Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
Bitesquad promised to deliver in 50 minutes when ordering. No update or response until 2 Hours. Customer service unable to help. Call local pizza service from now on.

I was nervous to try this service for the first time, but it all worked out and our food arrived earlier than scheduled and still warm from the restaurant! We will use it again!
I do not usually write reviews but I must. This is the 3rd time that bitesquad has forgotten items on my order. Each time foolishly I have given the driver a generous tip without checking the order. I do this because I want to make sure the get a good tip. I will no longer be tipping since the driver is not checking the order and taking proper care of their customer. Each time I have complained they say they will give me a $5 credit (which is laughable) and it won't happen again. I have never received a credit. Further more the chat person is always the same name and could care less about customer service. I am currently disabled so recieving a nice meal is a treat for me and I spend hundreds of dollars each month for this type of service. They could care less about loyalty, or good faith. I am so dissapointed because I do not have many options. And even worse is their cavalier attitude. EXTREMLY DISSAPOINTED!
Our order arrived 5 minutes before quoted time in less than an hour of order placed. So convenient and will definitely use again. Good job Bite Squad. Will be calling again real soon
Worst customer service ever! The food I ordered (almost $14.00 worth) was horrible and ended up in the trash. I could not find any telephone number to call them and instead was forced to communicate via chat with what I presume was an overseas call center. They did not provide any assistance whatsoever only veiled apologizes, "so sorry you are not happy." Really? I guess if you have an unsatisfactory company you make sure there is no readily available customer service phone number so you don't have to deal with unhappy customers. I tried Bite Squad twice and both times was very unhappy with the food and customer service. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FOOD DELIVERY YOU CALL ANY OF THEIR COMPETITORS.
Great service, fast and accurate. Love how you can track your order all the way to your front door. You even get a text letting you know they are moments away with your food. Wil def.use them again!
I live in California and was able to bless my family in Hawaii with an awesome meal delivered unexpectedly to them.
I use Door Dash here in Sacramento, so having the Bite Squad in Hawaii is wonderful.
Overall very convenient... but part of our order was wrong... we got 3 salmon nigiri... instead of 3 ikura nigiri... n the whole reason we ordered from shokudo was they had ikura nigiri! But it is very nice to have the tracker. N the driver call etc... if our order was correct it would have been awesome!
Ordering from them means having that credit card on file, even though they don't make that clear when you place your first order. I saw a $6 charge I didn't make and questioned it; I was told it was for an upcharge on an order I'd placed. My receipt that day has no such charge, no one had called or emailed although they had my contact info, and what they sent me wasn't what I ordered in the first place! I was shocked when the manager (or owner) refused to remove it. So, they will add charges to that card you unknowingly put on file with them and never tell you. They are also so devoid of business PR sense that they'll lose a repeat customer and garner bad reviews over that mighty $6. After telling my story, I've heard from other customers about poor service and food quality, as well as an employee who found tips actually being stolen by mgt. STAY AWAY FROM BITE SQUAD!
The bite squad is easy to use & has access to a wide range of restaurants. From order to receiving was less than an hour. Great service for whenever you can't make it out of the office.
Service is always fast & polite, food is hot & delicious! This time I ordered beer cheese soup & caramel puff corn with bacon. I have my whole office jealous right now. I'm gonna share tho'! ;)
Ordered food through Bite Squad after taking a lengthy break from using them. Although drivers have always been polite & professional, they were taking more than two hours to deliver food to our house.
Last night, I gave them another chance. However, they brought the wrong food (READ: recipient is allergic to what they brought & we had to trash it) & there were completely missing items as well. The customer service people were less than sympathetic, telling me they would refund the missing item, but credit the "wrong" item to my Bite Squad account. So, let's see? Every time Bite Squad screws up, they get new guaranteed business from me? No thank you! The fact that the customer service people were so incredibly indifferent to the "you brought food that would put my hubby in the hospital if he had taken a bite of it, which is worse than not bringing food at all" argument, tells me it's time to never use their service again!
This is far from the first time they've brought the wrong food or (on the other end of things) taken hours to get it here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a dozen times, wow do I feel stupid! Avoid like the plague! You're better off ordering the food yourself and paying a neighborhood teen to bring it to you... Really.
Late deliveries and now two no shows in as many days. The last order I was alerted that it was on the way but never arrived. I won't be using them again.
Everytime we have used BiteSquad the service has been prompt, polite, and delicious! Their estimated delivery time is always reasonable and they always beat it! 5 to 10 minutes early every time!
I can't believe how easy this was or how fast they were. Cost is very reasonable. They kept me updated with emails and texts. Food arrived hot and as ordered. Great service!

I submitted my order at 7:23pm and the estimated delivery time was 8:45 and the restaurant I ordered from closed at 9pm. I was tracking the order and it was on track but when it got close to the delivery time they sent me a message saying they cancelled the order because the restaurant was closing soon. If the estimated delivery was around 8:45 it should've already been picked up before the restaurant closed. I sent a message through chat support and no reaponse and no call either from the deliverer. The only positive is my money was refunded immediately but this is my first and last time using this app. Will be sticking to Doordash.
This delivery service is incredibly awesome then all other services believe me cause I eat out and order out religiously Im so impressed with the delivery services and the price and not to mention I have restaurants that are great that deliver to me that normally I would have to pick up myself big thanks
All the drivers I met are super nice. There are sometimes issues with the orders but the people who do the chats always very very understanding and accomidating. I never have to call the restaurant to complain which is excellent customer service even when the mistake is not bitesquad. I use biteqsuad a lot and turned my coworkerd on to it to deliver fiid to work and/or home. It actually was in Arizona waiting to get on the plane to fly back home to Arkansas and placed an order to be delivered to the family at home. Only thing I woukd change is the fact they don't offer drinks. Food is never cold. I will continue to use the service!
I ordered at around 8:30 pm food showed up at around 10:30 pm not terrible except the food was wrong and super cold... after a little investigation, my food was picked up at 6:30 pm (confirmed by the restaurant and receipt)... how is this possible? I hadn't even ordered yet. It turns out the receipt was a door dash order that he picked up at 6:30... so the driver drops off 4 hour old food that made me sick and bitesquad thinks 5 dollars will make me go away. I GOT SICK FROM YOUR ERROR AND 5 WHOLE DOLLARS IS YOUR SOLUTION.
