We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
The customer service with Blindster is amazing! I have ordered from them twice already, and will not purchase blinds from anywhere else but them. The quality of the blinds is excellent, and the representatives that work there are more than helpful. Money well spent!
Bought two light blocking shades. Fast deliver and shades fit well. Both had "cells" that separated and now let in a lot of light. Only had them for a week.
UPDATE - customer service was good about providing replacements with minimal hassle. Only had the replacements for a day... will update again if there are any issues. Adding an extra star (was 2 stars) due to the good customer service. Will up to 4 starts once the binds are up over a week.
We ordered 3 shades and 1 works perfectly, 1 works ok and the third arrived with a broken piece and one piece out of place. CS gave some good suggestions for the one that did not work, but when this did not fix it, it was no hassle to have a new one made and delivered.
Blinds were delivered quickly and fit perfectly. They were for an upper, 15" window and came with a cord that was also only 15" long - I can't reach it without a stool - something I hadn't anticipated! Called customer service and described the problem and without blinking an eye they graciously sent out a longer replacement cord and clutch, no charge, no hassles. I would definitely do business with them again.
Easy to follow instructions when ordering. Shipping was as expected. I ordered one vertical and one horizontal. Order came shipped together and on time. However, the mounting hardware for the vertical was not included in the shipment. I sent a email to customer service and the mounting hardware was on it's way with no questions asked. Once I had the hardware the installation was a breeze. Will be ordering for another room soon.

She was extremely helpful in sizing the blinds properly and also offered to mail some samples so I could get the color correct. When the order arrived, it was packed very well. I received an order from someone in Colorado and he received mine. It took a few phone calls to get the wrong order picked up. My order finally arrived and the blinds fit perfectly. Installation was a snap.
This is my second purchase from Blindster. The process is so easy, the quality of the merchandise excellent that I will not purchase from a store again. The selection, colors and prices are better than the stores. Delivery was fast also.
I was a bit nervous ordering blinds on line, but Blindster.com explained how to measure to get the perfect fitting blinds. My old blinds were 20 years old and were damaged by the sun. Plus I had purchased them from Lowes and I didn't know how to take off the extra 5-6 slats on the bottom. (They were too long) The blinds I ordered fit perfectly, hang perfectly and look amazing! I will be ordering more to replace my old blinds throughout the house.
The Order process was pretty simple. I liked the call with the expert to go over the measurement and ensure that everything is accurate. Shutters look great. Relatively easy to install. Only bad part was that the wrong shutters were sent to me. After unpacking which took 20 minutes inrealized the mistake. My shutters ended up in Minnesota. The error was corrected. Also, the instructions to install were one page and were missing some of the pictures it was referencing.
I am a repeat customer. I am satisfied how my blinds give my rooms a custom look to match my hard wood floors. I have recommended several of my friends, and the customer service is exemplary. The fact that your order is verified if their is any discrepancies can readily be corrected is a plus for customer satisfaction.
I ordered samples but did not receive them for weeks. I called the company and they sent them right out. We measured and ordered the blinds with a discount. They arrived quickly and the company communicated through the entire process. My husband was able to install them easily. We plan to order more blinds from blindster.com. Thank you.
I ordered the least expensive faux wood blinds in white for our cabin. The blinds arrived quicker than promised and were a better quality than I expected for the price. I will definitely use this company in the future and have already told several people of my great experience.
I ordered the first window with the measurements I took. When I received it it was a little tight. So for the other windows I added a eighth of an inch. Now they're easier to roll. It's a good price and I like what we got. A pretty hem.
Love the new look of our blinds in our upstate NY camp. There is no need for curtains as the wood look valance finishes off the wide slatted blinds. Recommend highly for anyone wanting to change up windows in their homes.
Easy to use website, and the price was right. Was told the product was on back order after I order and it'd take a little longer, which was totally fine with us. Product arrived like two days after I got the back order e-mail (way before they said it'd be done). Overall, great experience and customer service! Will use again!
I wrote down the wrong width (off by 1") and unfortunately it was discovered when I was installing the blind. I called Blindster to tell them of my mistake and they were very understanding and asked what the correct size I needed and I received it within a few days. All it cost was the $15 shipping fee.
Linda was excellent in her attention to my issue. She responded quickly to my emails and was very nice. She took care of it from start to finish. She is the reason companies stay in business. The blind was not cut correctly so those people are wasting the companies money. It should go for a raise for her!
This is the 3rd time ordering blinds through Blindster.com and once again I received exactly what I wanted - even delivered before it was promised. I recommend this company to everybody I know who's in the market for window coverings.
Everything was in order. Blinds were well made and packaged well. They did not come with pull handles that slide onto the bottom tho for the vinyl roll up blinds. That should be standard equipment. We placed two separate orders. Neither time did we receive any updates of order status regarding completion of order and shipping / tracking infomation. That should not be the normal procedure. Hopefully next time it will be different. Two orders and not good communication at all.
Unfortunately, my contractor measured 2 of my windows wrong and we received blinds from Blindster that were 1/2 too big. I called customer service and within a few minutes, I had 2 new blinds coming my way, no charge- just a shipping charge as they were oversized 8ft windows. They really do replace blinds that are cut wrong no matter who made the mistake and in this case, the mistake was ours, not theirs.
I received a product that had several manufacturing problems. Initially had some problems in getting the issue resolved. After giving up, I was surprised by a call from Blindster, they resolved the issue. Apparently, they do check the recorded calls and follow up. I was more than satisfied with the result. Errors can happen as long as a company is willing to work with the customer, that is the best that can be expected. Good follow up!
Their online site was well constructed and made navigating around to find what I was looking for quite easy. Selection of fabrics, colors and sizes was ample. Not too few and not too many to make a decision overwhelming. Product was easy to install and fit perfectly. The quality of the product was excellent. Well-made. I would definitely recommend this site for window treatments. Definitely returning when I decide what to do in the other rooms.

I'm sorry you had a problem with the cells separating. Cell separation is a very rare occurrence. I show that the factory is sending you new shades as soon as possible.
