staff and we've been happy each time.
I purchased a meal from a local restaurant through bite squad. The meal was cold when it arrived and the grease on the hamburger was already congealed plus I ordered a desert that I did not get. Bite squad refuses to reimburse me for the cold soggy fries or the cold hamburger or the missing desert so I am out for a meal I couldn't eat or a desert I never got. Bite squad is happy to take your money but they will not be their for you if someone goes wrong.
Terrible. I ordered food at 8:30 p.m. At 10:20 p.m. I was called to tell me that my food was being picked up and I was getting a credit. At 10:490 I was told that my food wasn't being picked up at all. Well duh! It's almost 11:00 pm on a Sunday! Maybe not wait over 2 hours to wave the flag and let us know! We were starving. Done with this company, never again.
I ordered the food a little after 3pm. After 3 attempts the food arrives 2hrs late. Nothing but lies about the driver being there and verifying the food. They closed the chat when I asked for the 5th time why my order was late. They kept saying they didn't have a driver available 1.5 hours later and two other agents telling me the driver was already there. They don't have a customer service number and only use email for customer service and they call that 'highest level of customer service'. If your customer service mean blatantly lying then I will no longer be a customer.
Ordered early in the evening (6:00 ish) for a restaurant online, clicked submit order, nearly $20 added for fees, taxes, extra taxes, service fees. Attempted immediately to cancel the order and was told after a 5-10 minute wait that the restaurant wouldn't allow it because they had already started cooking the order. Was offered an $8 refund, but the chat timed out. Got a message that the order was delayed but Bite Squad was at the restaurant waiting for the order and it be arriving at 7:05. At 7:10 got a call from Bite Squad saying the restaurant was asked to cancel the order so the food hadn't been cooked yet. Now 7:43 and we are cooking dinner.
In the Riverview area they are the best delivery service I have encountered. The drivers are always friendly and the food is always on time. I have zero complaints with this service. Its delicious food being delivered to you. What more could you want?
For every delivery I've had, I've been called by the delivery driver to try to find my address, and even after giving it to them I've literally had to wave a flashlight so they could find me. They claim they've meet their delivery times, but given the effort I've had to put in that is complete BS. BTW, I never had an issue getting a pizza from Papa Johns delivered here.
He ordering process was simple and easy! After my order was placed I was able to watch all the steps till it was at my door which was great I had sleeping kids and was able to meet driver outside, before she ran my bell. Arrived BEFORE estimated delivery and my food was still steaming when I opened it! And my milk shake was still cold not running! I will be using this company ALOT more! They got it down and are awesome! One more tip I searched online and found a free delivery code that returning customers can use to put in at check out and made my $5.00 delivery fee free! I chose to have my food delivered because Ive been sick for over a week and wasnt supposed to get out in the cold air. To my surprise, BiteSquadmade it seamlessly easy to order from the comfort of my home, and it was delivered exactly when it stated. My food was hot and delicious, and my deliverer was amazing. Incompetent and insulting
They delivered my food to the wrong house, and left it there without getting a signature, Then they changed the delivery address in my acct to try to cover it up. The people who received our food called bite squad to say they hadn't ordered food but bite squad still couldn't figure out what to do. For all this hassle, they gave us a $5 credit - completely insulting.
I received my order exactly when I was told I would and the driver was great! We were at Arkansas Childrens and the driver wasn't sure what floor we were on so he called my from the parking lot to make sure he went to the right place.
If the order is late, no refund or credit.
If the order is missing food, no refund or credit.
If they have a security breach and someone in TN places 3 orders for wings using your account, YOU GUESSED IT, no refund or credit.
This has been my experience using Bitesquad on several occasions. Never again because they can't be trusted and their customer service team has zero interest in helping you resolve their own issues.
The delivery driver was quick and the food was delicious. The driver came so quickly at my work place that I was late getting down there but he was great! I will definitely order from bitesquad again and Smokehouse Brewing Company.
My first order from LaTerre, French Café/Bistro type place. I ordered just 30 min prior to their closing time. Ordered a French Pate and pickle sandwich and Quiche Lorraine. Food was delivered earlier than expected, but perfect! Service was great, food was also great. I'll get 2 meals out of the order, which defrays a bit of the expense. I'll order from them again...
We are always so pleased with Bite Squad. Great selection of restaurants, snd their site is easy to order on. Love that you can track what's happening each step of ypur order right up to the driversion text that they are in your neighborhood. Tonight, we did Spacco Italian (again). So delicious. Only negative was food was not hot as it was first time. Still yummy though. Thanks for a night off Bite Squad!
Looking back at my order, (via old cc statements), over the past 3 years I would use doorstep delivery for lunch two to three times a week, ( I work from home).
Ever since Bite Squad took over for DoorStep delivery, the order processing and delivery time has more than trippled. I now use them maybe once a month - and only because I am left wih little choice.
I would not mind the increase in cost, but come on folks, what used to take less than 30 minutes from the time the order was placed when it was delivered has now gone to 90 minutes - give or take 5 mihutes.
I would rate one star, however, despite the extra long wait time, when the driver arrives, they are always very curtious and friendly.
Had some credit for $10 off so ordered from AW Lins. Email confirmation said delivery ETA was 6:52pm. Got a call at 6:48 that it would be 7:21pm. ~30 Minute swing in time is kinda big. Food tasted good & was the right temp. Booking fee and delivery fee seems excessive. I wouldnt have ordered if i didn't have that credit coupon.
After ordering from several other delivery services and experiencing a great deal of disappointment, Bite Squad came through like no other! The ordering process was smooth, I was able to use a coupon code that had been emailed to me a couple months prior (usually competitors coupon codes expire within days), the food came earlier than anticipated and was EXACTLY what was ordered. Kudos to you, Bite Squad!

Every time I have ordered - the food has been delivered within 2min of the estimated delivery time; the driver has been friendly; and the food has been the proper temperature.

The company provides many promo-codes for first-time users (they also send emails with discount codes pretty regularly). If you're hesitant about the service, I recommend checking any coupon website and grabbing a free-delivery coupon to test the waters. You won't be disappointed.
The experience was easy, and fast and right from the order screen it tells me how long to expect to wait! That made it even easier to decide where to order from since I only had a certain amount of time! The driver was so friendly and even did me a solid and brought me a fountain drink that I couldn't find on the menu. He did let me know that in the future the only approved beverages are ones in bottles and not all restaurants serve those. He was very sweet and mannerly and professional. I'll order again very soon.
