Been looking for a faux wood blind without the cheesy fake finishes. After ordering the free samples we found an oak finish similar to our replacement windows. We hung them about 3 weeks ago and what a difference they made to our windows! They are perfect and easy to open and close! Def would order again and again!

Few companies have perfect Internet sites and Blindster is not among the exceptions. Despite a bit of struggling with that the result is very good. We like the product and the price was reasonable.
You need more detail in the measuring instructions and instructions on line on working with the valances. Two of the valances sent to me arrived damaged.
Contact with your people was in every case positive and productive.

Unhappy with my decision to order the divided faux wood shutter, and still not sure what I will finally do but all my contacts with the people I've dealt with have been so helpful, especially James. I will be ordering five more shutters within the next few months. They will not have the divider board in the center!

Very happy with the final product and the look and style however...

The two ends of the roller shade are just metal brackets. Couldn't they include something white and plastic or something to cover that up? Also one of the shades was damaged in shipping and has a recurring indent right down the middle of it. It's been hung for 2 weeks and still remains. I was hoping it would go on time, so will see...

Long story short - I ordered 3 blinds and they fit and mounted fine but 1 of them did know scroll as it should (didn't scroll at all). I left a poor review and they contacted me immediately with the probable cause (settled during shipping) and it was a 10 second fix that I just couldn't see without knowing the product. So THANKS! It's good to know they read the reviews and take action. I'll be back!

Chose Blindster because of advertisement on Rush Limbaugh. Placed order based on my measurement using instructions taken from first class website. Realized there was a special discount after placing my order without using the code. Contacted customer service to see if they would give me the discount anyway and without any hesitation they did. Blind arrived earlier than anticipated. Quality is excellent. Installation was a breeze and the fit was perfect. Would recommend for sure.

I have ordered twice from Blindster.com and was very very happy with them both times. Their instructions on how to measure your windows is easy to follow, their selection of product and prices is great, the quality is excellent, and we got our orders so fast. My husband said they are easy to put up too. I just went with basic pleated shades because I had a whole house of windows to recover when we bought an old condo, but when I can afford to upgrade to the top-down shades I will order from Blindster.com again. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had all new windows installed and wanted to upgrade blinds as well. Previously had faux wood blinds so was very familiar with prices and installation. Blindster was much less per blind than what we paid before and was as good or better than what we had before. Very pleased with ordering process and quick shipping once the embossed was in stock! I needed blinds for two small windows in my kitchen that are located under my cabinets. To go to a Big Box Store I would have spent more than double AND they would have been 20x longer than needed. Using Blindster.com was so simple. Explanation on how to measure the window and the color options were a plus as well. I also liked the valance options of inside mount or outside mount. The only quirk would be the hardware used for mounting the valance is a little cheap. I had to improve upon that hiccup on my own. But still totally worth it! Very pleased with my purchase and look of my windows.

We ordered 8 of the Super Value blinds in a variety of sizes. Product was delivered on time. Installation was reasonably easy. The first one took about 45 minutes. The rest took about 20 minutes each. I did call about installing the valance - that step is quite tricky! The very helpful lady agreed that it is difficult, and suggested that the Deluxe models are much easier.

I knew what I was buying, but I do wish the "tilt" mechanism was operated by a twist rod. It is not. It uses cords. As I said, I knew this before I bought so this is not a criticism - more of a suggestion.

Overall, I was quite satisfied and would recommend the company to others.

Working with Blindser.com has been an excellent experience. All total, I purchased sixteen (16) assorted blinds for my windows/doors. The first order I placed I gave the incorrect size and Blindser.com was so good about it, they didn't even charge me. Of course, I went on to complete the next fifteen (15) and I'm so happy with all the results. The blinds look great, the delivery was quick, the customer service was excellent and they were always willing to discuss/recommend any queries I had. I love the different colors and styles they have to offer as well. THANKS & I do recommend Blindser.com - much better service than in the big box stores!

I have order from Blindster prior and loved the products. However on my recent faux wood blind order I have been in contact twice with Blindster. It seems first time the product was back ordered and I was not informed and second I am not sure the delay, it is now month and half later and I am just receiving my order.

Seems communication on their end needs some fixing. This was resolved only when I contacted them.

Measured the window sent it in and they contacted me right away worried that I did not measure correctly - I did measure right but it was an odd size - they confirmed the measurement send out my shutters - fit and only took a half an hour from unpacking to install - easy

I have nothing but praise from my experience with Blindster. I made a mistake in the placing of my order and customer service was prompt to fix the problem and were very understanding. Blindster has a good product, fair price and fast service. I'll be ordering more shades from them.

The instructions on how to measure were clear, the price was unbeatable, installation was incredibly easy, the order was delivered early, the blinds fit as expected and best of all, they feel better quality than blinds we previously purchased through a well-kmown bulk warehouse... even though we purchased the super value style. Would definitely recommend to a friend or use again if I moved into another home needing blinds.

My husband and I renovate houses and have spent way too much $ over the years on blinds for our houses. I am so very grateful to finally find a company that sells such high quality blinds for such a reasonable price! Thank you for your excellent products and service!

The order was filled promptly. Installation was easy. We love the solar shade's ability to block the sun's rays while allowing us to see out. My only quibble is that the metal chain does not pull smoothly. It seems to slip (the plastic stopper ball on the chain now prevents the shade from pulling all the way to the top).

I can only review on what we have installed and so far great! The single direction cellulars were very easy to install. Hubby did all three in less than an hour. We recently received second half of order, the dual direction or up and down cells are smaller in size and I will review these later.

We ordered several sets of faux wood blinds, one very large, 105". Of course, the large one was damaged during shipping and arrived dented and warped. (Why is it never the small items that get damaged?) I was worried that, due to the cost to replace, we would have to put up a good fight to get it replaced, but the customer service rep was very nice, we sent photos, and within a couple of weeks, our new set arrived! Our original order was also missing a valance for one of the smaller blinds, which was sent quickly, as soon as I let them know. The finished product looks and functions great! We are quite impressed with the quality, given the value-level prices.

This was the best value, product and customer service I have ever experienced in s very long time. Thank you and I will be a returning customer. I was able to do my entire house with new blinds at a fraction of the cost.

Everything was great. Ordering was simple and the blinds we ordered were the exact color and size. Easy to install and works wonderfully... no cords to get hung up on. I will order again from this company and have recommended them to others already!

We had just replaced most of our other blinds and skipped this one window. 9 months after the others were replaced this one last one fell apart. I am so pleased i really wish I knew of Blindster exist.
