What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.

I heard the commercial on the Rush Limbaugh show and decided to get some samples. Ordered two blinds for our living room and they arrived in like 10 days. The blinds are very well made, I'm a contractor, I know when I'm installing quality or garbage.
The price was awesome, we ordered two for the "test drive" and are now ready to continue ordering more for the rest of the house.

I bought my curtains online and it was such an easy process but I did make a mistake in ordering a few wrong sizes so I called customer care, ordered the new one's and only a few bucks for the difference and got them shipped within a week. Amazing customer service

I will buy my curtains from them always for an amazing price.

This was the second time we had used Blindster, and the first for the real wood blinds. Even though this was a large order (for me, anyway ~ 12 sets of blinds, enough for four rooms), the order arrived quickly and in good shape. The blinds were easy to install, and look great. Only a couple of comments: all of the valances and hardware were in one box, which kind of confused me, as all previous orders had the hardware/valance in the same box with its blind; there were no center supports (even though the Blindster's recommendations called for center supports for this blind length & the shorter blinds we ordered from them before came with center supports); and there were NO written instructions in any box. If we had not already installed several sets of blinds, this latter item might have been a problem. All in all, not a bad process ~ but could have been perfect with just a few "tweaks" to the order by Blindster.

The product appears to be well-constructed and the customer service people are very friendly. My only suggestion is that they should have instructions in the box for installing the valances. It was very frustrating because you expect to have at least a one page piece of paper wuth installation instructions. Not everyone assumes that they can go to the website for instructions.

I called the Blindster customer service number and was pleasantly surprised to get to speak with a person right away. A replacement pull chain for my shade was sent to me free of charge and I received it in about a week.

I submitted my sizes on both blinds as 34 and 5/8". The actual size received is
34" on both. This leaves quite a lot of light in on both sides of blinds. Being custom made an ideal size would be 34 and 1/4". My wife is disappointed that

I'm sorry your blinds didn't come as expected.
We recommend that you use the window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window) when ordering inside mount blinds. All factories that make window coverings for us (and all factories that I am aware of in the United States) take a width deduction when making blinds/shades to be mounted inside the window. For horizontal blinds the normal deduction is 1/2 inch.

I like the blinds very much!. They arrived quickly, the people I talked to a couple of times were very helpful. I don't like the way the pulls are all at different levels when the shades are down. Also where the 2 strings meet into one are showing on some shades and not on others.

I got these, and they were almost perfect since I missed my measurements by about 1/4 inch! But they look great!
Easy to install and at a great price! I had a quote for the blinds by a contractor, got quoted about 800 bucks, bought and installed these for under $200. So that worked out for me!

We mis-measured our first order and when we called Blindster, they said "Do not send back the first order. We will replace it at no cost and will do it right away". And they did. You can't ask more of a business or any person than that they keep their word and keep their promises. Blindster has done that.

Overall it was excellent. The folks on the other end of the phone were very helpful and helped me get the best deal available. I only just hung the shades the other day and they look great. Just want to note a couple of minor glitches. (1) It took me several calls to get the order sorted out and each time my credit card was hit so by the end of the process, more than four times the actual amount of the order was blocked on my card. All except the correct amount went away after a day or so but it could have jammed me up if my balance was tight. (2) Of the three shades, one of them did not have the holes properly grommeted and i had to bunch my own holes through the fabric. Not a big deal but also not as it should have been.

We have been very happy with our experience with Blindster, from the ordering process to an error that was corrected by the company. One of the blinds was cut to the wrong dimensions, and when two different blinds were sent for side-by-side windows, the company replaced the incorrect blind and the mismatched blind at no cost to us. They were very easy to reach by phone, responded quickly, and sent the new blinds right away. The blinds were a bit challenging to install (I suspect that is true of all blinds though), and we have been very pleased with the quality and the appearance.

Ordered my blinds with correct measurements. I called and told customer service they didn't fit. They told me that I might have made a mistake when I took the measurements. I came up with the same measurements again and again. They told me that they would remake them at no extra charge but if they didn't fit again, I would lose the warranty. So, I decided to ask for my money back and not take chances. I did get my money back but still charged $10 for each of the blinds that are basically worthless. The staff on the phone are much nicer when they are trying to sell than when you call with a complaint.

I had my measurements ready. My experience with Christian was very efficient. He asked me all of the appropriate questions. He pointed out ways to improve the blinds I was ordering--such as ordering 3 blinds for a 3-panel window... as a unit. That insured the best fit and much easier installation.
The when we got to the kitchen bay window, he sent me a guide that clarified the way to measure and order the 3 blinds. They fit nicely.
I was impressed with Christian's knowledge, competence, and professionalism. My blinds have fit just as they should. He looked for the best deal for me. And I am pleased with my whole experience.

I shopped quite a while for blinds and was pleasantly surprised when I ran across Blindster while searching the web. They're nice blinds, the prices were pretty good, they were shipped really quick and when I had a little problem, they fixed it right away. They were also really easy to install.

I got the bamboo blinds without a liner so it's nice that I can still see out a little when they are down so we don't feel "closed in" but they still give us the privacy we need. They definitely don't totally block the morning sun coming in but it's enough for us because we like the option of being able to see out.
