Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.

After being a customer of both Naples express meals and Bight squad I ordered there 3 our 4 times a week for the last 7 years I began to have a problem with the drivers going to the wrong house especially at night when it was dark They just could not get it right I Live in a town home Properly lit Address directly in front a house on sign they could not get it right bothering my neighbors parking in their driveway So I complained Only the find out both their customer service and management team are disrespectful And not ready to admit Their business faults Not only is it unsafe for the driver snooping around people's homes that are not expecting him I Complained they never gave me back my tip the police wound up coming to my The neighborhood At basically blamed me They begun to not take my calls I try to order only to find out after Being such a good customer they cancel my count I did absolutely nothing wrong I've always been respectful and kind call of their drivers I've always tip them properly more than I should have I don't like companies like this That can't admit when they made a mistake and just fix it Worst company ever

The food always says "delivered" when it never gets here. Every other delivery site is wonderful and gets the food to me (GrubHub, I love you!), but BiteSquad has only successfully delivered to my address a handful of times, and it's not like I live in the country or something. When contacted they simply tell me "too bad" and refund my money, while I'm stuck here an hour or an hour and a half after ordering with a hungry family at my heels and no other options because of the time. The service department can never seem to contact the driver, and once they had me standing outside my house, saying he was just outside. I waited and looked for 15-20 minutes before calling them back and having them say they were not delivering because it "wouldn't be fair for me to get cold food". Bite Squad sucks in every way possible, they take longer than the others and they don't care if you get your food or not. I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand things happen, but the last 5-6 times I have ordered with them I have not gotten my food. One time they said they would send them back to pick up the order again, and then when they never showed, they were like "oh, yeah, we decided not to do that", another time I watched the tracker that had the driver pick up my food, drive out and then it said delivered when I didn't get it, when I contacted customer service they tried to tell me I picked up the food and didn't want to give me a refund. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so many times, but at this point, if I can even keep just one more person from using them it is worth it. They are absolutely awful and unreliable.

Awful, awful service. This is the second time I have tried Bite Squad and both times were complete failures. First time the app said my order would be arriving in 45 minutes but kept updating to a longer and longer wait. Finally, after a VERY long wait, I got a call from the driver saying that they took so long that the restaurant is now closed and my order was CANCELED. Stupidly I tried Bite Squad again last night. App started at a 40 min wait time and kept going up. After an hour I called the restaurant myself to check and the food was sitting on their counter. I chatted with someone at Bite Squad who called the restaurant to confirm the order was ready. Then I was told that there was no driver in the area. I asked for compensation for my late delivery and cold food. Chat guy waved the $3.99 delivery fee and offered a $15 BS credit - which I declined because I will never use the service again... When the driver FINALLY arrived I went inside to eat and it was THE WRONG ORDER. I called the restaurant again and they said that there had been NO delivery driver in their restaurant for over 2 hours and that our order was still sitting on the counter getting cold. I brought along the bag of food that the driver gave me. IT WASN'T EVEN FROM THAT RESTAURANT! He delivered us food from some other Indian restaurant. What a joke. I foolishly pre-paid the driver a 15% tip that I have no way of taking back. Awful customer service with no phone number to call. Awful drivers. I really cannot say one good thing about my 2 experience with Bite Squad.
I would have expected much faster service for what they charged. The total price was literally twice the cost of the food.

Easy online ordering PLUS the coupons for free stuff actually work. Much better than Domino's since they didn't take 2 hours to deliver the order.
Last night we received our order from Famous Daves and we were unexpectedly surprised and disappointed. The $24 ribs were missing a large strips of meat off the top. The mashed potatoes that I ordered came as sweet mashed potatoes. The corn bread muffins that we're supposed to come with the meal we're missing and the brownie that we ordered was missing. This was a $70 meal that we ordered to celebrate my new job offer. When I spoke to support on chat I was only offered a $15 credit. I absolutely can not believe the service we have received from Bitesquad. I spoke to Tony, the restraunt manager at Famous Dave's, who was adamant about wanting refund me for all the mishaps with this order. He said that unfortunately because it is through bite squad that bite squad needed to initiate the process. Tony also said that he planned to contact Bitesquad in the morning. Earlier this morning I received the message from the contact center whom I made the issue known with and they offered a $30 credit for Bitesquad. Yeah right. I will not be doing buisness whatsoever with such a slimey company. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

My food arrived at the exact expected time. Not one minute late. My order was correct and still hot. I didnt have to warm a thing.
