Michael Steen was very helpful when we called for assistance. I asked about getting extra little "handles" to raise the blinds up and down as my my reach is different than my husbands and having 3 handles across would be helpful.

Shades ordered for three panels of stacking glass "lanai" doors, and they are beautiful and effective when the sun hits in the afternoon. The ordering process was so easy with the help of your representative Ike. Shades were delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Joel did a great job of getting up and working in sync. I would have given a perfect rating but one panel was not sized correctly and had to be replaced, delaying the full completion of the installation. Though I would give full stars to all the reps and customer service personnel with whom I interacted. The only glitch was in manufacturing.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
