After rumbling through a few profiles, one stuck out with a question... Do I work for transit? Lol Talking to him was like having a twin sister, we clicked instantly with our personalities, interests in same things, etc. Sometimes you gotta be patient and the right one will find you.
Don't waste your time on this site. All these paid clients have the same old storyline. Save your money, their stories are so similar, their photos are fake, they lie to get the you paying for a subscription. Do your homework concerning this site and most men live hundreds of miles from your location.
Just like everyone else I should have read the reviews first im have the same problems ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY THE SEND FAKE FLIRTS AND MESSAGES ON YOUR BEHAVE WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING IT UNTIL YOU START TO SEARCHING THE SITE FOR YOUR SELF YOUR OUT BOX INBOX, IM PISSED OFF ABOUT TO START A LAWSUIT! BE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY SPENDING THEIR MONEY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND THE SITE IS TRICKING AND DECEIVING US THE ENTIRE TIME WHILE STEALING OUR MONEY!
The site stays down but they dont have problems taking your money. IF you LOOK at a persons profile it will send them a MISLEADING message saying that you are flirting or saying things you never said... WORST SITE EVER!

Worst site on the internet. Plenty of Fish and OK Cupid are a lot better!
I was on BPM for a short time several years ago and decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, I did meet a man on BPM and he turned out to be a VIOLENT Psychopath. Little did I know, turns out that he is a Convicted Felon! Served multiple years in JAIL! Of course, in the beginning he was the "perfect gentleman" until the mask came off -- A Real Con Artist! This Psychopath became VIOLENT and physically assaulted me -- OH NO! Thankfully, I got rid of this Narcissistic Psychopath, packed his belongings in a huge trash bag --- and told him to KICK ROCKS! Be gone! I have had enough of BPM and the crazy crazy men on this site. BPM is not worth the money, not one PENNY! I have learned my lesson and will avoid BPM forever! Never again...
Tip for consumers:
Stay away ... NOT worth the money.
I believe the owners or administrative software people are fake unauthorized people that they Photoshop from other sites and steal money from your account
I paid for 6 months upfront. I set up my site. They charged my account. That evening they cancelled my subscription without any reason and refused to refund my $70. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A FRAUD!
I was on BPM for about 2 weeks. Right when I was about to stop my search, I was messaged by the now, love of my life. We are a little over 2 years in and hes the best thing that ever happened to me.
I subcribed to this site a couple of years ago. The first turn off was a bunch of generic winks. So absolutely ridiculous. If this is a dating site, have something to say. Second turn off was getting email from same guy liking and winking@ every pic. Really!. After going on several dates it added up to be a big waste a time. Grown men, good jobs, w/no ambition, emotional baggage (worse than woman) and just wanting a booty call. Fast fowrad to present rejoined site after relocating to new area (Alabama) and OMG. Nothing changed. Winks and no dialoge. One guy got nasty cause I wouldnt give him my phone#,. End all did connect with a gentlemen, good long night conversation. After about a month Im puzzled why he was reluctant to meet. First meet was in a parking lot and he was a nervous wreck. Geez I surrender! Being single isnt as bad as this site!
Here's what people need to remember: Long gone are the days when dating online was taboo and so there were only genuine people on dating sites who were truly interested in relationships. Now that it's acceptable and common place, all of the nuts have come out to play. I met a gorgeous, seemingly nice guy on BPM and all was well until our first time alone. He went into a full blown violent rage over a a slight difference of opinion. It was so weird and frightening that I researched narcissm (based on some other traits of his) and sure enough he met the criteria to a tee. He has the personality disorder. Can't really blame BPM for that but this site seems to be a haven for them since I hear other women saying they've encountered these dangerous people as well. It seems the male reviews are centered around a woman's appearance. I wish somebody looking a little different than their pics was my only complaint. I think having your life threatened is far more serious than meeting someone with a few extra pounds. Be careful dating men on this site. I've browsed this site off and on over the years and some of the same guys are there. Gotta wonder about that. I will never date online again. It's not worth it. I'm actually taking a break period because that was so scary. Good luck and be smart.
I will be the first to admit that I can't stand this dating site, but to read some of the comments here that state this is racist site and how would people feel if they had a site called whitepeoplemeet.com, they do have a site as such. I will not name it, but they have a commercial on every channel every 30 seconds, 365 days a year so get over it. One person commented, what about white history month? Let me clue you in, every day is your day, wake up. Stop whining because they dedicated a month which by the way only has 28 days (29 days if it is leap year), to celebrate our heritage. I am so sick of people whining about race. Now about this site, run, don't walk away from BlackPeopleMeet. One of my meet and greet did not look like the picture he posted, and got mad when I questioned him about his dishonesty. One I met for dinner, conversation was good, we laughed, nice looking guy seemed cool, then here comes the question " so when was the last time I (you know). Then he proceeded to share too much information about himself, I got disgusted, offered to not only pay for my own dinner, but tip also and ended the date. I mean really?
I have subscribed to BPM twice over a two year period for six month time frames. I spent most of that time browsing the profiles of the same men over and over. I also found that most often even if I was interested in a person, they were non paid members who cannot respond to messages. For that reason I feel that BPM offers very few real opportunities to meet someone. Unpaid members are the majority of the so called daily matches they send, but what good is that if you really can't communicate with an unpaid member. Also, each time I was near the end of my subscription BPM would open my profile up to people far outside of the area I personally set in my preferences and bombarded my views with up to 50 or more views per day from men across the country. I feel that was a deceptive move to get me to reconsider not ending my subscription. I got more views in two weeks than the entire time I was on BPM. Overall, although I did meet a couple of men, there were very few real options and I would suggest a site where only paid members who can contact each other are on the site. Otherwise, it's just a picture gallery of men not really interested enough to pay but get accces to your profile for free. 2 stars only because I made one friend that I keep in touch with but he has made it clear " he is not interested in marriage", while I am searching for someone who is, we still communicate as friends. Don't waste your time on BPM if you're seriously looking for a partner...
What a site thite date site clearly favors the woman reason why
First off a woman's size is important
In reading there profile but on black people meet you won't even find it listed second most woman on this site have one head shot picture which
Means that there hiding there weight
Most likely with those two important things I suggest finding another dating site not a good site for a man..
BPM, SBPM & CBPM are all scam dating sites IMO. I have been reviewing those sites for over a year and a half and the exact same photos of men and women appear for over a year. There have been reports of outright pathological lying, threats, money stolen and lives ruined by indivividuals who lack honor, integrity and character. There are several other valid and honorable dating sites where you can speak to customer service representatives if requested, and you are not charged automatically unless you request it. No dating site is perfect, but unfortunately from the many emails that I have received, most of the men on these sites that I have just posted, are scam artists and just out for sex, and out to fleece you.
They steal your money and rewrite comments for you when you did not ask them too. Ladies be leary of all these sites because these people do not have a clue to what should be done on BPM. The men are insane and the staff will not give you your money back. This site and others like it are only going to take your money. It seems to be catered to the wacky males that are on this site. LADIES BEWARE, MEN ONLY WANT TO KNOW IF YOU HAVE A PLACE FOR THEM TO FLOP AND USE YOU AND HAVE SEX... GET AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND OTHERS LIKE IT. U R BETTER OFF MEETING SOMEONE ON THE STREET OR AT YOUR JOB!
I'm a single male who signed up for this site and have been having the same issues as other men. Most of the profiles are fake! Most start out with "I'm obsessed with eating out", or "I usually know what I want and won't stop till I get it". I paid for the site and while it was paid, I barely got any flirts, messages or likes. EACH TIME I cancelled my membership, I would get about 90+ notifications. 30 flirts! 18 messages! 25 Photo Likes! 30 people made me their favorite. When you pay to read the messages, they came from nowhere. No one replies! Then POOF! No more messages... Until you cancel again. This site is a SCAM! Today i got a photo like, a favorite, and a flirt from a woman on the site. It showed that she was available for chat. I went to chat with her, but it said that she was offline in chat. I still sent her a chat asking her if she actually sent me those messages, then she replied and said she never sent anything. Then I look again and that message was gone from my inbox. Then her profile was gone. This site is a shame!
Just meet a guy named Playboyace203
Give him my number, he rushed to text me was I ready for marriage and he would take care of my kids. This is his message: let me introduce myself I'm Aaron fromColumbus Georgia. I'm 27 and have no kids, I'm Brazilian and yes I speak Portuguese and Spanish. I been single forthree years my ex died from cancer after she died she told me to promise her something and I did as I look into her eyes (she said promise me u won't have sex oror kids till your married and I said yes I promise). So three years it been for me and I held that promise ever sense. Now I'm ready for marriage and love and ready to Seattle down. It's goes on but when I asked why was he telling me this soon and had a few more questions no response. Be ware of him, I think he's scamming.
All 'stock' messages and no originality. I was almost flattered by all of the interest but quickly realized that every guy's comment, message or flirt was the same.
-10 IS MY REVIEW
System would not take my debit card. Credit card only. Really! I contacted customer service got an email that I could call payment in the 1-800 number just to be told phone are down. Then I got email to mail a payment in really! Debit card is just as good as a credit card. I even try my PayPal won't take that also. DO YOU WANT MEMBER OR YOU ALL IN THE BUSINESS OF TURNING PEOPLE DOWN. People could be missing out on there mate because they use a debit card and not a credit card WOW!
So I started using bpm in 2015. Just like anyone else I was scared about using this site to meet random guys but I decided to sign up anyways. After my account was created and pictures for updated I began to receive several messages from random dudes who wanted to talk. Now I on the other hand never responded to them. What I did was to read their profiles. I eventually decided to respond to a few guys whom seem pretty chill to talk to. One day this one guy messaged me and we ended up hitting it off. So my focus now was on him n we spoke everyday since then. We decided to finally meet for the first time. I was scared to but to my surprise he wasn't a bad person but he started to become more weird during the two months I've known him and I didn't like it so I went back to the site. I wanted to give it another shot. I was then contacted by another guy whom I wasn't interested in because he wasn't my type but I decided to talk to him anyways and guess what he was awesome and a year later we are living happy together. So my thing is sometimes we go to these sites looking for what we expect the person to be instead of getting to know someone who r not in our expectations. My 2 cents.
EVERY DAY since I joined last week, I have been logged off (in spite of checking the "Keep me logged on" box) and forced to log in again. The app ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS rejects my CORRECTLY-ENTERED password, EVERY time! Credit card information is REQUIRED to reset the password. BTW, when I try to use a previously-used password, the system won't let me which means it REMEMBERS my passwords - so why TF won't it remember my password when I try to log in?
THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'm canceling my subscription when their customer support opens on Monday
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I NOTICE IT QUICK AND I TRIED TO CANCEL AND THEY KEPT MY MONEY. FOR ALL WE HAVE BEEN SCAM YOU ALL NEED TO CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN DALLAS TEXAS LEAST THAT THE ADDRESS THEY ARE USING. THEN YOU ALL NEED TO CONTACT DALLAS TEXAS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FILE A "SWINDLE FORM" ON THEY WEBSITE! SOMEBODY FROM THE COMPANY IS GOING TO JAIL! KEPT MY MONEY AND RIP ME OFF!
How can a site get away with this fraud? I've gotten likes from women who never viewed my profile and more messages than views and likes combined!? How can that be?
Tye Matthews, Tyrone Isaiah Matthews, Tim Matthews or Chief as he likes to call himself, is a self proclaimed narcissist.
Ladies don't trust or believe anything that comes out of this man's lying mouth.
NO he is NOT in the CIA.
NO he is NOT single.
Yes, he has small children.
YES is IS married, probably multiple times in different states.
YES, he is extremely charming, tall dark-skinned brother, BUT beware...
The only thing TRUE about this man, is that he pisses and $#*!s like everyone else.
Everything, I mean EVERYTHING else about this man is a BIG BOLD FACED LIE.

I've been on BlackPeopleMeet for a few weeks. There are REAL people here, I don't say all the profiles are real but out of all the sites I have found this and Blacksingles4u to be one of the better ones.
