The process was fairly easy, but in hindsight I would recommend allowing for the additional time needed to be sure that you get a sample of colors. What we ordered and what we received seemed to be different colors.
Satisfied with the blinds for our living room. I did not realize the cells were a different size than those i installed in my bedroom, but I and my husband are happy with them and have ordered additional blinds for adjacent rooms.

Everything came as ordered. There was one blind that suffered a fold in at the top of the blind. I called and the service person took my information and a replacement blind arrived several days after. All in all a very good experience.

I was very happy to order new blind. It was quick and easy. I would order from here again. I had ordered years ago and had blinds with no wand and now I had to get a wand to open the blind. I would much rather have no wand. Not sure why they changed that.

Product is wonderful unfortunately I measured the length 2 inches too short, which disappointed me, but I was able to adjust how high I hung them to accomplish the goal of the vertical blind sitting on the window sill.
We ordered 6 sets of blinds. One set had no hardware. We had to wait about 10 days for it, and then go thru setting up another install appoint. Other than that the whole ordering and install process was 5 star.

The website is super user friendly. Apparently, in my old house the windows are not made evenly so the blind did not fit. The blind looked beautiful and Im disappointed I won't be able to use it

Everything went very well from order to install the only thing that might have been better would have been communicating regarding the order. Install was easy and delivered took a bit longer than I thought it would.
I thought the process was a bit confusing, I took a chance on my own measuring skills and following directions. Although I ended up ordering and receiving my shutters an inch and a half off on height I was able to make it work!

Customer service was great! The product arrived with out a hitch. However, the product itself is not as good as I had hoped for the money. The blinds don't all close completely, and the wand is very stiff! But, that is no fault of customer service!

I have had a good experience with Blinds. Com. This time my blinds came back quicker than expected, and I was happy about that. The blinds fit perfectly. The most important thing is that they kept my very first order on record and was able to pull it to see the exact color I ordered the first time so that I could have a perfect match for my second order. That was a bonus, because I could not remember the exact color.

I ordered 4 shades and 3 of the four didn't fit. Blinds. Com replaced all 3 at no extra charge and I didn't need to send the originals back. The replacements were the proper size and I got them pretty quickly. Excellent customer service.

I measured the blinds as the website directed and they ended up being a perfect fit. The website is very easy to navigate. The blinds came on-time, easy to follow instructions and simple installation. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
