It says black people meet, so where do all the fat Caucasian men come from? I can't believe this! They're wearing medical devices such as breathing machines they have big fat bellies, some with dog sitting on them. Caucasian men with animals carcasses in their hand, some Caucasian guy sitting on a horse. What the hell is going on with this site? Where do all these hideous Caucasian men come from and why are they on this site?

My new husband and I met on Black People Meet three years ago. He had been on the site for awhile, and I had only been on for a short time. I came across his profile and emailed him. It seems that we had a lot in common, and we decided to exchange phone numbers. Eventually, we started to Facetime. In the meantime, I relocated to a new residence, and he came to assist me (we made sure we were both vaccinated, because this was during the Pandemic:-). I guess this was meant to be because we commuted for two years (we lived in different states).
As for BPM, we had no problems with the site, yes, there were some unusual and unsavory profiles, but that was when I used the delete button, and the site would warn me about some inappropriate characters, as well. Neither of us had any problem with the payment nor the cancellations of services, once we found one another. All we can say is thank you BPM and we wish others the best in making their love connection!

The problem is not so much the site it's the women! Most seen to be looking for some great God on a Trojan white horse to come wisk them away and take them to some fantasy land they have dreamed up. I've never see so many black women with 3, 4, 5 kids and have never been married a day in their lives. They complain that so many profiles are false, because they go for the smoke and mirrors, superficial B, S... When a real brother comes you way you can't recognize him! And will not give him the time of date. The only woman I made a real connection with was a beautiful Latin woman. I love black women and was married to one for 25 yrs but got tired of kissing *******@ss and bending over backwards with out having my need met.

You subscribe and when you write someone it tells you to buy another subscription for them to reply to your message. There are about 5-6 different subscriptions you need to buy and canceling the first one is tricky, canceling further ones is more difficult. Are the profiles real? Can you trusty talk to people? Based on my experience the other people cannot reply even if you pay. I believe it's trying to get them to pay to read your messages. Every message I get is an automated default message, 0 personal messages written by humans but lots of missing features behind new subscriptions. This site is purely to exploit people's desire to meet others.

This is the absolute worse and disappointing site ever and a slap in the face because you have to pay. I chose this site over POF because I was thinking its paid so better results. First off 90 percent of the people who contact me are not local. I'm only 29 and if I could screen shot and upload I will show that majority of messages are from way older men, its disgusting! The site doesn't have filters like POF where you can make adjustments of who can or can't contact you like based on a person distance, age and etc! I only subscribed for one month and they tried to offer me a discount and honestly this POS ran site should be free! The site lacks enthusiasm! I signed up for POF a free site and I've enjoyed it way more. Disappointed in BPM and I wanted too support a black business but the site needs major improvements! Sign up at your own risk!

I would like to start a class action lawsuit against this site for the spam they do. They won't activate the cancel the automatic renewal button on your account. They think most people forget about it, which is what I did, and they kept debiting $29.95 out of my account each month. I think we should come together and let's figure this out. Let me start off as I'm a white male. I joined this site because I find most sites are 99.9% white chicks. I actually prefer someone dark. Not necessarily African American I also date Eastern Indian women too. So far its not that bad. I have obtained a couple phone numbers, met a few women. My problem with this site is not enough members in my area and age range who are actually paying customers and can talk to you. Other than that I've not had any spam, scammers or anything. I think the numbers are inflated meaning when you get a flirt it also sends you a message. You get 2 messages. The actual flirt then the message saying you got a flirt. I think that part is lame. It's to make it look like there is tons more activity on your account than there actually is because before you pay you don't know all the messages you got were really flirt notifications. I wouldn't recommend it unless your area has lots of paying customers but you can't know that for sure.

I dated a guy by Doctorlove from Boston Ma. Turns out he was abusive and had a record. He prefers to text then talk. This guy has issues. Beware! Okay site, met only one or two or three wackos.be careful because there are guys who will rush things and are sociopathic. Some are con artists from nigeria stating that they will close out and do not write back. Post a fake photo. Send you a flattering message thats fake. Beware.

I have been on this site off and on for two years. Upon first speaking to 90 percent it was a NO after the first phone call. Most are mentally, financially or cosmetically challenged. But the ten that I met were very mannerable and employed. I chose one had a year long relationship and it ended. Working on #2. Even though I had to do a lot of sifting and blocking I still have had more success with bpm than I would have had on my own. My recommendation is to block the coo coos and be patient.

I'vd tried BPM several times over the years, so I can say with conviction"don't waste your time or money"! It is truly filled with a bunch of losers. They have a lot of what I call"ghost profiles" guys long gone, but didn't delete their profiles. A lot of profiles with no pictures or with pictures, but the men didn't take the time to volunteer anything else.men looking for a booty call and nothing more. All my experiences and the guys I did meet on this site have been negative. Though there are probably some good men on this site, I wasn't fortunate enough to meet any of them. I was first on the site for two weeks, met someone, then disabled my acct. He and I are currently just friends, but just out of curiosity I got back on the site but only have the one mth subscription. Looking at my profile they know that I am not looking for a long term relationship, just adult, intellectually stimulation, and informative conversation. I removed all my body shots because they really were the main attraction. In all honesty I have met and talked with a lot of respectful gentleman in my area. Was not interested in, nor am I now interested in having sex with any of them. The ones who have tried to play games I quickly flip the switch, game recognizes game. People move too fast on these dating sites, an that is when women are used. I have nothing against the site but trust me, my profile is read for it is quite profound.

Compared to the other sites BlackPeopleMeet.com is better after all. They returned every cent that was owed to me. My previous opinion was made prematurely. I moved on to other sites and was even more disappointed in their ability to connect me with any Black males. So, if you are a Black woman looking for a Black man, my sisters - stay with BlackPeopleMeet.com - you will have more of chance to connect with one. With the other sites, I have had more luck just walking down the street, or through the park.

This site is a scam on the highest level. It amazes me how my inbox is flooded with reviews & messages after I don't renew. Prior to my last renewal I had somehow received over 150 messages. Of course it prompted me to renew just to find out they weren't valid messages. I was stuck once again now for 6 months. It was also amazing after the renewal I may have received 5 to 6 messages in this last 6 months. Once again I didn't renew & miraculously within 24 hours I again have over 20 + messages. Most of the messages were either pic likes or flirts from the same profile. BPM should really shut down this bogus app & get a real platform for the people.

This site regularly discrimates against women as far as what it will allow them to post meanwhile men are allowed to post any and everything. Furthermore, the customer service is VERY poor. The phone number to reach them is *******920, and trying to get a supervisor on the phone is pretty much non-existent. Don't waste your money if you decide to be a paying member. They act like they are paying you instead of the other way around. Go out and meet people the old fashioned way. Online dating is not what it's cracked up to be especially when you have a company that doesn't meet your needs.

The same people are in the matches everyday. I have passed on many guys only to have them back in my matches day after day. The few that I managed to talk to offline were ex-cons and not what they portrayed themselves to be. I see a few profiles with the exact same wording as another. I also noticed that some of the profiles are fake meaning these are stock photos with fake information. This site is worthless. DO NOT waste your time and money!

Although I did meet my current partner on the sight 3 years ago I remember it being slim Pickens at the time with that said most men of the sight were just looking for sex after weeding threw all that I manage to find someone I could talk to who didn't just want to have sex who could hold a real conversation and who wanted to get to know me not my bra size

Joined this site after my voluntary singlehood of 2 years. OMG the men are in constant sexual conquests, full of attempted manipulations, and perversions. It can be entertaining if you have that kind of time.Don't waste too much time or your money unless you want to be entertained or need the constant "your beautiful", "hello gorgeous" etc etc to stroke your ego. I joined bpm on 1-1-2015 and cancelled on jan 2 when I noticed the same guys from 8 months ago were still there and still thirsty. I also saw a profile for a guy a personally know named civili. His whole profile is a lie. Ladies beware. He is a con artist, don't work, have 8 kids that he don't take care of and he have mental issues. If you don't believe then dedicate 3 days of chatting with him and you will see.

They have reverted to serious skullduggery as they "steal money" from you as you click on a plan (say 1 month@ 18.00) and discover you have been billed a different amount (in my case 50.00). I will be reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, DC.

I am positive they are conducting this slice of theft right now and will continue to do so until they are stopped.
