Did you know that you could special request a drink pickup? Because I didn't! Thankfully customer service helped me, and then my driver (who was really fast and friendly) brought them over! Super delighted!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
Listen to the other reviews- I was just hacked twice (attempted four charges and two got through) and BiteSquad has done nothing so far to address this after multiple attempts of contact. There's nobody ever on in the chat function and they don't answer my emails.
Also if you've ever seen a BiteSquad car pull up, oftentimes the driver's car is filled with trash sitting right next to your order and with the driver maskless. In this time of COVID and otherwise, that's unacceptable.
First time use of the Seville, I was given a gift card since I recently had surgery and am not able to drive. I am please with the response, the timing and the food. I can place the order early and wAnted it delivered by certain time. It was accomplished as expected. I was notified when to expect the deliver person also. I live in a high rise so I have to go down to let them in. Very please and would recommend the service.
Easy to order online and a minimal delivery fee. The food was correct and delicious. The driver was faster than estimated delivery time and friendly. He mentioned that the restaurant put the peanut sauce we requested in there as well.
Service was slow (no driver's available?) but once food was on its way things went well - driver was excellent and friendly and food was great. Could not tell if he realized I'd tipped him with he order.
They are awful! Order is never right and customer service will do nothing to help! I've lost 50 bucks and they offered me a 5 dollar credit. Oh and they can't make sure your order is correct before they leave for health reasons... hello, have the restaurant show you it's correct before you leave! Geez! Never ever use them!
I ordered Cashew Nut Chicken (that is the name of the dish regardless of what type of meat I order with it). I always order this dish with Tofu at all thai restaurants that I have ever eaten at. I always receive it with tofu instead of chicken. Today I ordered it via bitesquad and I checked the Tofu box on their site for this dish. I received the dish with chicken and tofu because bitesquad said I checked the 'extra' box. They list the meat options and I chose one, but they will not refund me because their site lists it as 'extra' instead of just 'what type of meat do you want'. Who the hell orders chicken and tofu together in the same dish. It's one or the other and don't make me pay for your poor word choice on your website. I've cancelled my bitesquad account. There are many delivery services. I'll stick with the ones that stand behind their service and give refunds when you receive something different than what you wanted.
Unfortunately, as I was in the hospital, I was not able to spend Thanksgiving dinner with my grandmother. As she herself is elderly, I knew she would not be able to cook the type of meal she would be accustomed to! Luckily, I have some experience using food ordering services. BiteSquad delivered a delicious meal from a restaurant of my choosing and even wished her a happy holiday! Thank you, BiteSquad. We will be ordering from you again.
I am posting this to make everybody aware that Bite Squad jacks up the prices of the menu items of the restaurants that it services aside of adding a plethora of service and delivery fees.
Started out ordering delivery. $22 later in a tip and service fees, we then opted for pick up.
We were charged $20.98 for a hibachi steak dinner(we thought the prices were raised by the restaurant) through the Bite Squad website, and when I picked the food up at the restaurant the dinner was only $17.98 on the restaurant menu. The owner of the restaurant told us not to order through Bite Squad because they raise prices of menu items. That is in addition to their obscene tip suggestions and service fees across the board. My Bite Squad bill was $62, the restaurant said if I ordered through their app it would have been $53( food total). NEVER NEVER EVER quartering from Bite Squad again after finding out that information. That is ridiculous and sneaky.
My friend sent me a $100 gift card after the passing of a family member. I ordered food delivery and my bank account was charged. I am still waiting to have the issue resolved. My friends intent was to relieve me of everyday stress. But instead it has added to my stress
Needed dinner, really didn't want to go out again, saw the "get it delivered" notice and didn't hesitate. Got a message when Greg was nearby - he was walking in the hotel door as I was walking towards it. Foot was nice and hot and Greg was super nice. Will definitely use this service again!
This was our first time using BiteSquad and I admit I was a bit nervous. I should not have been as they were on time and everything was perfect! I loved getting the text that the driver was close. Great job BS and I will not hesitate to use your service in the future!
Didn't want to bother with the crowds the night before thanksgiving so we had bite squad deliver. It was great. The food was hot and correct! It was no more expensive than dining at the restaurant when you consider the driver as your server and your house the restaurant! Love it. We are hooked!
I ordered some items from the Herbivorous Butcher. I got my items within a half an hour. It was super easy to order, I got a text when they were in the area, I went down to the apartment lobby and the delivery driver was there. Super happy with the service. I'll definitely do it again.
In the past we have encountered some problems with Bite Squad's delivery but they have gotten better each time I've used them. Today's service was excellent! Daynha delivered earlier than expected and helped me set up for our lunch meeting. Food from Lazy Dog looked perfect. Ordered off the catering menu (BBQ) and the ribs were perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes were piping hot, cole slaw and Caesar salad nicely chilled and crisp, and the brownies! I mentioned to Daynha that I have placed orders for Monday and Tuesday. Hopefully we get her again. Very pleasant person!
I wish I could leave 0 stars for this crap company I would. I placed an order and got a receipt by email. It said about an hour. I check the tracker in an hour to see where the food is and it shows my order as canceled. Apparently I was supposed to get another email saying I needed to send proof of ID and credit card. How stupid is that? The driver could've gotten that when they came. What bothers me the most is they expect people to keep checking their emails for their ridiculous requests? I can't call them so I have to live chat and they say I should've gotten an email. I say I didn't. They finally send it but now it's been over an hour and a half. As if I'm going to do this order with them now. So 3 people just continue to starve because of incompetence of a company. I hope they fail and Uber Eats or whoever else takes this terrible company out.
Used to be a great service but now they've gotten too big for their britches. I often receive orders that aren't complete or have the wrong items. I was told I would be given a $20 credit for a big server crash they had over the holiday weekend where I was charged several times but never received food but still haven't received credit...
The Bite Squad delivery for our party made all the difference in the world for our function. The food was great and plentiful and all my guests had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Bite Squad to all my clients, in fact some of my guests complimented that they use Bite Squad several times a month for their luncheons and parties.
Food was delivered hot. My driver was pleasant. I live in a not so good area and not many places will deliver to my address so Im thankful for this delivery service and dont mind the extra cost. I am overall happy, and will recommend this service.
Today I used BiteSquad for the first time and I was impressed by how quick the food was delivered, literally in 20 minutes. We even received a text a few minutes earlier saying that the driver, Denny, was nearby. Denny was nice and friendly. Very good experience.
I ordered my food at 11:30 AM it is now 2:10 PM and no food, I keep getting that they are short on drivers. They took my order and they gave a time and then everything just keeps changing. I see why they are begging customers with free codes. This company SUCKS.
Bitesquad and their account partner Delivery Logisitics is a poor service all around. Most directly effecting every step from restaurant to customer to driver, this app regularly fails. Resulting in restaurants not getting or making an order, the driver being thrown off schedule with long wait times, and customer getting their delivery very late or not at all. As well, Bitesquad works in tandem with Waitr, and the driver support applies only to Waitr so bitesquad drivers have very little support.
Finally, Delivery Logistics and Bitesquad withhold earnings arbitrarily. The pattern appears to be when a driver earns more than the disrespectful $5 per day they expect, Delivery Logisitics wont pay out entirely. Obviously, this also effects the quality of the courier service, outside of exploiting their drivers's desperation and frauding them.
This was my 1st time using a delivery service. I was very impressed with the way Bite Squad kept you up to date on the status of your order. The delivery driver was very professional and followed my request.

Squad and I was very pleased. I wanted a healthy lunch for myself and staff without going out. They made it extremely easy. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. Very nice delivery man as well. I would definitely do it again!
Had a order at beefobradys. First time I placed a order using bitesquad. My order said it was ready at 6:06 then I waited until after 7:00 to actually get it... very disappointed. Knowing what I know now I would of just called the restaurant and ordered over the phone.
After getting our food minus a major part, I reached out the Bites quad. They said they would put a credit on our account. That ultimately forces me to pay more later to get sub par service. So I made what I thought was a reasonable request. I'd like either the missing parts of our meal or a refund to save me from being forced to deal with this again. They said they couldn't do either and ENDED THE CHAT. The equivalent of hanging up on me. Not like them loosing my future business will kill the company but they sure as hell lost a customer. You're all ready paying out the tush for the convenience of someone else bringing you the food. The least they could do is make it right when they mess it up.
Also, please don't think I am leaving because of this singular incident. We have given BiteSquad MULTIPLE chances and repeated benefits of the doubt. They are trash and inconsiderate.
