We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
We ordered one blinds set and overall constructions is flimsier than from a competitor we had previously used. There are also too many strings hanging down - 2 on the left and 4 on the right. I'm not sure why that is necessary. Once installed, the left mechanism to open/close blinds didn't work so we had to take them down and see what was wrong. Turns out a piece had come loose, and we were able to see how it goes together and fix it. Now they are up and it works OK but I had to tell my son not to mess with it.
They are good and fit. Tuck nicely behind the lever handles on the french doors. The price was as quoted and after the discount it was comparable with other on line vendors. One fly in the ointment, no fittings were shipped to fasten the blinds in the down position as was requested on the order so they flap around a little when the door is opened..
I measured incorrectly the first time. Too big. Called and they told me to donate to a charity and when I reordered I would be given a credit. Just put up new shade which was even a different color and am ordering 5 more. Only thing I didn't like is the headers are darker than the shade so when I reordered I ordered white headers. For the off white shades.
Nothing much to write about product since No other product was there to compare with in terms of product quality. The installation Instructions included are very poor and does not explain much graphically.
Phone attendant was able to understand my needs and requirements for this special order shade and the final product popped in and fit perfectly! Very pleased and will use Blindster for further orders.

I bought 4 faux wood blinds. The 1 large one would not open/ close after install. I was afraid I would have to return it. I checked it out and found rod was not engaging gear. Got it back together and it worked. Blind is harder to open /close than other but maybe because its heavier. I will give a chance and hope it holds up.
Great experience in ordering. Receiving and installing these great blinds. Nice magnetic and expensive custom look valance. So very easy to update your windows with the wide 2 1/2" blinds. Very pleased indeed!
First rate experience. Will order 3 more windows and door in near future. Cost was half of local price for same product. Easy to install. Took 30 minutes for first order/2 windows/and 2 hours for next 7. Window order. Make sure to measure/wait a day and remeasure
The website was very easy to maneuver, and I found exactly what I was looking for. We needed two sets of blackout shades for my daughters' windows. Both we delivered a week after my order was placed. They were easy to install and we now have two teenagers that can sleep in. Their rooms are dark, and cooler during our hot summers in AZ.

After having a bad experience through Costo ordering expensive hunter Douglas blinds I was leary order from blindster.com but I heard it advertised in the radio a
Lot so decided to give it a try, especially with their guarantee policy. I was very happy with the quality and look so I ordered more for another window in my house. They were easy to install for a non handy man and I would defiantly recommend them. I got the cordless bottom up.
Pleased overall, but the metal end on one of the blinds arrived damaged. We were able to bend things back into place enough to work. Cosmetically after fixing it, it was not bad enough to warrant returning it for a new one. Otherwise, all of the other blinds look and fit great.
Wrong size delivered. I ordered 47 1/2 in width, I received blinds measuring 46 1/2in. Shipping carton was damaged so I could not return items. No installation instructions were included in the package.
Blinds arrived on scheduled date, installation was seamless and quality is apparent. Purchased during sale so price was an added bonus. Overall very happy and would recommed to others based on my experience.
Receive up/down cellular blinds June ******* in the delivery time frame and installation wasn't difficult. Like the product so far no issues. We should have ordered the black-outs instead. Overall, we are happy
I've rordered these shades before and they were very good quality. This recent order was disappointing! Seems the mounting hardware is substantially reduced to cheap thin metal. The handle that attaches to the shade has also been reduced in quality, it's smaller, thinner and keeps coming off when lowering the shade. The frame is smaller and less substantial that my previous shades. Final the cellular looks the same but several shades had slight imperfections. For these reasons I will probably not order anymore.

The shades on this order were made by the same factory. On this order they were out of the PVC headrail material needed to make this order. So they substituted using the Premium headrail system (which is actually considered to be a better, more sturdy headrail). If you want we can remake your shades with the PVC headrail system when the material is received by the factory.
The fabric is the same and there should be no imperfections. I will call you directly to get everything resolved as soon as possible.
I placed an order. Received a same day email with questions about my order looking for confirmation as well as an offer to send samples free of charge as I had not ordered from them previously. The order came in record time and was complete and as expected. I highly recommend them.
The manufacturer for Blindster was extremely helpful and cooperative when one part came damaged during shipping and another part flew off while installing and couldn't be found. The new parts were sent out right away. The shade we ordered is perfect and very well designed and manufactured. It couldn't have been a better purchase.
The bamboo shades I ordered were of very good quality and shipped rapidly; however, one of them was made incorrectly and it was noticeably crooked. I called Blindster customer service and explained the problem and they sent a new shade to me quickly at no extra cost. I love my new shades!
We are going to be leasing our house and many of the metal mini blinds were bent or broken. My husband recommended Blinkdster.com since he had purchased from them in the past. The blinds came quickly and he put them up easily. They make a great update to the home for not much money!

Perfect. Took less than 30 minutes to unbox, assemble and mount. Perfect fit. The shutters are perfectly placed/fit because they don't open on there own. Nice and tight fit that isn't too tight. Just flat out well made.
Ordered blinds and was told it would be 7-9 days for delivery. A month later when I finally was able to get through to customer service I was told that they could not provide any additional information with respect to the order except that it was still in production. After I cancelled the order, the cancellation was never processed. Another week passed I call customer service once more and never got through. I finally was able chat with a representative to push for a refund. No refund received at this time. This should be referred to the Better Business Bureau for action.
Although the cordless blinds work well at full movement, being pulled down and returned to an up position, we are still not completely enamored with the slat closure and opening. Your directions say it takes time to learn how to properly close the blinds in a slow manner etc. They still are a difficult re-position of the slats. Some will not even open fully or turn a full opposite direction. I expect they will be ruined in little time by others that will try to manually turn the slats to the desired angle.
