We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
I ordered two cordless blinds. One arrived damaged, but my husband was able to bend the bent area back into place. Also these blinds do not work as advertised. When lifting the blinds, often they do not gold up evenly.
We had ordered new blinds to replace old, old ones and had received 6/7. We had no problems putting them up & they fit perfectly. When #7 came, I realized I'd ordered the wrong one... it fit fine but the style and color was wrong for the room, my mistake, not theirs. I expected to have to take a loss, but they graciously refunded my purchase price (minus s/h & a small fee) and it went towards the right blind, which the customer service rep helped me order. Because the cost "to return the wrongly ordered blind would be prohibitive", they suggested I donate it. The quality & prices are solid... the service is solid, they have earned a customer for life!
Ive ordered from Blindster various times for my rentals, and my personal house. The orders have always been shipped fast and never a problem. I usually order the economy 2" faux blinds. Perfect quality. Easy to install. Ill never go back to Lowes or Home Depot for blinds. Always a better deal ordering here, fast shipping, and no tax.
The company is really great! The blinds quality wise were every bit as good as the 3 day blinds we purchased. Much better pricing and quality than smith and noble. My second order of pleated shades got delayed but when I called they found out why and they arrived earlier than the given date. All in all very pleased.
These blinds are high quality and were easy to install by myself. They completely block out light when pulled up, allow light when down or you can pull the entire blind up for no coverage. Great for an East facing window when you want to sleep in!
I ordered premium faux wood blinds- 2"- quality was excellent and installation was simple. One of the blinds had the tilt lever on the wrong side- Blindster quickly responded by authorizing a replacement. My customer service agent was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient- a finished blind was received in only one week. True colors come out in a crisis and Blindster certainly proved themselves to be a great vendor on this one.
It was easy to order blinds on line. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The color was perfect. All the blinds fit in my windows perfectly. My husband installed them with no problems. The only problem was that the one of the blinds in my bay window had an extra ladder in it so it did not match the other one, but after talking with a company rep., I think the ladder can be remove without doing any damage to the blind since it is only 23 inches wide. I would definitely recommend Blindster to friends and family. Prices were good compared to other places I had shopped.
I ordered my blinds, they gave me a price and told me when to expect them. They actually arrived two days ahead of what I was expecting. They are beautiful and so many friends have asked where I got them. I have given out Blindster's name to all who asked. They were incredibly easy to install and look amazing. I highly recommend Blindster if you are looking for great window treatments.
We are thoroughly pleased with our new blinds. The fit is perfect and the installation was relatively straightforward. Also, Blindster was quickly and courteously responsive to a shipping error, fixing the problem at no extra cost to us. I would not hasten to recommend Blindster to anyone looking to upgrade the look of their home's windows.
Blinds were excellent quality, exact size (use the measuring instructions on the website!) We have an older home with very odd size windows! Customer Service was quick to follow up on a? I emailed them. I would recommend this company to anyone! Excellent prices, they always have some % off regular price I have found! Very Happy!
Easiest blinds experience! Measured out the window, put everything into the website, and a few days later we solved our privacy and excess sunlight issue from an odd window - at a very affordable price!
*One downside: we didn't receive the shipping notification email from Blindster until two weeks after we actually received the blinds. Probably just a clerical oversight and not an issue since everything arrived within a week of placing the order.
These blinds are top quality and fit perfectly! They were way less expensive than some we had just purchased at a popular store I should probably not mention. In fact, they were half the price, and the quality was outstanding. I would recommend Blindster to anyone in need of blinds!
I love working with Blindster for blinds for my investment properties. For flipping it adds a "high end/work done excellently" statement, and for rental properties, their quality and warranty can't be beat (the quality of their products withstand use with flying colors! We have not had any issues to date).
I cannot believe how well these blinds turned out and the short amount of time that it took to have them custom constructed. Then to top it off we got a really excellent price. Oh wait, then to top that off we happened to hit it right at the additional 1/3 off sale price. We had them installed and paid less than if I got them at the original good price and installed them myself! The only way I won't get all my window coverings here is if they go out of business.
We ordered 4 blinds but had an issue with the largest. It was bent in shipping and unable to be straightened out. Called customer service and they sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. We have 2 more rooms to put blinds in and will definitely use Blindster.
The first delivery came with a rod and cord, but I ordered cordless. When I called customer service the lady initially tried to convince me that's how they come. After discussing further she finally agreed the order was wrong. The second blind came, but I can't get it to tilt?

My wife and just completed an extensive renovation of our bar, Twisted Rail Tavern, and we need shades for the front windows. Blindster.com had the style and size we needed. I ordered the shades in a color that matched our interior color and they arrived when Blindster said they would. My only complaint is that one of the shades was about an inch short and the roller mechanism is jerky. Hopefully it will smooth out with use.
My blinds were over a month late and they never once communicated with me to let me know. I had to constantly call them to find out what was going on, and everytime i was given incorrect information. I finally received the items and they're just fine, but completely not worth the hassle.
I was admittedly nervous about ordering blinds online. It turned out to be a very positive experience. Instructions for measuring and ordering were easy to follow. When I did have a question, it was answered promptly. Received my order within 10 days, even after ordering on the weekend. Very happy with my purchase!
Blinds were ordered on 5/28 and delivered on 6/22 - much later than expected delivery window. This was due to large volume of orders from the Memorial day sale, which is fine, but I wish that they'd told us this up front, that there may have been delays due to high volume of sale orders--I may have shopped somewhere else if I knew about the delays earlier. We had overnight guests that I had expected to have the blinds in time for.

We ordered 5 cordless aluminum 1 inch blinds. We had problems with 2 of them not functioning properly and 2 were damaged. One was probably damaged in shipping, but the other one was damaged at the factory. Blindster customer service was fantastic working with us as we got new shades sent to us. In spite of the problems we've encountered we would still use Blindster for our future blind needs. I might suggest a new source for this type of blinds.
I'm sorry you had a problem with your order and am glad to hear that everything has been resolved. Ship damage is definitely one of our biggest challenges because window coverings are heavy and an awkward size. I will definitely share your comments with the factory for review.
We ordered the 2" faux wood blinds. They shipped fast and they were easy to unpack and set up but the rail was dented on both sides. It didn't affect operation and the magnetic headrail valance covered it and it is too much trouble to reorder/correct the problem. The blinds were 1/8" narrower than requested but, again, a small difference not worth replacing. We will go with a different company next time. If they can't get it right the first time, we go with a better company.
I'd been looking for a rental home to compare prices and ended up buying for my own home needs. Great website, walks you though measuring and decisions for ordering. Start to finish was a great experience and arrived exactly as promised with updates sent to my e-mail to let me know the status. Will recommend to anyone needing blinds, without reservation.
The blinds I ordered look good in a spare bedroom that won't see much use, and are fairly sturdy. They also are great for blocking out the rising sun in the mornings. But the quality was lacking in that it is very difficult to operate, which is OK for the price, since we won't be trying to open & close them.
The website was easy to follow. I talked with a couple of people re: questions prior to placing the order. They were very helpful & pleasant. There were no mistakes made on my order(s). Both orders arrived promptly. Customer Service was equally helpful after we got the second order & had a question on installation. I would recommend them without hesitation.
