We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
What I thought was a good deal wasn't. The price on their website was decent, so I ordered two small blinds in anticipation to buy more if the quality was good. We'll, after waiting over a month, my blinds were still "in production." Their warehouse must be in China because it would take days to get a response from them, according to their customer service rep. Their customer service is subpar. Takes 24-48 hours to get a response. Their "reviews" must be fake because my experience was horrible. I'd rather go with Lowe's or Home Depot.
We ordered Roman blinds which are beautiful. When a piece of the hardware broke on one of the blinds, I contacted Blindster and they immediately made a new one free of charge and sent it right out. Fantastic service.
Beginning with telephone conversation/s to Blindster people, placing the order, confirmation no., through notifications of status, delivery time, packaging, instructions, to the actual installation, I would have no problem recommending Blindster to anyone.
Product was actually of better quality than anticipated. Had our blinds within the estimated timeline given, and everything fit great. Shopped ariund a lot prior to purchase, and could not find a better value anywhere.
I ordered 4 blinds for my front windows and one was defective. I have ordered numerous times from blindster and never had any issues so I didn't know what to expect when calling about this problem. I talked to Christian and he was so helpful and kind and eager to solve my problem. We did some trouble shooting and when it didn't help he made sure I had a fully functioning replacement inside of a week! This was a time that was actually a pleasure to have a problem! The blinds came in an array of sizes despite ordering only two sizes. I was able to get new ones shipped out, but it is frustrating that despite my correct measuring, the blinds came in the wrong size. It worked out in the end. I would probably order from here again.
I have ordered blinds from your company for several years and have always been very satisfied with your product until this last time. Ihad seven blinds in this order and all but one was perfect. This one blind looked like it was warped and to send it back was too much of a problem. This will not stop me from using your company again as I have always been satisfied with your products and hope for better results in the future. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond.
I followed the measuring guidelines; easy to do. I wanted inside mounts. My Windows are not deeply recessed, so I needed mitered valances with end caps. Called an received correct valences. Customer service so wonderful and helpful. The blinds look great! Clean and very tidy.
On line ordering was quick. Received the products as they were completed not as a whole group. I was able to install the blinds as they can in. Customers service was excellent. I have two minor problems and a phone call was all that was needed Thank for such quick service.
Blinds are easily installed. We had a slight problem in that two blinds we ordered were not as dark as we requested. They were promptly replaced.
We had a bid for the same blinds from Costco for $4,000; you were considerably lower, although we did have to install. It was easy!
I love these blinds. This is the third house that we've put them in. They always fit perfect and work flawlessly. I would recommend these blinds to anyone that are looking to replace their old ones. The quality is very good and the price is very good as well.

I had a great experience with blindster. Your guidelines on how to measure was easy to understand. My blinds fit perfect. There was a little snag, one blind came a little bent up. I called and emailed them a picture and it was replaced with no hassle.
I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

What a great service! We just recently moved into a 100+ year old house where all the windows are different, non-standard sizes. I couldn't believe how fast Blundstwr was able to custom cut and fit 17 blinds! We had them within a week. They look great. I will recommend to all my friends.
Overall great experience. We had two valances that were two short. We called and we promptly were sent two new ones- very easy, smooth and painless process. We're very happy with our faux wooden blinds and would not hesitate in ordering from Blindster again.
Ordered 3 blinds 2 came the wrong size called customer service and they were awesome I didn't have to send the incorrect blinds back donated them to a charity and the correct ones came quickly and they are nice blinds would recommend this company

Love the plantation blinds we ordered. They arrived in a timelu manner and we're not difficult to install. I was particularly impressed by customer service calling prior to ordering the blinds to double check our measurements and to make sure that we understood what the installation required. We will definitely be ordering additional blinds from them again in the future.
About two weeks after I placed the order I was informed that the color chosen had been discontinued. Should this not have been known at the time the order was placed? I made an alternate choice and it took some time for them to go into production. That took quite a while. I received the merchandise and was disappointed to see the bottom slat was not slid into the grooves of the bottom rail, and once the blind is constructed it is too much trouble to take it apart to slide it in as it should be and then reconstruct it. Further, the bottom rail did not hang parallel to the slats. The cord was not fastened properly. I took care of that but didn't like having to do it. This is sloppy workmanship.
I'm so sorry you had a problem. There can sometimes be quite a lag between when a material is discontinued by the factory that makes the slats and when the factory that makes the blinds runs out of the color. I agree that you should have been better informed.

After a simle phone call to Jim i ordered plantation blinds for my living room. Easier and quicker to install than it was to unwrap them. They look "awesome". My only regret is why i didn't install these months and months ago. Price and quality were fantastic as well., and my wife loves them... Which is a big time plus:-)
I ordered blinds with fringe for one room to see how I liked them. They came quickly but we're not what I hoped for. I was told the manufacturer made the wrong ones and another pair was being made. The replacements came and are too deeply scalloped for my taste, I emailed the rep I had dealt with asking what my options were. I included pictures my old blinds to show what I am looking for. I have had no response and do not want to order more for my other bedrooms. I wonder if your pictures on the site are not quite accurate.
