We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
The experience was fine but the product has a design flaw and does not function well. When screwed into a side wall, the screws interfere with the roller and make it very difficult to roll and unroll.
We ordered blinds for a room we were renovating. The website instructions were clear and very precise. When we did not request a sample, they asked us to confirm our colour choice. The blinds arrived earlier than scheduled and we were very impressed with their quality and packing. The blinds were easy to install and instructions very clear. We can thoroughly recommend this company for your shade and blind needs.
The website was very easy to use. The measuring instructions were very helpful. Good communication via email regarding the order and its progress. Then once I received the order, I had an issue with one of the blinds, and I contacted Blindster via chat, and was immediately sent an email so that the problem could be resolved. A replacement blind was made and sent. Very happy with the product and service. My only complaint is there were no installation instructions included with the blinds. Thank goodness I have a handy husband.
Everything from start to finish was spot on. The blinds arrived within the time frame and fit perfectly. The quality is greater than binds I have purchased from box stores. I will continue to purchase from Blindster.

I had a slight issue with one of the slats on one of the six blinds I ordered. Without question they sent a replacement. Quality was exactly as expected. I Will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
The website is a breeze to navigate. Choices are abundant and ordering instructions clear. Also clear are the installation instructions. Prices easily beat dealing with blinds thru the Big Box stores. I am very satisfied with Blindster!
The blinds were delivered quickly. Install was simple once we realized we could manually change the direction of the mounting unit to accommodate different side pulls. All the blinds came identically set up even though the pulls of a few were to be on different side. The cap is simply pulled off and rotated until the desired direction is obtained. Unless this is completed there is no way to close the mechanism which locks the blinds into the brackets.
Be careful when mounting to make certain the cord is not too tight. The cord will not pull easily if mounted too tightly.
I purchased two roller shades with the pull chain to replace two worn out shades with springs. I provided measurements of my old shades to the customer service rep. What I didn't know or anticipate was that the hardware used on the pull chain chain shade makes the shade slightly wider. I had to make some adjustments which made installation a little longer and more involved than I thought. Overall, though, I love the new shades and the pull chain makes for more precise shade levels and ease of operation. My only suggestion is that your customer reps have a little more training on explaining the allowance needed to install the pull chain versus the spring roller shade when doing a straight replacement. It is different.
Ordered a room darkening roller shade. Quality of the shade was excellent but didn't darken the room enough for me. Customer Service answered promptly, gave me a refund and I reordered the blackout shade, which worked perfectly. No complaints here!

Love the fact the blinds are the same color on the outside, so can be color coordinated with each room.

We were in FL for a short time and needed blinds for our rental. Immediately after arriving, I ordered blinds. When it came close to time I expected them, I called to ask status. They said they ha never received my order! I freaked out. Customer Service said if I could remeasure and give info asap, she would process right away. She put it on customer rush and we received them 5 days later! And they were perfect!
Samples arrived very quickly. Ordered the blinds a week or so later. They arrived on the day that they said. Opened the box to see that they were packaged very carefully and wrapped in plastic. I had all 3 blinds installed in less than an hour. They are light and open and close very easily. Other blinds that I purchased from other companies were very heavy and when i pulled on the cord it seemed like I was going to pull it off the window they were so heavy. Thanks Blindster I'll be back for more blinds...

We recently ordered blinds for every room in our house in both light diffusing and blackout styles and couldn't be happier. Simple installation, great quality and the lowest prices on the internet. Highly recommended.
I was very nervous about making this purchase online, but the blinds are gorgeous and fit my windows perfectly.
There are just two recommendations: the tabs that hold the blind unit to the valance should be made of a higher-quality plastic (I was afraid of breaking them during the maneuver of connecting them). Also, it would be nice if the valance could be measured separately. I would have like to have had the valance slightly wider than the blinds.
Besides that, I am very pleased with all three blind units.
The delivery was excellent. The product works well. The main issue I have is that with my vertical blinds (which were 12 feet long and opened in the center), the pull cord on the right could not be attached to the wall. The blinds came with the items necessary to attach the two cords to the wall, but if I did so, the cords would cross and not function smoothly (as they were designed).
First of all they sent us the wrong size valance, the wrong one had magnets which i liked so much better instead of the little plastic clips that are so horrible, not great quality,,, but they would not send,, only if we paid extra. Which i did not know was a option... they put us thru taking pictures and sending a couple of times to make sure i did have the magnets and that it was to short...
Sliding glass door verticals i broke two of the verticals where you slide it on the hooks, they break so easy[not good quality [ which i have to send for duplicates. Not a satified customer!

The magnets on the valances is only available with the Premium Fauxwood Blinds. I do see that you got the wrong valance with your order and will be happy to send you valances with magnets (at no charge) to make up for the error.

The product was as described and met my expectations. Although, there was some shipping damage, when I contacted customer service, they promptly sent replacements. I couldn't be more please that there are still some companies that value customer service. I'll shop with Blindster.com again in the future with confidence. Thank you.
I ordered about 26 blinds. Two of them were defective and 3 didn't fit because of my mistake in measuring.
I had an excellent costumer service experience and all 5 blinds were replaced for no cost to me.
I ordered three faux-wood blinds. One worked perfectly. The other two blinds would not close tightly. You turned in one direction, and then it was like the ratchet mechanism would just run out of "gears" to run... there was a clicking noise. It ended up that I was able to got it working by sliding the hexagon tilt rod completely out of the string units and then rearranged the mechanism so that it had more ratchet room to use, to get the tilt completely shut.
We moved into a brand new home, with a big picture winow that slides open on each side, so I didn't want blinds rattling in the breeze. Blindster.com was the only place I could find vertical blinds that opened to the center! I love them!
Blindster is very customer orientated. We remodeled our "toy house" and order Roman shades from Blindster. Perfect fit for the windows (facing West to get our afternoon sun). No issues and easy to install.
Very positive experience. I gave 2 stars because the quality was good but not great. But then again we purchased the least expensive mini blinds. The mounting clamps were excellent. The blinds fit perfectly. Sample color pieces were sent quickly. Overall, the experience was excellent and I'd use them again.
Cust service did not want to ship the center support or the balance brackets... for the price of these blinds i shouldnt have had to call customer service and request anything that should have been shipped with the blinds. Will never order any blinds from this company again
I'm sorry you were so unhappy. I show that we have sent you the parts you requested. The blind you ordered at 31" wide does not need center support brackets but we are happy t send them.
